      I reached out and got connected to an agent regarding my missing rewards point. I have ordered just about DAILY for the money of April. The first agent told me a couple of weeks ago their provider point of system is down and I will receive an email. This is very inconveniencing and nothing to compensate for all of this time for the glitch which is not my fault! I am a loyal customer and I also requested for the agent to have a team leader or management reach out to me and she just gave me a generic reply to contact the phone number to speak with an agent. I will be sure make this go way above and viral. This is ridiculous. You all have no empathy and every other order I place its always something wrong! I stop filing for incorrect orders because you all dont care! We are spending all of this money and to get our rewards points and cant even utilize them when we plan to due to a problem on your third party end! Get a new service rewards provider! What type of IT people do you all have? You may not even have record of all the purchase that were made!

      Chipotle Rewards points earned on current purchases are temporarily delayed. A confirmation email will be sent once points have been issued. On 4/21/23 and 4/29/23 the guest reached out via the live messaging channel, and ************* agents shared information with the guest regarding the current delay.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE ! My company and staff purchase food at this Chipotle (******* ****** location) on a weekly basis and they constantly "SKIMP" on controlled portions and MAKE OUR FOOD INCORRECTLY when ordered ! Don't get a wrong order or request to have a REFUND ! You will NOT get your money back ! They literally asked me to leave with NO REFUND as we got into a dispute about the order THEY MADE THAT WAS WRONG. They are trained to SKIMP on portions and NEVER REFUND ANYONE ! Just bad service and overall bad business to NOT FIX someone's food order. We will NEVER go there again.They owe me $30.60 still on the one order 4/26/23. - **************, ************, ******************, ********************, *********************

      I watched the girl whi was preparing my food pick her nose and then touch my food with the same hand. It was disgusting. I said never mind and left. Not only was this extremely gross, but she barely even acknowledged me the entire time. I've had a few issues at this restaurant for sliding my food through food that spashed on the counter, but this by far crossed the line. Never again.

      This review is for the store located at: *********************************************** One word: GHETTO I continuously go to this location, due to it being conveniently located near my home.nothing but ignorant, incompetent, rude ugly nasty people works there, including the managers. Prices are outrageous, and portions are small. **************** is a ****** disgrace.My last time there, they were out of the El Pastor. How can you be out of your featured item?she rudely told me I had to wait. So my buritto with ************ were left sitting there getting cold. I called Corporate. Corporate heard everthing that transpired. How rude they were to me. it was 6 ghetto females, huge, and small, crusty and dusty and they all attacked me. cursing me out. not once did they say, it's ready. when I peered to look to see if the chicken was replenished, she got annoyed and stormed off to the back of the store & left us standing there. At the end, the manager told me she will not serve me, and another gorilla told me not to come back. I drove 30 mins to another location. today, 4/10, I called Corporate for an update and was sadly disappointed. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! (MJ)I have more horror stories. The place is always dirty. Once I asked for her to just wipe the counter before making my burritto and that was a problem. They charged me twice for that 1 burritto that day.

      This review is for the location at ********************************** ******, **. This location has the most incompetent and disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. Only one staff member was ******* the front stations and had to yell to the back to get assistance. No staff were friendly. At one point midway through an order, the front staff member shouted that whatever was in the front was all they had and they weren't going to make anymore food. To be very clear, he did not say there were no more ingredients, he specifically said they didn't wany to make more food. It was not even 9pm and although the store closes at 10pm, they shut down production. I've been to other locations where they've cooked until 30 minutes before close, why this protocol changed at this location makes no sense. The employees made aggressive comments and loudly swore profusely towards each other to get things done. It took too long to prepare the food from customers in front of me as well as myself. I asked for a double wrapped burrito and quesadilla and while preparing the burrito the staff member asked for another member to prepare the quesadilla to which he said verbatim, "That's not what I'd like to do on a Saturday", and just refused to make it. There was no explanation for missing ingredients, just that he didn't want to. Your staff gave me subpar portions too little for what I paid for with a terrible wrapping job. There was eye rolling from the staff towards customers with comments about how he hated working for Chipotle. I have been at this location 5 times each time with an incorrect or inadequate order and unfriendly staff. At other locations I've been to the staff have been attentive, patient, and friendly, what exactly is it about the staff and the management that make this location so unbearable to work for that the staff proclaim they hate working there and refuse to be compliant with customer orders? All the staff here have no sense of customer service.

      The staff is so ignorant and rude. Gave me no chicken in my meal. Got my order wrong. The lady never gave me my drinks ans when I asked for them she was extremely rude about it. I never got my chips ans guac and when I asked for them she screamed at me saying we dont have chips I said I paid for them and before I could finish the other worker said she just told you we dont have chips in a very rude tone. I was told my order was ready, it wasnt after ************************************************************************************************************** Prices are outrageous too. Customer service was even more of a disgrace. When I contacted them all they said was sorry i added a free entree to your account and when I checked my account it wasnt there. Didnt even acknowledge my concern or offer a refund.

On 3/30/23 the guest also reached out via e-mail, and on 4/2/23 a ******** Care agent reached out via e-mail, apologized for the experience, shared feedback with local and regional management, refunded $14.15 and explained that we are unable to return funds to gift cards, and voided the **** and replaced it with a free-entree offer (good for any main menu item and valued at $12), with the code appended to the e-mail response to the guest. On 4/5/23 the agent sent an additional e-mail adding a second free entree offer (also valued at $12) and a free ************ offer (valued at $6).
