As a tenant this company is c*** I have had two issues since being there. They get crackheads off the streets to do repairs. It took a month for them to get someone out to fix my stove. And I had to tell the guy what the problem was. I could have fixed it but at 2k a month and liabilities I wasnt touching it. Then my ac started flooding my hall from the attic. The person they sent out was fighting and cussing in front of my kids they never finished it still leaks. They kicked a hole in the ceiling busted the taillight on my car dropping the old unit on it. Damaged the electrical so now I dont have power in my living room and even with daily calls to mynd asking for help for two months now still none of it is fixed. Do not rent from these people or when issues come up they will never take care of them.Mynd

Over the past year and a half, my experience with Mynd has been a very pleasant one. *** C has been the best to work with. He has answered every question and resolved every issue effectively and timely, all while remaining professional. Thank you for making my experience with Mynd a pleasant one! Also the vendor that was provided by Mynd to complete my service request(Noble BHS LLC )was a pleasure to do business with as well. The technician was the best.
