    I rated Spring 5 stars because I ordered an item that was too big and they replaced it with a smaller size at no charge! How many businesses would accommodate their customers in such a fashion. It is so hard to find businesses that even care about customer service! I commend S[ring for such service and would gladly purchase from them again! Thank you.

    Spent the afternoon in a chatbot loop trying to ask about the timeline for my payout only to be told Id have to wait for an email from a different department which I also didnt get a timeline for. So now I dont know when Ill find out about when Ill find out about where my money is. Its been fun because I actually got a bonus question rather than an answer.
