      Cash app closed my account yesterday morning 05/07/2025. They said that the reason was for violation of terms of agreement. They refused to elaborate or give me any evidence of the wrong doing that they accused me of doing. I know that they don't have any evidence of wrong doing from me because if they did then they would have shared the information. What can I do to correct this issue?

      I use bitcoin in cash app and when I buy bitcoin then send its takes out a whole lot of fees and other person gets half or less then they should.

      Cash app has taken money from me and banned me from using them after telling me to purchase another card. Nobody can tell me why. I want to know why they banned me. Why did they take my money? Can someone please help me get my money back? People need to step up if cash app is doing them like they are doing me.

      I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!Not even one!They are the worst money launderers ever. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT EVER use their card at any Hotel, Car Rental, Gas Station, Cruise, etc any business that will put a "Temporary Hold" on your card. EVEN WITH A RECEIPT SHOWING YOU OWE THE BUSINESS $0.00 that is a ZERO BALANCE, CASHAPP DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I emailed them over 15 times with the PROPER DOCUMENTS THEY WANTED, and they insisted I did not have the Proper info. ********. I awnt it to them 15 times from the establishment!!!! Still haven't received my refund!!! They are CROOKS!!!!!

      Cash App is an unsafe and irresponsible platform that does nothing to protect its users from fraud. They make no effort to investigate fraudulent activity, and their customer support is completely useless. While I was hospitalized, someone who isnt even family exploited my situation to collect money from others without my consentand Cash App refused to take any action or remove the fraudulent account. This app gives scammers a free pass and offers zero accountability. Be extremely cautious about who you send money to. I will never use Cash App again, and I strongly urge others to stay away from it. If I could rate them negative stars, I would.

      The worst customer service in the industry. Don't even try to create a separate business account. They have no idea what to do, nor could I speak to anyone with clear English!

      I bought a product through cash app on April 11th 2025 I cant get ahold of the company I reach out to cash app and they said the business did everything right b s I tried to get my money they wont go the extra mile to take care of this problem

      If there was a 'Minus' Five Stars, that would be the rating I would provide. There is Zero effort on Cash Apps **************** to wish to provide the customer with any information whatsoever. They all read from the same script and get into trouble if they were to need to consult with their department manager. Cash App terminated my account and "Refuse" to tell me why. I've made several attempts to find out the 'why' my account was terminated. They tell me to fill out a form to check my account, then I receive a form email saying they have done what they could. And that if I wished to receive more information, to complete another form, which I have done several times and all you do is go in a circle. They flat out refuse to be of any help I would not recommend their app for anyone. The most terrible service I have ever received.
