  HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES TO FILE YOUR TAXES even if you pay your fees upfront. They overcharge and if you opt to have your fees paid with refund your money will be sent to ******************** Tax Product Groups (SBTPG).Who holds onto your refund collecting interest instead of releasing the peoples money to them!

  Use a horrible third party bank to collect fees and refuse to release tax checks until ddd despite being funded days prior! The online site does not update properly

  Beware and stay away from TurboTax !. I was also locked into a more expensive product without selecting it and there was no option to switch back or select another basic product. They overcharged me even though I did not use or need Premium Live to file taxes. Their customer service is a joke, no adjustment, no respect, none whatsoever, never again..

  This year is the second time ever using tie on tax. I used them a few years back and it was fine . This year I used them and signed for an option to get my tax refund 5 days earlier than I normally would. Now when the 5th day before my deposit date happened at first their app said my refund was coming that day, then 2 hours later there is a red box saying that my 5 day option had been canceled by them. Now this happened to almost everyone who chose that option. Now I dont know when Im getting my refund because I called them and they said their partner bank had it, so I called them and they bank and they said turbo tax has it. So Im super worried at this point. Now it ***** because people who have the same deposit date as me started getting theirs the next day after turbo tax cancelled the 5 day option. I will never ever use or recommend turbo tax to anybodys.

  I have always filed through turbo tax for free, the last 5 years..I have always used the free edition have no reason to pay them hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing different! This year I was charged ************************************************************* it was something I did and I told her if it was truly my fault it was not intentional and I was aware of it. She said well thats something you will have to fix from the products page yeah, well I cant find it anywhere. I can find where I was charged but then they charged me a $25 early transfer fee to my refund five days early but they couldnt even do that because my bank account is tied directly to the *** and they have my routingnumber they deposit my check, not TurboTax so they had to refund me the 25 bucks but I didnt pay. I dont understand why Im paying for anything and no one will helpme. Theyre telling me I did it, but I dont know how I did it and I cant get them to help me fix it. Id like my they didnt do anything. Why would I pay for deluxe but I cant get any answers and I dont know what theyre doing.

  Tried Turbo again this year because of the advertisement of refund advance if you have credit karma. You all are the most misleading company Ive ever dealt with in my entire life! None of the options of advance or 5 days early! Then on top of that charging to self prepare back to freetaxusa and most likely cashapp or chime to receive my refund! Lemme copy and paste so I can add to the **** and ****** because you all definitely played in yall a** this year and not to mention that ************************* mess

  Long time customer. Probably try another company next year. Problem is that the complete list of available program options was not offered when I signed on to do taxes. The system kept trying to guide me into a much more expensive option than my usual "Premiere" edition. I felt pressured and tricked. At the end, the system was telling me I could not file unless I paid > $200 for the live help option. Never needed it, did not use it, didn't want it. TurboTax had been easy to use, accurate, and cost effective. This year I had a different and unsatisfactory experience.

  Intuit/Turbo Tax advertises free filing if you do standard deductions. I qualified for that. 1.5 hours later after filling out their forms online, they charged me $78. An additional $40 to take it out of my refund. I paid with my credit card and didnt have to pay the $40 fee.AFTER they charged my credit card the asked for my Adjusted Gross Income for 2023. Which is only found on last years 1040 form. If you dont have it Turbo-Tax and *** wont electronically process your new return. None of this was disclosed before starting the whole Free Filing. False Advertising Shady way for them to make money. Dont advertise Free if it isnt..

  This business has false advertisement and is double charging their customers. I recently went to file my taxes online using the simple file and when i got to the section in my federal return where i was filling out information on my HSA, a prompt came up advising me that I would need to upgrade to Deluxe for $*****. I accepted that charge and continued to fill out my taxes. When i got to the end to file and pay, I noticed that i was being charged twice, ***** for federal and ***** for state. I called customer service to complain that was not what the prompt stated when i agreed to upgrade to Deluxe. I even found the notice and allowed the representative to see the notice and charge amount i was viewing; which as one charge of *****. I was told that I have to pay separate for federal and state when i upgrade to Deluxe. This was NOT stated when i chose to upgrade to deluxe the only charge i agreed to when i upgraded was *****, not *****. This business is clearly deceiving their customers and falsely advertising their products.
