    They lie about the 1 for 10 deal if you don't pay for the specific ones that's more money then you don't get it even though the 700 series and 1000 series have plenty of options which are only on the accessories. I feel like they are false advertising to get you to spend more money on the exact same grill. This company cannot be trusted

    There was a problem w my first grill I call customer ************** were great about replacing my grill.. I couldnt ask for better.. I received my grill but only that they upgraded it too a better one I would recommend z grills thank you from me and my wife

    I ordered a pellet smoker through **********, and it arrived damaged. I had reached out to ********** and they did offer some assistance in this, but referred me to Z Grills for any parts or warranty issues. I reached out to Z Grills support via the phone and sent them the requested photos on 9/10/2024. On the phone call they told me they could have a part to me in 2-3 days. They responded back to the email on 9/11/2024, and stated they would ship the new chamber to me and it would take 3-5 days for me to receive it. I had asked them about expediting it, and ***** said, "We will rush the shipping for you, please wait patiently." After 4 days of not hearing anything from them I emailed on 9/15/2024, and ***** responded on 9/17/2024 with "No problem, once it is in stock, we will arrange the shipment, please wait patiently." I responded to them on 9/17/2024 stating this was an issue as I was never told the replacement parts werent in stock and on back order and if I had known I would've just returned the smoker to **********. Then ***** finally responded on 9/23/2024 stating, "The chamber is just in stock, we will arrange the shipment tomorrow, is that OK? Because your order wasn't placed from our website, so we cannot start the refund process. " It has now been more than 25 hours and I have not received any more information from them about the replacement part shipping out to me. This company has one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with, and they have no cares about the customer or handling things in a timely manner. I regret ever buying a Z Grill and will now see if I can just return to ********** at this point.

    Hi ******, we are sorry the grill you got came in damaged, and we understand the frustration cause by this. An agent of us has already sent you the replacement items needed. Although shipping damage is cover under warranty, we do not accept it as a reason of return. Please let us know if there are other issues with the grill.

    Purchased ZGrill model ZPG6002B from ****** in September 2023. After only 5 uses and proper care the temp regulation malfunctioned. After phone calls to ****** and the shipper of the grill I was able to reach someone at Z *****. I was shipped a replacement part. After installation, it worked for another couple months then did the same thing. Now I cannot get any response from anyone to make it right. Very poorly built. Disappointing and frustrating!

    Purchased Z Grills "Blind Box" and received ZPG-550c model. After assembly the control panel displayed an error code. All support information available on the web site was followed to attempt to correct the issue. Have tried multiple times to reach Customer Support but they don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone or return voice messages, and have a chat function that is not supported by any human. Basically, I have a non-operational hunk of metal and no merchant support.

    the rep sent me a new controller as i was having issues with mine she was awesome trying to help me trouble shoot my issues the new controller works amazing the only think i wish z grill would have done is added a pda controller option with temp probes for z450 A thank you god bless everyone

    Truly one of the most disappointing and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. My smoker (which is under warranty) has now been out of service since January 2024 (over 6 months now). I have reached out multiple times via email but after a few troubleshooting tips (which did not work) email stopped replying. I then called them via phone, was promised the correct part would be shipped out, 1 month later, still nothing. I have taken such good care of the smoker, even having a dedicated shop vac just for cleaning it out, and yet now that it has been just sitting the last 6 months (covered mind you) it has deteriorated from lack of use (and thereby cleaning) to the point where it is now unusable. This is such a disappointing experience, not only because cooking is one of my greatest passions and not only because I don't have the money to purchase a new smoker, but because I had heard such good things about the company. Needless to say when I finally save up the money I will never purchase another smoker from this company again. Honestly shameful.
