      I lost my Gmail there was attached to it due to me changing phone numbers in a secondary verification I have a bank debit card attached to the account they made me create another account to talk to them so I did I attached the bank card to that account also not to mention that I have verified my Bitcoin verification in both accounts with the exact same ID they will not let me access my money whatsoever in my old account and they keep telling me it's a five point security check they won't tell me what it is so I can correct the problem and get my money I don't recommend anyone have their money direct deposited into Cash app because I have told them the business that direct deposited in there and they still will not let me get access to my money it's been going on for a month now catch up support is very rude to hang up on you and I asked the man not to do anything to my account the other day and he tried to transfer it from one to another after me not telling him that he could do that just so he can see with his own two eyes that is ridiculous they outsource to anyone with the computer I'm figuring I feel very discriminated against with this company I was anyone reading this I would definitely not put any money in cash app unless you want to lose it they do not care about the people that are their customers they're rude obnoxious and very judgmental makes me feel like I'm discriminated against if I ever recover my hard-earned money I am going to delete this app and never use it again they are a joke the support is a joke they tell me they're protecting my money but they're protecting it from me obviously not no one else this is ridiculous they are ridiculous and if you want to lose money then download cash app and add money to it because they will keep your money just like they're trying to do mine

      No customer support. They let scammers take your money and no way to contact them while its happy. Just watch your money disappear. They dont care.

      I would give zero stars just like the others whove complained about this company I lost access to my old cashapp account because I got a new phone number and switched phone companies I had lost my wallet prior to this and had to get a new debit card. I had told my friends and family I didnt have access to the old account but they would forget and continue to send money to the old one. They were not able to request a refund for their money back. When I called cash app customer service they wanted the full credit card number that was on the old cash app I had reached out to my bank and they said it was unlawful for them to ask that of me. I gave cashapp my zip codes of the last 5 years ( Ive only lived in three zip codes) and they failed to verify my account and marked it for suspicious activity for the protection of my safely. They are allowing my money to sit in an account that I will never have access to because they kept telling me once the decision is made not to ***** me access they cant change it. I even told customer service just please ***** my people refunds at the very least and they couldnt do that. My people also tried to reach out requesting a refund on their end and they denied them as well. So there goes hard earned money sitting that I cant get to. Im switching to Zelle

      I have never had Cash app but I recently had a fraud situation with them. Someone made a fake profile for me and managed to get my account information. I woke up to $130 taken out of my account in small amount all to a ************************* through Cash App. I delt with my bank and then called Cash App customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that deals with fraud they told me no and then hung up on me. I wanted the account in my name removed and to report the name of the other account so that they could deal with them. Nothing was resolved and the accounts are still up. I am amazed they can do this and not take action on their end about a fraudulent account. I should be able to give 0 stars.

      CashApp offers no valuable customer service, the most you get is a bot that doesnt really understand what you are asking for. I have a huge problem with businesses that are constantly offering new products but turn to automation because they are too cheap to hire actual people. CashApp wants to be a bank without taking the responsibilities of a bank or the accountability of an honest company. The bank thats not a bank has no problems declining money sent to friends and marking it as fraud. They have no problem withholding signup bonuses from transactions they deem to be fraudulent. But when it comes to actual fraud being committed suddenly its not CashApps jurisdiction to help get your money back. All of a sudden theres no way to reverse a transaction because theyre technically not a bank, but God forbid you try to send your cousin $10 and the charge is reversed. Worst company ever. I cant wait for the day this company ***** in flames. But until then Ill be content with shorting the company on the **** until their failure comes to past.

      Cash App is a bunch of company being ran by dummies!!! All I need is 6 months of "statements" because I am in the house process (buying) and they need all of this information but cash app cannot figure out WHY my account is not allowing me to print. The bank will not take the account history it has to be the "statement" and these dumb b****** cannot even do that! I will never use Cash App again in LIFE! PS: They are not worth the one star!

      My question is how is Cash App allowed to get away with this?My wife (just had her phone stolen) was in panic to transfer **** money to me using home PC . She sent to old account but I still had the log in after 3 years. The account lay dormant, all transactions were set to notify by email. Its last of 4 uses was in 2019 until 2 weeks ago. I logged in and it had a $0 Balance. The email came through that the deposit was complete. I call , support has me change cash tag so they can do a one time transfer. I follow her instructions , having full faith that she wasn't going to help. She said not to worry and she will get is taken care of but needed me to hold on the line. She came back and said due to security and safety to my current account she was not able to access the account, that's all the information and if she could help with anything else. She then hung up. I have submitted my Verification of Identity 16 times, Screen shots of them stating Thank you for this information and based on the verification the will attempt a one time transfer. Fails and they come back with there is no more they can do and decision is final. They unlinked cash tag from email, linked email to current account and now say the account has had several emails and cash tags, Money is in a Pool with other unclaimed money and suggested I go to my states Unclaimed money. I have been told they don't move emails to other accounts but I have txt screen shot that says to me, Ok now I'm going to link this email to this account and close this account. They are latterly stealing customers money and no one is stopping them! Why? What gives the right?

      Received a call about Cash app and was scammed out of $300. Within 20 minutes filed it as a scam. Was told they would investigate and get back to me in 2 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks later the status changed to request declined automatically. Nothing was even investigated. Just an automatic response no email or anything.

      Would give zero stars if I could. My son needed a quick $200 toward car repairs. We had used cash app before to exchange funds... But this time he had a new phone and had no way to access his old account. He didn't have a physical card so he could link back on the new phone. My son created and I deposited a second set of funds into that account. I explained this in great detail to the bot... Or human that might as well have been a bot on 6/3/22. We went back and forth, as the boy simply spewed back repeatedly the same irrelevant solution. It was obvious from the start they didn't take the time to read anything I had told them. After several hours of this, I decided to contact my bank and have them deal with cash app. I was careful to ensure my bank made the inquiry into the transaction from the old account. On August 5, Cash App rejected the refund from the old account and initiated against th new one. Back to the same old communication barrier... With jokers that refuse it don't know how to read simple English. I put it to them in real simple terms. If there is $200 in this old account it came from me, it belongs to me... And needs to come back IMMEDIATELY.

      Oh my gosh! At last resort, I thought I would write a complaint review on BBB and to my astonishment there are hundreds of bad reviews. Now I feel absolutely hopeless that Cash App will ever take care of my issue. So, in hopes of maybe helping someone else, I will continue. My account was going along smoothly and then one day the app asked me to verify my info. I did! Or at least I thought I knew my own "legal name". Apparently I didn't and they closed my account. Multiple chats and multiple calls into Cash App to explain my situation and I'm ALWAYS told the same thing. "Your account has been closed for violation of our terms and conditions". I've asked many times to know what violation??? No one will tell me. They say they will "escalate" my issue to someone that can help me and I will receive an email. Even the email says the same thing. "Your account has been closed" and they will escalate to a "Manager Team" that will help me and then nothing.....I give up!! I've spent hours and hours trying to resolve. After reading everyone's review, I'm convinced Cash App does not want to help us.
