I puchased dental treatment from this institution in August 2023. They gave me a payment plan, which concluded on November 2024. I was able to make a full payment in August 2024, however, they charged me an extra month in September. I called to ask to have that money reimbursed but they issued a refund of a higher amount. Ive been calling but they never listen to what Im saying and give me their generic response. Now I owe more because of interest and nobody seems to care or do anything about it. I went to this office for an emergency Root Canal. Before the procedure I paid for both a Root Canal AND a Crown. The crown was to be done at a later date. After the horrifying experience I had with this office, I came back, cancelled the appointment for the Crown and requested a refund of $439.50. I was told on 8/29/24 that I would receive a confirmation number in my email that **********'s now been almost a month. I have called multiple times, I have gone in multiple times and each time there is some excuse as to why the office manager isn't there or that there is no one there that can assist me.Initial Complaint

I have been paying for orthodontic services at Brident Dental since 4/21/23. On that date, my balance was $1,683.88, and I made a $100 payment. Although I initially visited to inquire about services, Brident was ready to apply the braces the same day, which I accepted using my insurance from my then-employer. The service I received was subpar, with a lack of professionalism. As an Army veteran, I waited over an hour before asking if Id been forgotten. The manager, also a veteran, offered a $500 discount for the inconvenience. I agreed to a total payment of $1,900, which excluded insurance coverage. Brident has since hired multiple new managers, and the discount has not been honored. ********, the current manager, refuses to look into it. On 8/22/24, my statement showed a remaining balance of $312.54, reflecting the agreed final payment. My final appointment to remove the braces is scheduled for 9/27/24. However, upon logging into my account on 9/23/24, I saw a new balance of $1,251.64. When I called Brident to address this, I was disrespected by office manager ******** at the **********, ** location, hung up on, transferred multiple times, and shown little empathy. I was informed my insurance stopped paying in August 2023 after I switched jobs, yet Brident never communicated this to me before 9/23/24, five days before my final payment and appointment. ******** stated that I must pay in full to have my braces removed, which I believe is unjust. Additionally, when I asked for a supervisor, ******** claimed to be the owner and refused to provide contact information for anyone above her, stating her boss was "God," which I found highly unprofessional. Additionally, she has repeatedly smelled of marijuana during my visits and appears impaired, slurring her speech. I request this matter be investigated, as I believe Danielles conduct and qualifications are not suitable for her position.Initial Complaint

In 2019, I went to western dental and orthodontist, they suggested me that best option for my oral care were the implants so they placed implants on the bottom part of my mouth, these were placed incorrectly, causing the top tooth to fall out when I went to tell them, they told me that my teeth had no solution other then put implants on the top, believing that this will be done well, I allowed to them to put the top implants and they put those in, but they also placed them incorrectly. Instead of putting them facing downwards, they put them facing forward, when I went for the final day to placed the denture they couldnt be able to do it and they told me that something went wrong with the denture and they gonna fixed and they did an other appointment day for me but they never mentioned to me that the implants were putting wrong,when I went to my next appointment they refused to see me and I spoke to the manager and she yelled at me saying that I need to pay the completed amount of the implants if I want to be seen by the *** I was trying to wait until I finish paying the bill since they still pulling the bill amount from my bank, but the denture has broken 5 times and I had been fixing my denture with a repaired kit, that the reason I havent submitted a complaint waiting to finish paying the complete amount but still owe ***** dollars and I really need help and they still refusing to address and solve the issue, Im still with the implants that are useless, without teeths and with the temporary denture that doesnt not fit me and had been broken many times, I just want to refund my moneyInitial Complaint

I went 6 months with no front teeth. Western Dental ************** was suppose to do implants.On my implant installation date June 3, 2024, while on my way to my appointment a female called me from the Western Dental ************** (I have phone records) and told me not to come because they don't know where my teeth were. Then she stated she did not know when they would receive them or when I could get them installed, she said MAYBE next month because the implant person only comes once a month. I paid Western Dental ************** $2630,00 for the teeth and installation. Once they told me MAYBE next month after not having 2 front teeth for 6 months, I told them to cancel. I went in for an orthodontic consult in September of 2023, and they pushed me into having braces put on the same day, telling me that my teeth were in an incredibly dangerous state (they claimed the enamel was gone and I was causing nerve damage, which was later debunked by my new orthodontist). They did not ask me if I wanted to schedule for another day. When I agreed, they put the brackets on and then provided me a list of items I would receive with my treatment, of which I only got two: an electric toothbrush that did not work and a dental paste that they didnt explain how to use. Fast forward to April 2024, and I had to move out of state, and needed to transfer to another orthodontist. I requested an itemized bill so I could rebudget with my new living expenses, and they assured me that they would send one to my new address. Fast forward AGAIN to September 2024, and I still have not received the itemized bill, despite requesting one several times over the last several months, and despite the No Surprises Act requiring them to provide me one within 3 days. They called today and threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I didnt pay them over $4000 that I supposedly owed, and the lady on the phone, who introduced herself as ******, was incredibly rude and snippy with me and called me a liar for saying that I had requested a bill.Initial Complaint

I came here to get braces. I trusted them and started a payment plan. I noticed that the work they were doing didnt feel right so I went to a second opinion months later. The second place that I went to told me I had a overjet which Ive never had before braces. They messed up my teeth and my new ortho told me they did a horrible job and I should try disputing my payments. Dont even get me started on the service alone here at the western dental. August of 2023. I was on the process of getting two implants. Follow up appointment. December came and December went. No implants. January 26 2024. I had an appointment with Dr *** My appointment was at 11am. 11:41 am no Dr. *** He was across the hall way. I went and asked if it was going to be much longer. His assistant ****** said to me we get to you when we get to you. ***** I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes before he came in and begin to work on my mouth. During the procedure he kept pulliing and pulling 5 more times. He asked if it hurt and I said yes 5 times. He didn't ?? any more numbness medicine. I left the office at 3 ******* pm. I file a complaint. For my next appointment I waited in the room for 1 hours and 1/2 I left . Dr. ** was again down the hall with his co-workers killing time. I called the main office and I explained what had happened. No phone call no letter from the main office. I called 3 more times. Nothing was Done. I asked to speak to an office manager they didn't have one. I called around and found one. I asked to speak to him. He was to busy to talk, that he will call me later. I said I wait. 15 minutes later he called me into the office and I explained the incident. He went on to say that Dr. ** attend 20 to 30 patients per day. He didn't say anything. I had scheduled another appointment with Dr. *** When I walked in the **************** told me that my appointment was canceled. I posted a reviews on ******* I received a phone call from the office manager at Brident Dental and Orthodontics. He apologized to me including the entire office. 7 months to late. He wanted to make it right by offering a 10%discount.Initial Complaint

Made an appointment for the free braces consultation. Same day they we made a decision to move forward with the braces and I made a deposit of $250 cash and the rest to be take off my card for the next 5 years for ******. My card was added to my account to be taken out every month. They put on the brackets of the braces the next week a 3 brackets were broken. The next appointment we went to we didnt get seen because they never received confirmation from the previous dentist about cavities. She has not return. I have called numerous of time to cancel contracts and sent emails. No one has reached out to me about my contract cancellation and they are taking it out of account and my day has not been in 3 months.
