Lack of organization, doesn't have proper paper trail, refuses to take accountability for anything even when there is hard evidence against them. Will cheap out of a situation when in wrong. Still waiting for roof to be fixed after 2 almost 3 years. Doesn't care for residents, only money. Would give zero star if possible.

1 starWasted a lot valuable time, I'm highly upset. My information submitted was similar to everyone else and because of some residency verification that was being done for me last, that was done for my wife ***** first that also listed me I didn't beat the other person in the application process. That's a lot of under mining, misleading way to have someone wast their time down the drain, and Now Im in a tough situation and trying give my son the opportunity to stay in blessed good school district which he's been in since he started school 2 years and my apartments rent has gone up some so finding this home was suppose to be my blessing in disguise and even though I applied first but because of this app processing my only opportunity was wasted by you all processing team.Review fromJoseph C

***** with mynd management handled my air conditioning issue in a very fast and effective way. Living in *******, it gets very hot and nobody should have to suffer without cold air. In less than 2 days after my ac went out, ***** had an Aid conditioning vendor to my home and resolved the issue. Thank you ***** for being one of the most helpful people at mynd management!Mynd
