      I just had gallbladder surgery, and I was given an INACCURATE order filled with onions (salsa) that made me sick. My entire order was prepared inaccurately and undercooked. I requested a refund from the branch manager and the online chat, only to eventually be ignored. I was offered free chips and a free meal, but I dont trust the cooking, especially since I just had surgery.

The conversation was escalated to a ******** Care agent, who apologized for the experience, shared feedback with local and regional management, voided the offers Pepper provided, and provided three free-entree offers (good for any main menu item and valued at $12 each). On 6/21/23 I escalated the guest's case to the ******** Incident team for follow-up.

      Terrible store at *********************. Not managed well at all. The employees laugh at you when ordering- almost like theyve dont something to the food and they know it. This store needs a new operator/manager

      This Location was not serving vegetables that they advertise. No lettuce yesterday also. The Manager said the company sent them bad lettuce and confirmed they are not serving vegitables. They were not out, they just dont make them. Vegetarians are not welcome. Another customer said they were out of rice two days ago. Every time I go at lunch time I never see them grilling anything. I am not sure when they prepare the food at this location.....it is not fresh.

      SUPER Pi$$ed right now! Did not receive vinegrette with our order. Saved food to eat as a left over because the vinaigrette is what makes the meal for us. My husband went back to pick some up and we were told we had to purchase it AND buy something in order to be able to purchase it...$10.22 later for food we DID NOT NEED or WANT I called the store. They could not bother to pick up and I got a message to contact ***************** Did that and they can only submit an internal complaint against the store. I will not receive a call and there is no provision to reimburse me. But oh, he is sorry about the inconvenience. They were our weekly Go To and now they have lost my business. This is a CRAPPY way to provide **************** when there are so many other places we can choose to give our business to. I will be posting on ALL rating sites because this is WRONG.

      I orderer on the app and was given the wrong order at the window. Returned and explained that I was given the wrong order but was told I had been and closed the window on me and laughed behind the glass. I stayed in the drive through lane and spoke to a manager and they remade the order incorrectly. Then then had me pull forward but locked the door so I couldnt come in. I then reported i did not get any of my items through the link in my email confirmation and reordered. I went back through the drive through and got my new order but it was wrong again. The incompetence of the staff here is unbelievable. This place needs to be shut down and bulldozed.

      I have been going to chipotle for many years and past year I have been having issues with my order. I am vegetarian and I usually order veggie burrito bowl for me and my kids. But I have been getting pieces of meat in my meal and when you call the restaurant they usually make new one which I was okay with but now its happening every time I am picking up my food and last time when I was there they did not refund my money and I returned the food. So I didnt eat anything plus I lost my money and they can refund my money this is ridiculous. I called the customer service line and they hung up on my. I need someone to call me ASAP. I do not want to leave my number here but please advice how we can resolve this issue.

      My son came home from college for the day, to surprise me for Mother's Day.. He wanted his favorite meal (on my special day) from Chipotle. We initially ordered it from one location, but never received the order. After spending over an hour trying to speak with a live person, I tried the computer helper, "Pepper". I miss the time when you could speak with a live person, my experience was a nightmare. After it was resolved and my money refunded, I ordered from another location the same items. First, the Door Dash driver argued with me that he was at the correct location, even after I explained that if he was on the wrong street, particularly since I was standing on my porch and he was not there. When I finally got my delivery, there was only one entre, I paid for two. Words cannot express how disappointed I was told by not one but two deliveries that went wrong, from two different restaurants. I'm dissatisfied with how Chipotle did not come through today, not for me but for my son who planned a special day for me.

      I ordered a meal for my family , upon picking up the order and driving back home it was found that the crew did not prepare my order correctly, our kids meals a kids quesadilla meal, when opening the packaging it was found that the meal was prepared incorrectly. there were two raw tortillas and no cheese. i called into the ******, az store and they provided me the customer service number and said they would process a refund. when i called, ****** , chipotle customer care, supervisor said all that she would do is give me a BOGO. i dont want to be forced to purchase more from this merchant in order to get a refund for a product i paid for and did not receive prepared correctly. i have spent 45 minutes on the phone and feel that chipotle does not take matters seriously. i expect a refund for the item that was not prepared.

      This location consistently steals and serves dirty food. I placed an order and 4 items were left out. I was declined a refund through the app and demand my money is returned or I will report this location for fraud.

      I paid money and would like to be refunded on the original form of payment. I will not be ordering again for the foreseeable future so this response is inadequate and insulting. The BBB should also investigate Chipotle's business practices as it should not be this difficult to get a refund when the business is at fault. If you could see the chat like you claim you can you would see that a refund is the only option I will accept.
