      We have been in our rental home in TX for 7 months and it has been a nightmare from the get-go. When we moved in March 2024, I sent a ton of photos to Mynd about the absolutely filthy condition the house was left in, along with concerns about the cracks in the walls and ceilings. The bathroom ceiling, specifically. Again, this was March 2024. Today is October 17, 2024 and as of right this minute, the ceiling in the bathroom is literally collapsing. You can see inside the ceiling, inside the moisture vent (which is dangling from the ceiling), and of the 78" width of the bathroom, ALL but ~4.5" is cracked through. There is debris falling out of the crack and we have been trying to get Mynd to fix it since we moved in. It turns out that the main issue is the foundation. Their own inspectors said, "They rented it to you in this condition?!", "These are the worst foundation issues I've ever seen," "The minimum cost to fix this is $25,000, but of the 300 Mynd properties I've inspected, they've never agreed to fix a single one." Sure enough, the owner refused the repairs. In addition to the bathroom caving in, there are massive cracks running through every wall in the house (deep J shaped ones), the beams in the ceiling are pressing into all of them throughout the house, the living room ceiling has started to sag heavily, and the cracks are coming up through the floor (you can see the fault line), bubbling the linoleum and making a tripping hazard. Communication is awful and we have been warned by Mynd's own inspector (the second one they sent in) that "they are going to try to nail you for this." As in bill us for the foundation issues that were preexisting (obviously and also agreed on by the professionals). Unfortunately, several other reviews from past tenants mention the same thing; they get charged thousands of dollars for issues that weren't their fault. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They are slum lords and fraudsters.

      This company is horrible!! In the middle of our lease we were switched from our old company to Mynd and were told they would keep the agreements of our old lease. THEY DID NOT. They have been nothing but terrible. I am moving out BECAUSE OF THEM!! I hope whoever owns our property stops doing business with these people. They are a JOKE!

      MYND is the worst property management firm. Never manage your property through them. They do not collect rent and deposit to your account.They do not perform move out inspections They sold me the property in a very wrong area which has no growth . Then rental management was worst. DO NOT USE THEM

      Terrible company to rent from! They do not care about there tenants at all, when you need service done it takes forever to get someone to actually help and when they will finally get a company to do the work it is ALWAYS the absolute cheapest laziest labor Ive ever seen. We experienced our AC broke and leaked from our ceiling and it was about to fall through and it took a days to get someone out to help and that is in ******* in late August..
