      Hiii ******, this is to you and ****** what a awesome person you guys are for taking care of the situation that I felt was being unheard and you guys handle it very well and got back to me very promptly ****** also was very caring when it came to my family need she actually went above and beyond to handle it, your work is very appreciated and it made my day and ****** was very respectfully with upmost customer service in looking into it deeper I thank you too both!!!

      Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I have never met a more unprofessional company. The unit I was in did not have hot water for 3 months, had extensive termite damage, and my apartment had MOLD. They did not adequately address these issues in a timely manner. I dealt with *************************** and ********************** specifically, both of which were terrible and should be ashamed of the customer service they provide their tenants. ******** lied to me about the amount of money I would be receiving back since Mynd had to terminate my lease early because the owner was unwilling to fix the property issues. ******** told me I would get back a certain amount, then as I was just about to vacate the property the amount changed for no reason other than she was lying to me the entire time. ******* is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. I am surprised she is able to hold her job for how rude she is. She did not help me in the times that I needed, would not return phone calls and when she did, she was awful to speak with. I hope the upper management of Mynd listens to the attitude ******* has on the recorded lines so they know what kind of employee they are dealing with. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. If you are considering using Mynd for your property management or thinking of renting through them, please consider another company who might actually consider your needs. Mynd will absolutely not care or will lie to you and not feel bad about providing such terrible service.

      I am very happy working with Mynd team. They have top notch leadership that cares for their investors. Any sugessions I have provided to them, they have listened to it carefully and created an action plan and implemented it promptly. They have built a strong field team and my PM communicates well with me, keeps me uptodate on various statuses, takes my feedback and ensure my investment goals are met. We have decided to make Mynd our default partner as we grow our rental portfolio. Mynd is digitizing a legacy industry and are creating a playbook to help small investors get good at real-estate investing. They have built a great product that makes showings, renting, reporting, accounting, communicating very easy via simple mobile app.

      Mynd has been a terrible experience and I am contemplating either 1) switching property management companies or 2) selling my property altogether. I have been paying Mynd for their services for over 6 months at this point. I have received no money. I have spent thousands of dollars fixing/renovating my condo as per Mynd's standards. Mynd informed me that they found a tenant a few months ago. However, the tenant never actually moved in and held the key hostage preventing us from renting out to someone else. Mynd told me that they would hold money from the tenant and give it to me. However, they never did and gave the money back to the tenant. They found another tenant who moved in months ago. However, every month there are charges that Mynd never discussed with me that they expensed. Now, any income gets taken away from Mynd based on expenses no one communicated with me. Mynd didn't even ask the new tenant if they had a pet. The *** of my condo contacted me as the tenant's dog attacked another resident and was not on a leash. I've had to work with 5 different people at Mynd because my property manager is always on vacation or traveling. Every time there is an issue, she claims if she was in the office, it would not have happened. Every time I ask a question, it takes days if not longer for a response. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that senior leaders at Mynd don't take the time to speak with paying customers. Apparently, I am not important enough for leadership to speak with and my problems are not good enough for any compensation. I will never use Mynd again. I plan to inform all of my friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances of my horrible experiences with the company in hopes that no one ever uses them again.

      As an owner they are impossible to deal with. Poor communications, bad instructions to vendors resulting in costs, no accountability in management. I had huge problems with the ****** office, a ******* and ***** in particular, and could not find anyone legitimate to speak to outside of their protective phone menu/no contact info/call you when I can bubble. I was told that they do not give out the corporate phone number to clients. Seriously? Sure sign of a scam.
