      Absolutely AWFUL. Mynd drug their feet every possible step of the way, never returning phone calls or emails, changing the locks without consent, and disposing of personal property. We wanted to list our home for rent, and after the agreement was signed, Mynd just ghosted us. They changed the locks and threw away our door locks without providing a key. They would never return phone calls, or emails, or keep scheduled calls. They never even listed the house for rent despite it being provided to them 100% rental ready, and they wanted to list it for 30% lower than we rented it for on our own. They took over 2 months to return our maintenance deposit after we terminated them, and that was only after filing in small claims court. Also, their "office" is not an office- it is a virtual mailbox, so you will never find a human to deal with. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY- THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

      Should be 0 star if the system allows...if you are deciding whether work with them, you should walk away, if you are still managing your property with them, you had better to leave asap. The whole process after tenant moved out was a totally nightmare...Extra loss on their misconduct:1.Delay one month before ready to market: on 7/2, the tenant moved out, even though there were a template email sent to me about the transition, nothing happened until 7/7 and then many back and forth till the work started at 7/28 and finally work done on 8/10 which is more than 1 month.2.I finally realized that the **** was not repaired after I sent someone to check the reason for the abnormally long vacancy in Oct. FYI, when the tune up was done, I requested for a ready to market inspection but was told that they dont provide it. Who would want to stay in a house without AC in AZ? This is the main reason of 4 MONTHS plus vacant!According to their letter "Your vacant property costs $90.16 per day in lost rental income." This is a lost of more than $10,000!Others:3.Lockbox was not working so prospects cannot tour at their appointment.4.AC fee $513 in single month when it's vacant, this is far from due diligent until I requested to adjust it.5.Normally no response from the team on message, when you call, you will have to wait for more than 30 mins and you cannot reach out to the manager unless you make appointment on portal 2 weeks later, AC repair quotation, paint quotation, HOA notice...6.The formal notice of termination was sent on 10/13, they are still sending distribution report in Jan. and ridiculously sent a fund request on 2/9/2024 asking for money to close the account...My experience summary: when there is nothing happened, it seems that it's nothing wrong to work with them until you need them, such as tenant transition, you will find that they are actually incapable or even not existing, which means, you are actually paying the management fee for nothing!

      I am leasing from Mynd this leasing company is horrible they have charged me for a maintenance. trip $127 I did not cancel and then again charged me for a kitchen drawer that need to be fixed $100. I am so disappointed. Do not lease from them they will try to get you for every *****.

      This place deserves zero stars. I have been asking for stuff to get fixed since I moved in and they wont send anyone out and the people they do send out never complete the work. My sink has been broke since I moved in two years ago. I wrote them several times and just last month **************** and living room has been flooding. I have begged them to send someone out to fix it someone came out to fix it and left as soon as he left I turned the sink on and it was still leaking now its worse. I called not even 2 mins after he pulled out the driveway and said it wasnt fixed and all they said was they will get in contact with the vendor and send someone back out. Nobody ever came its been two weeks of me calling for updates and trying to get someone to come out. I dont understand how you cant send someone for a maintenance emergency. I literally have to walk through a big puddle every time I walk into my house. I have not only my special needs daughter and my baby but also my elderly grandmother staying with me Im scared when I leave to go to work someone is going to slip and seriously injure themselves. Not to mention all of the mold that is probably growing in the walls and under the flooring. This is just one of the many problems I have had with this place. I have documented everything. If yall dont want to do the necessary work on the house let me move out then yall can do whatever with this awful place.

      BEEN TRYING TO SERVE MYND CAUSE I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK. LEFT THE ***** IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION YET TOOK MY WHOLE DEPOSIT. HAVE PICTURES, RECEIPTS AND EVERYTHING. They have no office here in ********* since COVID. Not sure how to get yo them. ******************************* is a liar and I can not wait to serve them. I've caught them in so many lies and I have email and text receipts, your day is coming MYND and you bet I'm suing for way more than my little **** dollar deposit.

      They are attempting to over charge me for a property I rented. They added si many bogus charges this whole place is a scam. They are not near the homes to properly inspect but sent people to over charge you. And they add it like it's nothing I regret ever staying here and I will fight their charges till end.

      Been having a problem getting a response about a issue that happen a few months back! No reply or update of any kind. Water leak from sprinkler system and water bill was extra high, credit was supposed to added to account.
