      I was scammed of a service that was supposed to have been provided. $350 of my money. I reported the business to cash app, filed a return funds, and all they did was tell me my complaint has been closed. I cant get my refund. Im curious to know, if someone can run scams on cash app and not get their account closed, and cash app cant go into there account to refund your money, is cash app a scam also. Kinda scary knowing that anyone can take, request, and if u make that mistake sending it, they cant refund your money. What type of business being ran these days. This is ridiculous. Then your bank thats linked to it says its nothing they can do from the transfer to cash app for the goods or service. So why is it ok for you to link to cash app or why are banks partners with cash app. This makes me say someone is definitely having orgies with the CEOs. And it ************* so lord knows. Smh

      I sent a message in advance of the funds being transferred from who and all. When the funds were transferred it immediately said that they had stopped the payment for my protection. How about stopping protecting me from having money to live on huh?

      I wish they had a real person to speak with heck I'll accept a robot at this point.My paycheck I've waited 2weeks for was deposited one evening went to sleep woke the the next morning for work I pulled up my cash app only to discover my balance is ***** less than it was b4 I closed my eyes the night before.I start the process to dispute my claim and they might get back on the chatbot one and a half hours later and thank themselves and ask u if there is anything else they can help you out with??? Shaking my head and changing my Direct Deposit.

      Cash App has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. I haven't been able to access money sent to me from ****** that states that I need to "accept" the payment won't show up. I began utilizing the support bot through the app and did all the steps that I was asked from deleting the app and reinstalling, signing out and signing back in, making sure I was using the most recent version. I then proceeded to call customer service to be hung up on 3 different times, one of them by a woman named *********. One of them stated she couldn't find my information which doesn't make any sense because the first rep found my information, so why can't you. Instead of looking for other ways to assist on verifying she hangs up on me. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. To add insult to injury I still can't access the funds.

      My sister sent money to an old account that I no longer have access to and all I want to do is get her her money back. I gave them the correct telephone number info, my bank account information, and all they can say is for security reasons you can't access the account. I call it's the same thing. I can verify everything I need but to protect my account they can't help. All I want to do is give my sister her money back and they are no help at all. At this point, they're just taking peoples money.

      Submitted a dispute to cashapp and provided proof of my dispute and it was denied. When I requested the reason or proof of why the dispute was denied, nothing was provided.

      Cash App has the worst customer support around. The representatives don't know how to resolve issues and because of this, they will hang up on you if you don't take them at their word. I was not yelling or cursing at a representative and because she was incapable of doing her job correctly she stated, "That's all I have to answer for you and now I'm closing this issue, Goodbye." As you can imagine I was livid. I called back and someone who at first seemed polite but as soon as she couldn't figure out the issue, she became disrespectful and I called her on it. This company handles people's money, so being empathetic and sympathizing should be of the utmost importance considering if it was their money I'm sure they would want a resolution too. The headquarters needs to reaccess who they outsource to.

      I have had nothing but issues with Cash app. It is a great idea but terrible business etiquette. There customer services is basically a robot or follow the same script because no matter what you send them you get no answer or assistance. I have tried to use it and card was blocked for no apparent reason leaving me not able to purchase what I need and transferring it to another card services. They stole money from my son card so he closed his account and no I am closing mines since I am able to utilize the card.

      Cash app took money from me twice I paid someone to cash it they got the money I took it out the Mac machine is all on record the person asked for a refund they never got their money cash app within my account and took $500 from me and paid them they said they never received the money also a second time cash app went in my account for $340 and gave it to the person who ask for a refund they said they never received it, I gave them cash from the Mac machine cash app is stealing my money. I took my bank account from cash app. Right now I never got my money back. From my bank or cash app.

      After using cash app for years. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. ********************** had a glitch without a doubt and sent money to both my daughter for gas money and a charity I donated to a month ago. It was clearly a glitch with cash app transactions was done at the same ************* had same message. Thru took less than 24 hours to review and said there was nothing they could do. UNACCEPTABLE. I will no longer use cash app .
