      I recently changed dental insurance because my divorce finalized and I do not have employer provided insurance. Western Dental was one of the few offices covered with my plan. I arranged an appointment, gave them my insurance info, and I walked into my first appointment and they told me since it was my first appointment it would take ***** hours because they had to verify my insurance (which could have been done anytime the month leading up to my appointment). I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for my first appointment in their waiting room with at least a dozen other people, had about 20 x rays because they didn't get them right, and then they didn't even have time to clean my teeth at my appointment unless I waited another hour. Came in a week later for a scheduled cleaning appointment, waited another half hour, and they took me back to get x rays again. I had to tell the tech that I had x rays already a week ago (it was the same tech that did them a week prior). She told me I was scheduled for x rays. This woman was already suiting me up for more x rays, without checking that I had already had them done. I was then taken back to get my teeth cleaned, but the chair was dirty so they took me back to the waiting room for another 30 minutes. They came to take me back and the hygienist used the water flosser, put fluoride on my teeth without asking ($132 not covered by insurance), and told me I was all set to go after 7 minutes of care. I asked if she was going to polish my teeth, and she said yes. So she polished my teeth, LEFT THE POLISH ON MY TEETH, then applied fluoride again. I asked if she was going to clean the polish off and she said no. I walked out with gritty polish and fluoride all over my teeth. The toilet also was covered in old urine (days old, it was all dried), and the wall had old f**** on it. I have been experiencing daily tooth pain since that visit, and have been logging the pain.

      Via Website 3/14/25 Account # ********* Current Balance $3004.84. I wrote to Western Dental via **** Priority Mail Tracking #********************************** and it was delivered 2/15/25. I had enclosed a copy of the above referenced account statement and stated that I did not believe I owed this money. I had not received a bill for several months. I thought this account had been adjusted for an implant that had failed. I was told by both Dr *** and ******, that all charges for this implant would be reversed. I asked for a complete history of this contract with itemized details for the contract including initial charges, payments made by me and credits for the failed implant. As you will be able to tell from the tracking number the letter and statement was received by their office on 2/15/25. As of 3/14/25 I have not received a written response. I am seriously concerned because the contract before this one, I was charged for two crowns that were not done as I was directed to get implants. I attempted unsuccessfully to get proof from Sama that these charges had indeed been reversed. She gave me a printout that was undecipherable from your internal accounting system that mixed several contracts. All work referred occurred or did not occur in 2024. All the teeth referred to were on my upper right portion of my mouth. I will be filing complaints with both BBB and the ****************************** that regulates dentistry. As mentioned, I sent a letter that has not been responded to concerning the implants, and I spoke to Sama regarding the crowns that were not provided.I want two things: 1) Proof that I owe $3004.84 for implants by showing the itemization requested, and 2) Proof that the previous contract was credited for crowns that were not *********** date I have heard from no one and am still receiving bills. Unfortunately, they have not provided me with the amounts I am owed from the implant and the crowns.

      On 01/08/2025 I went into this establishment for a wisdom teeth removal. I was not given proper information, I was never told I would have to pay, I was never told the proper instructions for aftercare. I was never given the options regarding my treatment.They did not inform me and blamed me for my ignorance. I was coerced into signing a payment loan. No other options were given. I was told either I signed it or I was not going to receive treatment. I informed them I was in pain, I took time off work and was ready for the surgery. They said I had to sign of the dentist would turn me away. Since I was not prepared for payment I borrowed a relatives card for the procedure. Again I was not informed of any payment that I needed to make. This business isnt safe. The person who put the IV in did not wear gloves despite my blood trickling out of my vein. After voicing my concerns and complaints they were ***** and the man who put the needle into my arm was not gentle. In fact he pressed hard on the needle causing the blood to come out. He was not wearing gloves which was a concern. The lack of pre and post surgery instructions was also a concern. I tried telling them but they tend to retaliate for any complaint. I posted a yelp review stating some of these concerns and the next time I went into they made me regret my review. I even took it down due to their harassment.I want my money back, I want that loan cancelled, and I want to warn others about this particular location.

      Today 4.3.25 I went to Western Dental and had a horrible experience. I am 18 years old and feel that they took advantage of lack of dental experience and their billing. They did not explain that they provided a service that was not covered. They only told me I owed $1900 after insurance payment (they have not filed a claim yet). I am new to all this and they told me it was all necessary. Come to find out what they told me I NEEDED, GumX code D5995 AND D5996 ARE NOT, and are considered cosmetic. She told me this after I went back to get more information. I signed for what I was told was medically necessary treatment. I feel like Western Dental (and I have heard many stories) takes advantage of the elderly, young, spanish speaking or **********. They have you sign by telling you its medically necessary 'you need this'. I have covered **********, I am ********** and now I have a $946 bill for a tray I could have bought on ****** for $25. I even went back the same day to ask them to not do the GumX tray thing (they have to send it and it takes 3 weeks) and they said they already turned it in. Then they said because they did impressions of my teeth, but not the GumX which is what im being charged for. So many LIES. There is no way they turned it in. It was within 1 hr. They are just money hungry and didn't want to help me. They make people NOT want to go to the dentist. I would like them to not make the GumX as I asked for and not charge the $946 dollars.

      I had my wisdom teeth removed on 01/27/24 and my insurance paid for all services on 01/31/2024. Claim # ************ and Claim # ************. However, they submitted my name to ************************ to recover the debt. After I had contacted Western Dental about my name being sent to collections and showing them the invoices they said they were going to take care of it and clear it, however, it was never done. Instead, on February 23, 2024, they resubmitted another claim to my insurance for the same exact charges on the exact date of service, however they added 2 additional items that were never on the original statement of /date of service, D7921, which was added on the statement (twice). My insurance paid them another $532, however, they paid for what they previously paid for back on January 31, 2024. They have been trying to recover the $532 that they overpaid which they refuse to pay back. In addition, they had zero proof of the additional invoice fees that they added as they were not on the original statement from the date of service for a total of $360. I would like for my name to be cleared from the debt collectors, and my credit to be reestablished

      Western Dental has been calling me and asking me to pay for services they didn't perform. I went a dental check was told that I needed a root canal and crowned. They went able to perform the work and I was told I needed a specialist for the dental work. Now they are harassing me to pay for dental work that wasn't done. They were payed for X-rays (D0210) and Oral evaluation (D0150) from my Dental ****************

      The treatment that I have received at Western Dental in ************** has been atrocious. I have lodged a complaint with ***********, the company that has provided a loan for my dental work and they have started an investigation on this matter. Until this problem (s) is investigated and resolved, all payments are suspended.1. I have had 2 implants surgically placed in my lower gum and 4 in my upper gum. I have been going to this office for the past 3 years and it has been a very terrible experience for me.2. The lower implants (2) have a denture that fits into "place", BUT NEVER STAYS IN PLACE PROPERLY. I have been in the clinic 6 0r 7 times and Dr. ***** files the denture where it digs into my gums, but when I return home, I continue to have trouble eating properly because of the pain. THIS PROCESS CONTINUES ON AND ON, BUT I AM STILL LEFT WITH PAIN AND NOT ABLE TO EAT PROPERLY.3. After continuous pain and inability to eat, Dr. ***** made a cast for a new denture.4. It has been over a month now and I have not heard from the clinic regarding the new denture.5. I have been calling regularly, BUT CAN NEVER REACH THE OFFICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT.6. About 2 months ago, I had 4 implants placed in my upper jaw. Two of these implants give me pain and I have difficulty placing the present denture with adhesive (fixodent) and after I try to eat, I cannot eat properly because of the pain.7. I have been wait1ng for the new denture for about a month and a half now but have received no word from the clinic (office) Again, when I call, I cannot get through to the office.8. Meanwhile, Dr. ***** has been re-assigned to another location and is there at the ************** Clinic, ONLY ONCE A WEEK My new dentist is good. and is slowly repairing Hadid's work'Recently, I spoke to ******** from the **************** and she was extremely rude and kept on talking over me and didnt listen to my concerns AT ALL! She did not help me at all and was very uncaring and disrespectful.

      My son had his wisdom teeth extracted at Western Dental under my dental insurance. It is an approved *** network facility. My insurance paid the expected payment as well as myself. The dentist is stating that it has not been paid. When I call to get information, they will not give it to me because I am not my son, **** ******-*****, who received services. **** is a full time student without a job. They have since sent it to collections but will only speak to my son during school hours in which he can't and still won't speak to me. I would like it removed from collections since it has already been paid by the agreed upon amount from the insurance on policy.

      This office is horrible. My appointment was at 9 am (when the office opens) I say here for over 30 mins before they told me they didn't have anyone at that time to clean my teeth. For the last couple of appointment I have had a problem getting the service for my braces and my cleaning.

      - The date of the transaction was February 19 2022 - I was charged for a service I never received.- I went for an appointment to clean my teeth in order to get wisdom teeth removal and never received care. I asked dentists passing for help and even spoke to the office and didnt receive care for over 2 hours.-Upon contacting the business for dental records soon after the corporate office refused to give them up and ended up sticking a charge anyways
