  I have to leave 1 star in order to leave a review. My son was scammed out of $1200 from his cashapp account which was connect to my checking account. Cashapp protects the scammers. They lied and said they did an investigation, which they didnt. The scammers account is closed and was closed immediately after I reported the transactions to cashapp and my bank. Cash app asks me for my sons locations during the transactions, the type of phone, etc. but they dont ask these questions to the scammers. Cashapp will not provide proof of their investigation. They wont show what was ******** done to investigate the theft. I have offered police reports..etc. They wont accept them. the support chat is useless, they continue to ask the same quesions over and over and over. I provide the same exact answers over and over and over and they tell me to reference an generic denial email as my proof of investigation. I am to the point now where i will gladly tell scammer how to scam because Cashapp protects them.

  Cash App is terminating peoples Cash app account with frivolous accusation by claiming that an account are/is being closed due to suspicious activity with almost zero proof other than a person receiving or sending people funds. They are trying to force individuals into business accounts to collect a fee on each transaction even if it is not a business transaction. By doing this I see the possibility of a CLASS ACTION on the bases of defamation of a person character. Especially when there is nothing other than many transaction used to justify the closing of an account.

  A SCAMMERS PARADISE! DO NOT USE THIS APP hopefully authorities will catch on quickly and realize this is a scam app designed specifically for scammers to scam people, even customer service seems like they are part of the scam as they just cant provide any information about your money ! your money disappears too bad it gets sent on accident too bad a glitch in the phone too bad it overdraws your account too bad its not covered by any financial institute its like a legal scam app going on that should be illegal they say to use it for friends and family I wouldnt suggest my friends and family put themselves in a position to be scammed out of hard earned money!

  I would give cash app a negative 10 stars if I could. All the advertised features of cash app are false. They say get your direct deposits 2 days early, but they tied my money up for 2 days. And there's hidden fees. I sent my wife $1500. It took way too long for her to get it & then she had to pay a $50 fee to get actual money. Also, I sent my cash app $2000 from my bank account by *****, the money was out of my account instantly. When it didn't post on cas app I contacted *****. They sent me confirmation of ***** sending my money being received by cash app along with confirmation numbers. I finally, after hours of trying to talk to a human at cash app, started a chat with customer service. The nastiest chat I've ever experienced. Couldn't believe the way I was belittled. I gave them all the proof of the transaction, but was told there was a problem my bank needed to handle, "by the way, is there anything else I can do for you today?" I was floored.They couldn't care less about my problem. I responded by saying I would post wonderful reviews on BBB, ******* Yelp, & any other site I could find. 2 days later ***** got my money back for me. Zelle deserves all 5 stars. They are my heroes. Cash app should be investigated.

  I reached out to Cashapp several times regarding account summary , I explained 5 times to the agent what I needed although I know there is a CLEAR language barrier ! It's difficult for the customers and agents if you do not speak and understand adequately. If you persist with your needs they just hang up on you. This is not a professional company by any means. Seems like a money maker to me. I still don't have the assistance I need.

  Cash App is a scam. They will have you ACH for a deposit and wait to process it knowing people need their money. And they advertise get paid 2 days early False Advertising. **************** never helps if and when someone makes a class action lawsuit about Cash App count me in.

  I made a purchase with a vendor and paid using cashapp. I purchased two home decor wreaths. I reached out to the vendor a couple of times and did not get a response nor did I not receive my products. I come to learn that the vendor had passed away. I tried to do a refund and got no response, I called the business - no response, I emailed the contact email address and got no response. I reached out several times to cashapp who is stating they can not help me and to reach out to the vendors family members. I do not know any of them personally and her ******** page does not list relatives it is a business ******** page. I would really like to be refunded my $130 dollars seeing as I have no product nor no way of reaching anyone connected to her due to her page being a business page...I really need help here!

  CashApp pulled out $1,100 from my FIL's account when he only did a transaction for $100 inside cashapp. CashApp customer service worker, *********************** (which is hard to believe this is his name since he sounds like he is from overseas), kept having him set up different cards on his apple cash and send "test" money to different accounts for him and stated they would be back in his bank account today. That was a lie. They tried to say it's because his CashApp account is blacklisted because of the fraudulent charges (fraud on CashApp's end since they took out the wrong amount). So, they had my MIL get CashApp and Apple Cash to do the same thing, but hers magically wouldn't work either, but they were able to get $850 out of her account (which has still not been restored). They tried to get me to give them my CashApp info, but **** no! I got their name, mailing address (since they "have no email") and requested them to mail my FIL a check. $2,125 is the total they have taken from them. If we don't receive in 7 days as promised then I'll be sure to write another review about their scheming selves!

  Cash app is the absolute worst i was scammed of my money because the person whom i sent money to states that they were hacked the change was pending when i realized the person i sent the money to was on no longer there account. I was buying goods from her and this was not my first time doing so through cash app i instantly tried to request my money back and it went through cash app did nothing to help me hung up in my ear 4 times saying it was nothing that could be done be sure to check whom your sending funds too it was the worst experience ever and i do not recommend them and there disgusting negligence to anyone the customer service is an negative 1 the lowest of the low this transpired on 9/26
