      I have been renting my home now for three years and MYND are my property managers. They have and continue to stay connected with me by informing me immediately of any concerns regarding my home. I am very confident with this company and have only good experiences.*******************************

      The worst property rental company I've ever dealt with. If you ever have an issue, it will take insanely long to fix, they will hire the cheapest vendor possible who either does a poor job or doesn't show up, and then they are incredibly unresponsive. We are on week 5 of trying to get our A/C unit fixed and there's no end in sight.They forced me to move-in earlier than I would've liked and then scheduled the move-in on a day where nobody was working to assist with the move-in itself. They then didn't provide keys for multiple exterior doors into the home and it took two weeks for that to be resolved. I've had multiple experience managers since renting two months ago and they never let you know when one changes, and you're extremely lucky if you even receive contact info for your experience manager.

      This is by far the worst rental experience I have had in my life. They are terrible about responding timely. They will pick and choose what THEY want to fix and whenever THEY want, no matter your urgency. In ***** where temps soar above 100 degrees residents should not be forced to live without cool air indoors. This company does not hesitate to take your money on time each month, but they will delay your maintenance requests for weeks and months while they send their unqualified techs or choose the lowest bidder company to use cheap material and bandage over fixes. I have submitted tickets which have gone ignored despite numerouse submissions and phone calls.Prospective tenants take photos, videos and write down every single thing you see wrong; otherwise you will pay for it when you move out despite this company's refusal to complete requests.

      CEO - ******************* - Please consider revamping your company MYND company with better employees that know what they are doing. As a home owner having my property managed by your company has done nothing but caused absolute misery for me. We are extremely unhappy with the services and not mention no one ever calls you call when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. Eviction being filed without the home owners approval, extremely high maintenance fees being charged for little items that need fixing. Playing games with the tenants and home owners. Every place I look as a bad review on the company. I wish I had paid more attention before signing up with MYND to manage my property. I urge all home owners and tenants to not use MYND for either service.

      Garbage management company. Inconsistent information and assistance. Impersonal, everytime you speak to the company someone new is answering you and doesnt even have the right mind to review your file and familiarize them self with your history. These people hire random maintenance service professionals off of *********** They make appts to come into your home without speaking to you first. Quick to blow you up when they need something but nowhere to be found when you need something. This company is the sole reason I am leaving the property I currently reside in. I cannot fathom resigning and dealing with them for another year. Atrocious!!!!

      Mynd attempted to get me to sign up and pay for utilities that were advertised as "included in the rent" which were actually a $70 flat fee added to the rent and then still "accidentally" tried to force me to put them in my name. ***** had dozens of problems, was unclean, they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by approving the work orders I put in. They used a single unlicensed handyman for important repairs like the gas line not being hooked up to the oven, the front door k*** being completely detatched, and while hardworking he was simply not qualified to make these repairs and still rushed as quickly as possible. This company speaks one language and it is threats of legal action. Don't be afraid, know your rights, and treat this company the way it operates.

      After reading all the other reviews I am kind of shocked. I have been with this company for 2 years now. Any issue I have had I put a request into the app like they instruct and within 24 hours I have a responds. When I moved in and did the pre move in inspection they seen things that were noted that I didn't feel were that pressing and I had somebody out within the week. I too did not have garage door openers, lets face it people don't always return things as they should, they had somebody out there to program new ones that week. I recently had a issue with my water bill being $200.00 I reported there was some kind of issue and they had somebody right out and the owner ever gave me a small credit to offset the cost of my bill. I would rent from Mynd time and time again. They are amazing!! I had a neighbor who went through a different company and they decided to sell the house not letting her know but giving her a week to move. Mynd does not have this kind of behavior they are honest and keep you updated.

      As an investor who has had one property managed by MYND for over 10 years I can honestly say they have been responsive and have always taken care of the tenants needs.

      Great company! They manage one of my rentals in the *********** area and do a fantastic job!Everything is available online when it comes to communication, work orders, and what is going on with the properties at all points.

      My experience with Mynd, from viewing rental homes to applying for a home to fulfilling maintenance requests has been outstanding. Employees have all been kind and helpful. Contracted maintenance staff have been knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have had excellent service from them.
