      DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT! If I could put 0 stars I would. Charged us out the ying **** for repairs after we moved out!!!! We had the carpets cleaned like they said --even provided a receipt for proof. They had the carpet cleaned again and charged us for it. Charged us $247 for a laundry closet door that never even existed the whole time we lived there....I have never been more flabbergasted over a rental company taking $1300 out of my $2000 deposit. You all should be ASHAMED of yourselves.

      ******************************* and her team are wonderful. I highly recommend Mynd Property Mgmt to everyone that has a rental home. The fact they are willing to pay should the tenant doesnt tells me they will go above and beyond to ensure we have good renters. That gives us peace of mind. Thank you!

      I am happy with my partnership with MYND for ten years now.. They are responsive to my questions and are prompt in resolving issues with either the tenant or the homeowner's association. I certain recommend this team to any investor.

      I have rented via MYND for 3 years which I didn't expect it to be this long. But they have made it easy for me to call my place a home with no worries of anyone to call for my needs of service. Truly I never had to call for anything major because I have picked an up to date home which they managed to make things safe before my move in. But the lil minor issue I had, they sent someone out to fix right away. This takes away of a renters headache to wonder if things will be *********** away. So I would recommend MYND to anyone. I gave less stars because it is expensive and increase every renewal. That would be my only complaint. Overall, I'm happy with this company. Thank you MYND for being there when I needed you.??
