    Got to this grill based on the buy 1 get 10 promotionnot disappointed at all! Just moved into my new house and cant wait to fire it up for family and friends!! Quality looks and feels amazingand the assembly instructions were spot on! You wont be disappointed!!!

    Ive had *****, BGE, K-*** Smokers. All did a great job if you wanted to hold their hand while they cooked. Yes, they provide a bit better smoke, but doing butts and briskets I no longer want to sit out by them all day and night, nor can I drink that much beer anymore. OK - Now the complaints: (I bought the $399 pig in a poke, since she said no more smokers)1. Need to have a way to change pellets - I now have a small vac and **** them up. 2. Need to have wheels on both ends - had to jury rig a board with a caster.

    We love out zgrills 450B. It is a fantastic and essential part of our meals. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and goes an excellent job producing delicious, tender, juicy meals with an amazing smoked flavor. It arrived quickly and has been a meal staple over the past 5 months.

    I bought the buy one get 10 free offer about 3 months ago. I was skeptical about the offer at first. I thought for sure this was a scam, and there was no way these grills could be offered at that price. I was absolutely 100% wrong! From when I placed the order until I received it was about 1 week. The grill arrived, and was able to put it together, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the guide to put it together was easy to follow, and matched every step. The grill quality is second to none, and was way far superior to what I expected. I am in no way getting reimbursed by ZGrills, and I have no bad things to say except that the whole process was easy, and everything came as I was hoping. I had never touched a ZGrill prior to this. Alls I can say is well done! And looking forward to my lifetime supply of ZGrills!

    I like the grills temperature settings options, the probe readout for meat interntal, and the meat comes out great. We enjoy our z-grill. A fine product.

    I love my z grill, my first one never gave me any problems. The controller failed a month after I got a new one. The z grills team was quick to get me a new controller and help with any questions I had to install the new one. I've not returned to cooking. The z grill is a great grill and awesome smoke r.

    I purchased my first ever pellet grill. I purchased the 770 from ZGrills. I purchased this because of the promotion buy 1 get 10. Now 8 months old, I use this unit twice a week. Absolutely so easy to use, we smoked our 14lb turkey recently. Will never go back to propane ever. Looking forward to a new one in 4 years so I can give this nice unit to family. I talked with customer service regarding the promotion, buy 1 get 10 for only shipping. I was told that you can request your free grills early. I have no need however as my grill runs, looks, and is kept like new. Very proud of it. Recommend!

    The build quality was not what I was expecting it to be it's not terrible but for the 500 I spent i would of rather got a pitboss. In mid smoke at 250 the panel shows a E code and shuts off so I have to babysit the smoker alot. It does do a good smoke but I believe i would of been much happier with a different smoke for the price
