    On September 20 2024 I bought 4 Clarifion Air Purifiers to reduce the Dog Pee smell where we keep our Training Pads. On October 25th, 35 days after I got them, 2 of the 4 failed electronically. When I called to get a Refund, as I really did not want Replacements as the did not work well to reduce the Pee smell; I was told ********************** are only offered 30 days after DELIVERY, so how is this fair or right?!?!. Obviously they have fraudulent bad business practices.

    Hello BBB,

    Please find attached the customers order details, as well as the initial email we received from them on October 30, 2024. We are committed to processing refunds for return requests as long as they are submitted within 30 days from the delivery date, per our satisfaction guarantee policy. In this instance, the customers request falls outside of the designated return period.

    Additionally, our return policy, including this timeframe, is clearly stated and agreed upon at the time of purchase. We did not receive any prior communication from the customer before the initial email on October 30.

    On September 24th, I ordered the Clarifion ionizer which advertises that it destroys car urine odor. It does not work at all. I contacted the company and they informed me that in order to return the unit I would lose $9.99 and have to pay for return shipping with a signature for proof of shipment. Because of this, it's not worth returning because I would lose almost as much money as I paid for it! I paid ***** and Clarifion refunded $26.74 from that total because I never received the replacement bulbs I ordered at the same time that I ordered the main unit. So Clarifion owes me 51 dollars and 25 cents. They need to send me a return postage label, not charge me $9.99 and refund my *****. Their unit is a scam. It does absolutely nothing to get rid of urine odor. Plus I read online it can cause cancer. The order# is CF711622. Thank you

    i made the purchase 08/27/24. I ordered 3 of the clarifion units. I was charged ******. When i checked my credit card i saw i was ****** 2 times. I contacted my ******************* and filed a dispute with them. 3 days ago i received the information from my credit card co saying Clarifione had denied the charges and they were closing my dispute. I have made several calls to Clarifion and was told they had to wait for their bank before they could do a refund and then was told it would take aproximately 75 days.i

    CLARION IONIZERS do not work period! I bought three of these from the ****** website. They came in a three pack with instructions on wiping g them down on a weekly basis. You don't need to wipe them down since they don't attract anty dust or allergen whatsoever. I had these useless things plugged in for a period of 9 *********** allergies are as bad as ever! On top of that, I am out the money I paid for them because ****** will not refund the money if you don't return them in 30 days. This feels like a scam in the worst way between *****************

    It just stopped working no light nothing after 6 months. We order 6 one for each of the kids. Everyone just stopped working with in a week of each other. What a waste of money. Don't muy them a scam.

    Ads from this company totally ******* everything I do online. It's an Ad that pops up literally everywhere I go with a disgusting drawn image of a cat spraying urine and a text asking "Does Your House Smell Like Cat Pee?". I keep clicking the Ad and requesting that it not be shown for whatever reasons I can and it pops up immediately afterwards over and over again. I have NO INDOOR CATS! My house does not smell like cat pee inside or outside. I know that houses that smell like cat pee are often labeled as ********************* Houses', 'Drug Houses', etc. I feel as though I am being harassed and attacked by this company and am really, deeply, seriously disgusted, offended, insulted by this Ad! From the other complaints I've read their product is a TOTAL SCAM that does nothing. They need to be stopped.

    I ordered the Clarifion ODRx & 6 replacement bulbs on 9/4/24 and Paid $71. I canceled the order an hour later.They sent the order anyway. A label on the ODRx box said: may cause cancer.Ive contacted the company four times anlready, asking them to send me a return shipping label to my email address. The company has not responded to me at all and havent received the return shipping label either.. I have no use for this product after all and I need my refund ASAP.

    I purchased this product several months ago, it has been plug in since I received it, the only dust it seems to gather is on the unit itself just like the rest of end tables, coffee tables etc.. It is totally useless, it has not gathered in soot on it at all in all these months, to me it is totally false advertising, when I saw the ad on face book regarding this product reminded me to file a complaint, I am not looking for any compensation, reimbursement, I want other potential consumers to research this product before ordering it. I still have allergies sneezing, coughing and runny nose constantly that it alleged would clean the air and would not have the allergy misery.
