    I have been trying to receive an answer from tee springs for more than 2 days now. I ordered 2 tank tops and the quality has been horrible. I received them and the design was pressed on the tank more than once but it didnt align the way it should so the pressing is mismatched!The answer I keep getting is that it has been escalated to our production team and we are waiting for a response from them. We are still waiting for a response. Over 2 days later and no response from production. I just want 2 replacement tanks sent out to me. It shouldnt take 2 days to get a response as to how they are going to amend the situation.

    In spite of some truly annoying automated customer and tech support bots, ********************** is a pretty good company. One recommendation: Figure out how to streamling the "fka Teespring" in your branding and infrastructure. Some domains (and customer service) still show **********************. It's been years. Also...new owners might want to encourage better branding.
