Im a first time buyer and I received a letter in the mail saying that I should call to activate the home insurance before it expired, I didnt know what to do so I thought they were talking about the one year warranty from the builder so I went ahead and contacted them at the beginning they ask me for a **************************************************************************************************************************************** that I would be able to cancel at any time finally I gave them a 100 dollar deposit then I never received the information over the email I call to cancel before the due date and now they want 250 dollars to cancel or they are treating me to send me to collectionsHome Warranty Services

If I can only do negative 5 stars, I would. NEVER EVER do any type of business with this business. All they want to do is put you on the phone, lock you in their service plans and never hear from them again.I tried to cancel my service plan with Home Warranty Service. Called and received a call back from an agent. The moment I mentioned the word "cancel", this agent's tone changed from being nice to salty rude. He tried to convince me not to cancel but my intentions of cancelling is already engraved in stone. This agent said I was sarcastic and decided to hang up on me.Anyhow, after two other calls from this "business", I was told the first agent cancelled my plan but neglected to tell me so. Also, no confirmation number was provided for the cancellation.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Home Warranty Services

I called to cancel a home owners policy since I already had one. I apparently took one out with this company by mistake. The agent I spoke would was trying to convience me to keep the policy and i gave a firm NO. He carried on and got louder and very rude so I hung up. He tried calling me about 12 times and I just continued to hang up on him. Never encountered an unprofessional situation like this on the phone. I sent the company a letter to close the account in the event their agent didn't.Home Warranty Services

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR WARRANTY. I fell prey, like many others to this company. I am a new homeowner and did not know that the letters this company in the mail are just scare tactics. When I signed up they said I could cancel any time during the 30 days. I called 3 days later realizing it was a scam and I don't need the warrranty. The guy who answered tried to sell me and I had to be ***** with him, that I was sure of my decision. he then proceeded to call me rude, I had to be direct with him, he told me I can't cancel until I receive my booklet. He was extremely unprofessional. Why would I want to work with a company that tries to scare me and make me feel wrong for not wanting to use their services?These people will get the karma they deserve eventually. I will be cancelling no matter what it takes. I told the guy I will call back once I get my booklet, even if I review, with the way he was acting, he ruined any chance of me wanting to work with this HORRIBLE company. let this be a life ******* NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT TRIES TO SCARE YOU. I have no idea who this company is and how they got my information and they have been charging my credit card since Jan ********************************************************* 2 companies to get to the correct one and they dont answer you have to leave a voicemail and someone calls you back what type of business is that not professional at all I advised I didnt authorize no one to charge my credit card and whatever this is too cancel it now and refund all my money back since January the representative tried to talk over me and stated he will have to get the recording and I advised please do because this is fraud I doubt need your service and he went in to say something like I owe a balance and they will send it to collections these ppl are insane I dont even no how you got my information I need this cancelled and refunded back asap I am contacting attorney general, ********* also reporting this company that are out here scamming pplHome Warranty Services

I called to cancel my Warranty before the 30 day initial period was up. The woman on the phone was quick to tell me that the situation was all my fault and that I should have never agreed to a trial period and pay $100 deposit if I was gona turn around and cancel. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me the run-a-round to cancel. This Woman argued for 5 minutes and refused to even listen when I told her all I wanted to do was cancel. She wanted to know how I was going to get the money to pay for something that broke in my home if I even didn't want to pay for their services. This woman was so unprofessional and rude that I asked to speak to a supervisor. She then told me that I would have to call back If I wanted to talk to one.Home Warranty Services

I used to write a year one and two reviews about good companies. But never be negative except for this company Home Warranty Services. I would like all the people who got the same call to join us and *** them because they call me with urgent emergency necessary service, they collected the money then an AI machine impossible to contact someone to cancel this contract because everything they told by phone was fake. 4 starsI never used my home warranty from Home Warranty Services. However, I really appreciate *********************, the floor manager, for taking care of my cancellation. I had applied for the home warranty by mistake, thinking it was required. When I realized that I didn't need it, I was given a lot of "wait for a call back" nonsense. When I finally got ahold of the manager, I was taken care of and got my refund. If I ever decide to get a home warranty, I will definitely go with this company.Review fromGarrett C

1 starI have been trying to cancel my policy for four days now. I have contact three sets of number. Every time I call and talk to someone I get told to call customer ********************. Ive called them multiple times and received zero call backs. They called me three times from and I answered each time and no one spoke. When I recalled no one has answered or responded back. Dealing with this warranty services I have been hung up on, yelled at and pushed off as not important. I am trying to cancel my policy within the 30days period before it start on 17 May 2024.
