      My daughter had an appointment and i mentioned them that she is going through with pain etc. they mentioned that she doesnt have active insurance which is not true. I confirmed with insurance company and they said its good . I called this location **************************************. **** answered and she was so rude. She said she doesnt have time for this and hangup. I called again and she did the same thing again and again. They are so rude and staff members need to go home if they cant take care customers over the phone

      Western Dental is attempting to charge me $1213.50 plus late fees for service and products I never received. I only received a cleaning on April 19, 2024, costing $109.00. On June 3, 2024, I reported fraudulent charges on my credit card. It was determined that someone at Western Dental made charges to my credit card on May 21, 2024, in the amount of $3407.50 and another charge on April 16, 2024, in the amount of $3566.50 for service and product I never received. The credit card was cancelled. And it was determined that fraud was committed.

      I financed braces for my son on April ******* from Western Dental on ***************. Modesto, Ca. I put $1500 down and have been paying a month payment. My son was last seen May 25 for an adjustment. I was not allowed to go back in the ******** area with my son. After he came out he gave me a piece of paper which I thought had his next scheduled appt. After headed back home a hour and half away I noticed this did not have his next appt on the piece of paper. I called western dental that following week and was told the only Saturday appt they could do was July 29, I explained that we were going out of town and the receptionist said to just make the appointment so is

      2023 Western dental 2nd time affected my credit score, stopped me from qualifying for rental property. Sent proof by state of CA Dentist/ medical $1200 and above. I was reimbursed by Western dental and they sent me to collections. I spoke to **** same lady didn't recall,. I found my letter addressing charge. No other response from either. Continued treatment , 3d X-ray done facial bones grew. It was update of info I input medical Dentist patient. Will be continued service paid by state medical. ********* was given over $100.00 wasn't aware there was a charge signed papers clerk said she will update. There wasn't suppose to be a charge. Medical state of CA approved treatment new medical form needed by Western dental to state of CA continued services, but was charged for mouthwash because it wasn't covered by medical. I have the mouth wash, due to COVID they didn't accept a return. They are so wrong in treating patients this way. My office had Numerous managers since we first started. No communication. I need this to be resolved, taken off my credit report they have caused enough damage. Not my fault they decide to charge me once they were aware a medical patient, different treatment. Please help. Thank you.       Date 4/26/2023 My husband and I went to BRIDENT Dental A** P.C/ ***** and got ************************** /***** Service. But she did not respect and did not meet the requirements as required by United Healthcare Policy. She charged a total of $2,656 for my husband's 2 dentures which are &1571 & my 2 partials which are $1085. She caused damage to my husband that he could not use them for 1 day because the denture was too loose and could not stand on the jaw bone, it fell down when my husband opened his mouth as well as when eating. And my upper partial broke into 3 pieces after 3 weeks, the lower partial was not safe and went down my throat when I was eating liquid food. We both went back to complain but ************************** did not resolve it and suggested that we do IMPLAINT. Date 06/12/2023. I met ************* to present a *************** request to go to another location to do it again. Because we don't have Income to pay for IMPLAINT?! He approved us to REFUND at the front desk. But because of the power that prevented the *************** from Receptionist Anelyor ****?! She declared that: Brident's Policy does not accept Refund for any reason?! With the unethical behavior of *************************************** towards my wife and I, it is too unfair?!She did not complete the 4 dentures well?! She is not eligible to charge UNITED HEALTHCARE's ************************ must return the charged amount of $2,656 to UNITED HEALTHCARE so that they can continue to pay another Dentist to remake 4 new dentures for my wife and I?!Please BBB request refund to UNITED HEALTHCARE as below:1/ Member ID: ********* / patient name: ***************** ( my husband 86 tu?i d b? m) / Claim ID: ************** 2/ Member ID: **********/patient name: ***********************/ Claim ID: ****************************************, please take care of the 2 matters stated above & get back the 2 total amounts of $2,656 to return to UNITED HEALTHCARE who has the above information so that we can get our teeth done at another location?!       I visited the dentist on 4/22/24 at *************** for treatment for gum disease. I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket, but that I would receive a refund as soon as insurance paid them. They never submitted the required documents to the insurance company despite plenty of follow *** in person, via phone, and email. It has been 4 months and I still am out thousands of dollars that my insurance has told me I should not have had to pay. I have filed grievances with both the dentist on their website and with my insurance, and neither has responded to me in over 2 weeks. The dental board of California will only handle matters dealing with malpractice and not office issues, so I feel like I have no options left, and have been taken advantage of.The dentist office is rarely ever open for me to visit when their business hours say they're open, they don't answer the phones, and their emails almost always go unanswered.

      In June of 2023 I was first seen where I got xrays and an exam. I was told that I would probably need some root canals, but that before I could get any procedures or further diagnosis, I had to get a deep cleaning, so I booked that appointment. A few days before, they called and told me I needed to reschedule my appointment, so I did. The same thing happened again, I was told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. in November 2023, one of my teeth broke in half, I kept trying to get an appointment for the deep cleaning so I could schedule a root canal. I reported I was in 6/10 pain at this point, and trying to manage it with Ibuprofen. I finally get another appointment to be seen in I believe april 2024, but when I arrived at the office, I was told that I could not be seen that day because they didn't have enough staff. No one called to reschedule, and I had to cross 2 bridges and drive 45 minutes out of my way only for my appointment to be cancelled. I was told to call corporate to reschedule, so I did and had my appointment for May 21 2024. When I arrived, I was told they made my appointment for x-rays, and my insurance would not cover those again until June. I was furious at this point, my pain has continued to climb, I refused to leave the office without a referral. They said they sent a referral on my behalf in May. It's now August, I called the endodontist they referred me to and they never got a referral for me. My teeth have continued to break apart, and 2 weeks ago I had to pull one of them out myself because the pain was so bad. Pain medication and antibiotics were never sent to the pharmacy for me, I had to get antibiotics from my primary care doctor. There has been continued examples of malpractice. I just had to pay out of pocket to get the extractions I desperately needed.

      Good Afternoon,My name is ************************, a former patient at the Cudahy Western Dental in ***********. I obtained a Care Credit loan for a two-year orthodontic treatment totaling $2,856. Due to moving states, I ended my treatment early after seven months, totaling $1,400 in paid services.Despite this, I have continued to be charged for the full loan amount. The remaining $1,486 should be credited back to Care Credit by Western Dental. Currently, the outstanding amount, including late fees, is $1,529.This issue has persisted for several months without resolution. I was informed by the Cudahy Western Dental location that payments would be stopped upon ending my treatment early. However, this has not been honored.I have contacted both the Cudahy location and Care Credit and was directed to this email for resolution. Please address this matter promptly to avoid further late fees and confusion.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Two weeks ago I turned in my broken parchel denture they fixed it couple months before they gave me an appointment and when I went to pick them up across town they said they werent ready but reminded me to come in so o did but they werent there then they called me couple days later I said are my teeth there she said yes but no tec was in come in a week I said Im coming in to pick them up when I got there they refused to give them to me I need my teeth they lasted 3 years but broke within a month or so when they fixed them
