    I initially had an issue when I paid for my order with Afterpay. I didn't receive an order confirmation from Spring, but was being charged every couple of weeks since Afterpay is completely separate from Spring and paid the full amount up front. I get that and reached out to Spring who said there was an issue with the order and would refund me. This was after first emailing, hearing nothing after 3-4 days then contacting them through IG. This was beginning of January and understood it could take 10 days to receive the funds. When funds did not appear through Afterpay or my account, I contacted Afterpay to dispute (took over a week for Spring to respond to it) and then heard nothing. IG Spring team told me then to dispute with my bank which was useless. Finally, I emailed Spring again and found a great rep ******* that took the time to research the issue to get the item I wanted to me. In the end all was taken care of. My advice is to not pay through Afterpay, there is no phone number so continue to checkin through email (it may take more than 24 hours for a response) and stay on top of the process. This was a stressful transaction, but the item was only offered through Spring so I may skip in the future.

    My experience ordering through Spring, speaking to their representatives, and the quality of their products have been amazing!!! I am very happy with their customer service team as well as with their quality of the 2 sweaters I ordered! I definitely recommend and will be ordering again :)

    They collected money from sales on my store. I initiated a payout request 1/1/24. Today 2/6/24 no payment received. Their answer "we're having technology issues".Completely untrustworthy. Find a different store. I have zero trust with this company now.

    I bought 2 shirts made and I recieved them and both of them have problems. One of the shirts had a hole in it when I recieved it and the other shirt had a poorly adhered graphic almost as if the press didn't fully press down the design to the shirt since it is very faint and not full. I emailed the company asking for a return as soon as I got the two shirts and got a response saying we will get back to you in a few days. I have emailed back multiple times and I get the same response. It has been almost 1.5 months since I receive my shirts and I still have not been helped and have not been offered a return. I don't know what else to do since the company does not have a phone number and the support I am receiving over email is not helping. DON'T buy from this company. The customer service ***** and the products are poorly made, and lastly it took multiple weeks for me to receive my items after I bought them.

    The customer service is great!! Would really wish they had other options for shipping though **** is so unreliable when it comes to tracking packages, and the handling of packages. Theyve lost my package before, and now they are late on the expected delivery date given :/ Not Springs problem, just wish they had more options when it comes to shipping.

    Seems as though Spring is having major issues fulfilling orders. Placed an order through a creator's site on 12/23/23 and heard nothing for several weeks. Reached out to their customer service on 1/16/24 and was told the item would ship in a few days. Still heard nothing on 1/29/24. Emailed again and was told they are unable to provide an estimate of when my order will ship and would offer a refund. According to Spring's website orders are shipped within 10 business days. If you are a creator considering using Spring to sell merch look elsewhere. How much money are creators losing from Spring not fulfilling customers orders?
