    I do not understand why I have to wait for paperwork to cancel this service. I've been trying to call for the last 3 to 4 days and I always get the automated service that does not understand English language. I called twice to have someone call me back. It took forever and even over the 30 minutes of a call back that they promised when I finally did speak to someone they said I had to wait for the paperwork to come in the mail in order to cancel. I am very upset and disgusted with the service and this company. All my mother wants to do is cancel. We should not have to wait for paperwork to cancel. Every time I call either one of the 800 numbers it's always a run around. If more money is taken out of my account before this service gets canceled I will be contacting a lawyer to take care of this situation for me. I am tired of calling these numbers and not getting the results that I'm asking for.

    The scam older people and then wont answer their phone when you try to contact them. I will be contacting the authorities as this is fraud... Typical scumbag company ripping off old folks..

    STAY AWAY! I purchased a new home which comes with everything under warranty. They did an excellent job making it seem like I needed to sign up and pay for the warranty even though my builder never mentioned it, also telling me I wont have any warranty if I dont pay them and they would red flag my property haha. They had no association with my builder or warranty department. They might be legitimate on a legal basis but everything about them is absolutely scummy and they know what they are doing, trying to **** money out of people and targeting new home buyers that may easily become confused considering how much goes on during the process. Keep your money and information to yourself!

    Would not even give a star. I have been trying to cancel this service since day one. They only put down in Their notes what they want to hear. I have been asking to cancel and been given the runaround and now they want me to pay to cancel. Such a scam.

    I had contact with a customer service representative named ******* several times. He was not only very helpful, but was also genuinely concerned about solving my problem. Its very important to be able to talk to live agents, not computers, to actually describe a problem and get it resolved. ******* actually solved my problem.

    I have being trying to get in touch with them to get some understanding as to why they don't have a plumber in ******, ***** while water heater is leaking and causing great damage to my laminate flooring. No one can tell me why. I feel that I have been scammed and I want my $769.00 back so that I can get a plumber. I am a senior citizen with a heart condition, and I don't want to die over a water heater. I keep getting the run around when I do get through to a live person, which in and of itself is a major accomplishment. I was also called "proposterous" by your agent *******. Why because I'm trying to get clarification as to why there is no plumber in ******, *****? I think I've been scammed.

    I received a letter from home warranty services about a final notice to activate the home warranty for my new home. Being a first time homeowner and still learning about what I just signed, I initially thought that it was legit an actual company offering home insurance so I paid. When I contacted my mortgage company to confirm that I could use HWS they said no. So I called the same day I purchased it for a refund and they said one would be issued to my bank card August 26 although I cancelled the card because I believed HWS to be a scam, I informed them I did and they said itd still post to my bank. I have yet to see that refund.

    Thank God I dont even get to the stage of having to cancel. The call center agent trying to sell me, named ****, like the vegetable, (he said) began attacking the company I use for home warranty the minute I told him I did not want to go with his company. When I asked repeatedly to be connected with a supervisor, he insisted that he was the highest supervisor on staff. After back and forth, he finally agreed and then hung up in my face. What an unprofessional company. Dont waste your time with such people.
