I placed an order on BurtsBeesBaby.com on 9/29/23. I was to receive free shipping. It is now 10/5/23 and my order still has not shipped. They have exceeded the 1-3 business day timeline that they have posted on their website. I called their customer support phone line twice. Each time I receive a recording that they arent answering calls. I sent an email inquiring about my order and when I can expect it to be shipped. I informed them that it is a baby shower gift so I need to receive it in time for that. I asked if they will be expediting the shipping since they are late in shipping my items. They replied with a generic email that says they have a lot of orders and I should be patient. They did not address any of my questions. I need to know when my order is shipping out and if it will arrive in time for the baby shower. If not, I need to replace these items. It is not acceptable to treat customers in this manner. Quite a few years ago, before the public was made aware of the dangers of some plastics being harmful, we purchased a Brita water filter pitcher from Target in their exclusive Red color. I have bought many refill filters since then, but I looked on the pitcher itself and cannot find a recycling code whose number would indicate if it was safe for food and drinks. So I contacted Brita back in July and after several responses back and forth all they could do was assure me that their products are safe and not to worry. But still no explanation why their is no recycling code on any part of the pitcher. I told them that and now they are not responding. I want to filter our drinking water but now I don't feel safe using it. I would like an exchange for a current water filter pitcher that is marked BPA free and has a code recycling on it or a monetary amount to buy one myself.Business Response

We have offered the consumer $50.00 and she said she did not want the $50.00. We offered her the $50.00 so she can go buy a system she will be happy with.
Her question to our company is regarding recycling the filter and we have given her this response below..
There is no recycling code on the filter, filters are recycled through the Teracycle program.
Please let me know how to proceed because she is not happy no matter what we say to her.

It is now September 26th and I still haven't received anything from Clorox. That is why I reopened the case, not because I did not agree with their decision. I will gladly accept the $50 which I will use for a new water filter system if they will just send the $50?Thank you.

The beekeeper blanket I received for order ********** is defective out of the box. The zipper doesn't zip. Ms.********* from customer care made me fill an elaborate product inquiry form and send pictures +video which I did as in the attached copy of email thread. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a defective product, she insisted on a replacement under the zipper program which seems to be for wear & tear. When you ship a damaged product without quality control, you should have the basic courtesy to rectify it without making the customer work hard for it. I am now asked to print an email, shipping label and then ship it. It is unfair that I have to pay for printing and spend time on this while dealing with a premature newborn for a faulty product you sent me and will take several weeks to process a replacement. Ms.********* stopped answering my direct question on why a refund isn't possible since replacement takes several weeks and the customer service wouldn't return any of my phone calls.Business Response

The **** recalled Clorox Pine Sol Products in late 2022. Clorox picked up 89 cases of recalled product from our location with a promise to reimburse us $34.75/per case within via check within ***** weeks for the total amount due (which is $3,092.75). Its been 7+ months. We did exactly what we were instructed to do to return the recalled product and receive a refund. Hello,On 01/04/2023, I had redeemed a Free 25LB Fresh Step Clumping Litter coupon through Clorox's Paw Points Reward Program; but still have never received it.During this time, I've submitted three support tickets. The first one to ************************ On 03/20/2023, the fulfillment team said: "the reward Free 25 LB FreshStep Clumping Litter was successfully redeemed. We request you allow us some time to get your reward delivered.". A few days later, I got an email replying: "your reward has shipped. It will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks."So after waiting patiently, by 05/26/2023, I had sent a second support ticket to ******************************************************* They quoted: "we have a dedicated team who handles all Paw Points inquiries. You can reach them directly at ************************".Four days later (05/29/2023), I got back with *********************** and they stated: "I have made our ****************** Team aware of the situation and we are currently researching this for you. Purchased a nine pack of Clorox cleanup. I have a small bed and breakfast and each girl gets her own bottle to clean with. Each of the bottles would not spray the spray gun was broken. Store refuses to exchange them after I spent $46.89. this is ridiculous. I found customer service number on bottle and person by the name of ****** was rude and made it impossible to deal with him and I felt like I was being biased because I am Filipino. We purchased three of these for my small restaurant/ice cream stand. The pods were melted together and impossible to get unstuck. I phoned number on the tub and the Clorox representative was extremely rude and refuse to refund . I ended up buying a replacement at ********** where I have a commercial account. I found these tubs at a store called Aldi. Shame on Aldi for not refunding me as I wanted no replacement because they were probably all like this and shame on Clorox for their impossible customer service personnel who treated me like an imbecile. In November 2022, issued an official email from Amazon of a RECALL on PINE-SOL products to IMMEDIATLEY discontinue using product as it was unsafe. Was provided website link to submit for reimbursement of product and phone number **************. On 11.15.22 online submission providing receipt, proof of purchase 3 large 48 fl oz bottles for $21.45, weeks later email sent that I was ineligible for reimbursement. Called number, no answer, On 12.22.22, 2nd online submission sent with receipt. On 01.24.23 was sent check only for $6.00 (doesn't even pay for 1 bottle). When calling number, keep getting info that someone will call back in 3 business days. No one calls. Tried resubmitting online, received email of duplicate submission.
