I was a customer of ***************************************** about a decade ago but ever since, they have been sending me letters saying they are my Liberty PHP primary care. I have dental insurance and care with my work and no longer want or need their services but they still send me letters every month. When they do, I call in and tell them to take me off their mailing list and they say they will but every month a new letter arrives. This is harassment plain and simple and I don't want to see or receive another piece of mail from them ever again. I will never use their services again and don't want any more mail!Initial Complaint

I was charged $700 for making trays for gum disease by Brident Dental on December 6th 2024. I talked to my dentist friend. His opinion was that I don't have any gum disease. Also, I started doubting the quality of their work after i experienced 5 days of extreme pain on my tooth and my face because of the numbing injection and as a result of some work done on my tooth. Since they never answered their phone office I went to their office after 4-5 days to cancel the tray and to see why I had such horrible pain. The office manager told me they would start the refund process. They have been lying to me about the refund for last 2 months. They also refused to give me any contact info of the supervisor so I could contact her myself. They told me I had to wait for the corporate response. I have been calling the corporate office to ask them about my refund status. To this day , 02/07/2025, the corporate office have not received any emails or request from Brodent Dental or their supervisor for my refund.Initial Complaint

we spent 18k to have my wife's teeth pulled. In that time the dentures have broken 4-5 times. They have broken in the same place every time. It takes 3-4 months to get them replaced under warranty. The last time it broke it took 3 months to see the dentist not even a replacement. The dental office says they can no longer help us and we are out of luck even though we are still under warranty.Initial Complaint

I had a wisdom teeth removal on Sep 16. Before that, I provided my Careington plan to the clinic, and I have confirmed the price with the clinic. Additionally, when I contact the clinic, they confirm that my Careington plan is on my profile and reported to the billing department. Meanwhile, I confirmed with Careington that the clinic is in-network. However, in November, I received a billing balance. I contacted Western Dental ****************** but they didn't have my Careington plan account number. So I provided them with this and they started investigation. However, there is no result to the investigation over the past 2 months yet they still keep sending me billing letters, call me for the billing. I contacted Caretington and confirmed that Western Dental Billing has not contacted them yet. So I request them to expedite the process, confirm the plan, and resolve the billing balance.Initial Complaint

Went to get my teeth cleaned they gave me a form to sing which I couldnt read or make out the word upon trying to have it explained they got up set an told me I should leave when I asked whey she said they would reschedule my app then she asked the doctor wither he felt comfortable cleaning my teeth as if did something to him. When I asked him if there was a manger he told me to forget it and lets just do the work wit an attitude loud voice. So I asked are you upset with me wanting to know what Im signing! Then I didnt feel comfortable with him doing work after he rushed me to sing an yelled at me like I was wrong. I left. When getting to the front desk to speak to a manager they told me they knew I already made a complaint against them. So now Im feeling like they retaliated against me an didnt want to service me. Thai place is a disaster a they dont care about any customers. If you have anything to say they will ask you to leave.Initial Complaint

When I went to Western Dental & Orthodontics on ******************************* ********, Ca *****. The doctor exam my teeth, said I have an overbite, and needed braces for 2 years. The total cost for orthodontist is $6,255, so they have a promotion and give me $1000 off. Total was $5,255, I put a down payment of $200, and new total for treatment was $5,055. So I paid a total of $4,500 and I am not satisfied when I went to my appointment the staff said they cannot get me in because there was an issue with my payment. They did not explain or mentioned about the treatment will cost more if I needed braces longer. I did went in person to speak to the dental assistant and they said for me to call western dental customer service number. So I called customer service, explain my situation that I been paying, and why they cannot see me for braces? They said I have to pay $1500 and I been telling them I been paying. But why I always receive a bill saying I owed including late fee charges. I am not satisfied the fact I have to called customer service explaining the problem but they will not listen to what I have to say then saying I have to pay $1500 then I am able to receive treatment. I would like for a full treatment, get the job done at no charged or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I contracted to have braces put on for my son ****** ******* at Western Dental offices over 3 years now and your teams advised that they don't have any of the payments I've made online on my son's account to include a total balance due of over $4000. I should be done paying for this, but your teams are unable to tell me what's owed or what's being billed today. You have duty to provide me with an accurate update of my current balance and if you don't, I am going to turn Western Dental over to the ************************ of overcharging customers.Please update and provide me with a current statement and accurate balance across your offices and or deem my account as paid in full. I had two impressions done for top & lower of mouth for teeth partial dentures. I paid full amount to cover top but canceled the bottom due to my not able to afford. I was denied the paid top due to not fulfilling contract according to office; however , I spoke to Medi-*** eligibility worker I discovered western dental should have never charged me for this was covered by government insurance. ******** has started a case against Western Dental.
