      Why wont Cash App state in which way I supposedly Violated the terms so I can explain or defend myself?! For all I know my account may have been hacked! And I did nothing wrong! This is unjust and Cash App should not be allowed to do this without an in depth explanation as to why my account is closed. I deserve a more detailed explanation than just Violated the terms of agreement. Ridiculous!

      I've had to make a total of three accounts on **********************. The first time I was lucky to not have funds in there anymore and simply had to make a new account. My second account, I had quite a bit of money in there for someone my age. However, one day cash app kicked me out of my account( unknown reason). I did a huge hard reset on my phone but when I tried to re access my cash app to order some food, they said my account couldn't be accessed despite the information I was providing. I called an associate about it( his name is ****) and he told me to make a new account, verify that account, and then they would be able to transfer the money from that old account into the new one. To shorten it up, they did not and instead said for "security" reasons I wouldn't be able to get that money and if I wanted to keep my account that I just made, they wouldn't be putting that money into there... Mind you this is the second time cash app has stolen from me with this account. I tried contacting them through email, calling them, and talking to their chat support. It's all pointless, they WILL steal your money and lie about it at that. Just use ****** people!

      Someone stole my card and did alot of gambling on it i call cash app filed a police report and everything a d cash app still did not give me my money back im a disabled woman six kids and cash app denied me my funds something that i get once a month and all the money I have for my kids they are crooks they dont want to help u they just want u to put money in their and buy stuff for they can get rich and they had the nerve to shut off my cash app card I cant even use cash app anymore and this is the first time ever I filed a dispute with them and they denied me even with the proof i had all i can say is God is good and vengeance is mine said the lord

      I was scammed by linen looming fake phone number and I have tried to get my money back from cash app but they keep denying the dispute saying that the merchant did their job but I have no product and no tracking number. Cash app ***** because I think cash app took my money and won't give it back I have sent them the info for the company and I get nothing in return.

      Cash app closed my account yesterday morning 05/07/2025. They said that the reason was for violation of terms of agreement. They refused to elaborate or give me any evidence of the wrong doing that they accused me of doing. I know that they don't have any evidence of wrong doing from me because if they did then they would have shared the information. What can I do to correct this issue?

      I use bitcoin in cash app and when I buy bitcoin then send its takes out a whole lot of fees and other person gets half or less then they should.

      Cash app has taken money from me and banned me from using them after telling me to purchase another card. Nobody can tell me why. I want to know why they banned me. Why did they take my money? Can someone please help me get my money back? People need to step up if cash app is doing them like they are doing me.

      I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!Not even one!They are the worst money launderers ever. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT EVER use their card at any Hotel, Car Rental, Gas Station, Cruise, etc any business that will put a "Temporary Hold" on your card. EVEN WITH A RECEIPT SHOWING YOU OWE THE BUSINESS $0.00 that is a ZERO BALANCE, CASHAPP DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I emailed them over 15 times with the PROPER DOCUMENTS THEY WANTED, and they insisted I did not have the Proper info. ********. I awnt it to them 15 times from the establishment!!!! Still haven't received my refund!!! They are CROOKS!!!!!
