    My order was late very late by weeks then I still didn't get it and now I want to cancel my order and it's taken me almost a week to cancel my order and I still feel like I'm not going to get my money back or I'm not going to get my stuff so I'm only giving them one Stars until I get my stuff

    I placed an order and was not able to find any information on it because I mis-typed my e-mail address. If you try the chat feature you can get a representative to help you. My whole issue was resolved in less that five minutes. The representative even corrected my e-mail address and re-sent my confirmation e-mail. Great customer service!
