    **************** has been very attentive to make my order correct. After some quality control issues they were very quick to respond and to replace or offer refund for product so far I am very pleased with how they are resolving my issue. *****************************.

    I ordered ***-shirt and was promised it would arrived **** days. However, after a month I received nothing and the website didn't give me any information. I contacted customer service and after a few back-and-forth emails, I agreed to give them a second chance to send me my shirt. However, after 2 months of no t-shirt, I demanded a refund. This still took a week, but at least I got my money back. I was really disappointed becasue I wanted the t-shirt, but I hate feeling like I had gotten ripped off.

    Horrid experience. I am a new seller on Teespring. I recently designed two custom designs for a large group who support Gay Pride for an event on June 10th. I dedicated 35 hours to design. When I placed the order on behalf of my client, the delivery date was June 2-June 6. I submitted payment. I never received a confirmation email. I email them after several call attempts. The response was that they had printer problems and my order would not arrive until June *****. I requested a cancellation and refund. Never heard back. I emailed three times explaining the situation and provide screen shots of the false commitment dates from them. And asked for them to refund my clients funds so I could attempt to find another company to print in time.. but I stressed that I needed their funds returned in order to accomplish this. Never heard back I disputed the charge with PayPal and they will not reverse the charge until tee-spring responds. This type of business practice is criminal. Small businesses cannot afford to waste time and a clients resources on a company that has zero interest in performing on behalf of a buyer or seller.Wheres the accountability?

    I ordered 2 T-Shirts from Spring. I was initially disappointed that I was charged 2 full postage amounts, when clearly they could just put 2 t-shirts in a bag and post it. THEN - I got the wrong product, they sent me two of the same t-shirt instead of 2 different ones. I got in touch with their customer service and was soon in contact with a representative who emailed me to sort out the problem. He was helpful and polite. In the end, I kept the extra t-shirt, and the replacement was sent free of charge (and no postage). Although the purchasing experience wasn't great - the way the issue was resolved was excellent and I can't complain.

    I had received a tee that was 3" shorter than it stated that size was supposed to be. I contacted customer service. They responded quickly via email. Very polite and followed up. Resolved to my satisfaction. They are sending me another tee, the proper length.

    I have been using this business to make tumblers and mugs for the past few months. I have never had any issues until last night when I got a tumbler that had a cracked lid and a few scratches on the tumbler it's self. I got onto Instagram and asked if I could get a new tumbler and was told my new order number along with a email telling they are reprinting. I have read so many reviews of how terrible this company is but I have been nothing but amazed at their products and customer service.

    I ordered a Shirt and a sticker on Feb. 1, 2023 and have not gotten anything from them on what is now April 8th of 2023. I wanted to see the quality and turnaround times in order to market some goods, but there is no way that it should take two months to get a shirt and a sticker. I have ordered things that were manufactured and shipped from ***** that took less time, during the middle of the pandemic. Absolutely terrible timeframe. I have not seen the quality of the product, because it has still not gotten here, but it better be fantastic. Not impressed so far. ***********************

    Wort printing company I have ever worked with! Horrible experience with the graphics peeling of the first time and then they BEGGED me to use them again for my business and they again messed up. Blurred graphics, merch sent with only one side doneHORRIBLE COMPANY! We are a non profit of abuse survivors and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! they dont even care when I told them, now did they let me take care of the issues for my donors. They made everyone individually reach out. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Furthermore, it feels like a very dishonest company in general. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
