      The worse property management company to ever use. They took out our nice healthy trees without informing us and then billed us for it. When we tried to resolve the issue there was no response and a constant delay in trying to resolve. Then they charged us for an estimate from a company. We called that company and they advised their estimates are always free. Nothing but lies and confusing billing and distribution. It was never accurate. Owners/Investors be aware DO NOT USE Mynd!

      This company is the worst. First they are unprofessional, no one knows what is going on with the property The property manager is always un reachable. I paid on last week July 3rd and my move in date was 7/8/2024, no one has reached out with key codes, every time I call they tell me someone will call me back, am losing money because i paid for storage and mover yet no one is trying to talk to me i am get the run around and I can't get in touch with any one. If someone is thinking about renting with this company MYND please don't they are garbage. I am located in *******.

      Moved Into a house that was dirty with a few damages on the walls a house that was not in perfect condition no big deal we thought when we moved out three weeks later, they charged us for every **** on every wall, completely repainted the house at our expense and charge us for cleaning, even though we left the house in pristine condition and would agree to one or two ****s, but not painting the entire house most of our deposit and does not care. We only stay in the house for eight months the house, immaculate left it in better condition then we moved in

      Worst property management company. Do not move in. They will not be very responsive with your calls, they raised emergency requests that have not been fixed for weeks. My window does not lock, I have not had access to my mailbox for weeks, and when i moved in they did not give any garage openers or mailbox keys. Things that were broken included, my toilet, ceiling fan, cabinets, ethernet ports, electrical sockets. On my move in date, they gave me a code for the padlock that had the key in it and the password expired and the next day was a holiday so they could not help, had to go through the broken window.

      Need another repair? Wait another 3 months for a FREAKING BEEHIVE. *** placed about 4 work orders with this trash company and every single one takes them LITERALLY MONTHS to finish. Could you imagine owning a home and letting it leak for 2 months? Or having a beehive and letting it sit for 70 days before acting? THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE, EVERY SINGLE REPAIR I HAVE TO REACH OUT MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ANYTHING! TO GET DONE. They will have you waiting weeks and then you finally get sick of waiting and reach out, and magically they are ready for the next step. They could care less if you have no ac, your doors dont lock, excessive pigeon p*** to where you cant even use your backyard, dont care if you dont have screens on any of your windows(like you are legally required to have upon move in but then when you request a repair its too expensive) they dont care if you have a leak in your roof, your washer machine is broken, a hole in your roof literally every single step of any repair takes obnoxiously long and makes the TENANT the actual manager reaching out and making moves cuz the actual MANAGEMENT COMPANY doesnt do shlt! This last repair they even had my wife calling the bee removal company to schedule a repair and the beehive removal company themselves said this is not how it goes if you put the repair in you will pay the cost, its up to the management to call, HOW THE **** DID MANAGEMENT NOT KNOW THIS?!?! HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS NO **** BRAINS! (How is a company even in business when in the last 9 months theyve had 2 5 stars and 80 1 stars???) HELLO?!?

      Absolutely worst management company!! They don't give any phone numbers or even names on emails. We never received responses to our questions about the property we were going to rent so we cancelled our hold. We were told we had to pay for 3 days of holding from our rent deposit but they changed from the full hold amount and an extra day. It's been over a week and a half and we still haven't received any refunded money. I was only able to call because of the BBB listing an actual phone number... They only communicate by email and supposedly live chat, which never gets answered. I was told a manager would contact me as she was "on the other line".. no one ever called. Now 10 days later, I'm still waiting for a refund and call. I spoke with a lady today, who told me "management will call as soon as they are off the other line", I've heard that before... I've made sure I get an email stating I called because they don't have confirmation numbers to verify communication. I've consulted a lawyer and I'm ready to go that route if I don't get a call back today. I would give this company a 0 stars if possible. They are also rude and condescending when you are able to speak with an actual person. I hope they get shut down!!

      The worst company I've ever dealt with. All they know how to do is ask for money. The property manager clearly has never done this job before and even admitted to me that she was a kindergarten teacher before this job. I wasted so much time and money with mynd. They were never able to get me tents to rent.

      I have been a customer of ******************** since June 2021 and have faced numerous challenges from the start. Recently, their actions, or lack thereof, have led to significant and preventable financial losses for me as a property owner.Lease Termination Handling: On January 5th, Mynd notified me that a tenant would be breaking their lease on February 2nd, seven months early. Despite receiving a month's notice from the tenant, Mynd refused to list the property for rent until the tenant vacated, ignoring my requests to minimize vacancy. Tenant Billing Issues: Mynd did not bill the tenant for owed expenses at the time they were due. Instead, they promised to bill the tenant for seven months of rent after the turnover. When the tenant became unresponsive. Mynd refused to pursue collections until the property was re-rented or the original lease expires in September 2024.Delayed Inspections and Repairs: Mynd delayed the move-out inspection by two weeks and sent unexplained repair bills. I refused to approve these expenses without explanations. It took Mynd 1-month to provide explanations. In this period of time, Mynd refused to show the property, delaying turnover completion until March 12th (a month post-vacancy)Property Showings: Mynd refused to conduct in-person showings, leaving potential tenants to navigate the process alone. In 96 days post-notice and 68 days post-vacancy, only two showings were secured. A different property management company was able to rent the property in 2 weeks. Unexplained Utility Bills: Mynd sent utility bills for two months totaling $567.65 for a vacant home. In conversation with the energy company, it was determined that this energy usage was highly unusual and representative of the ** being run at all times. The data represented a 6X increase in energy usage, pointing to irresponsible energy use for a vacant house. I hope the BBB can assist in addressing these issues and preventing future occurrences for other customers.

      Mynd is a terrible management company. HIGHLIGHTS:Spent a lot of money on small repairs without notifying me Sent out notice to vacate resident 13 days after I asked them to and lied about when they did Said they would complete SODA and then didnt Excluded certain information from the move out inspection Allowed two dogs in the house when a no pet policy Placed a resident who did over $8k in damages to the property
