      On 11/28/2024 I visited Brident Dental at ****************************. The appointment was for a follow up check on how the area where they had implanted a s**** was healing. Th.a appt was brief As I was exiting the office on 11/28/2024 the Manager Zizami handed me a estimator worksheet for future services totaling $ ********. The worksheet had at least 25 services including 6 crowns None of these was ************ of current date all services rendered was filed with my Dental Insurance United ********* and following the contractual agreement with my insurance, I paid for my portion, of $425.19 on 4/29/24 and $706.66 on 9/24/24 and 4 payments of $153.36 from the monthly agreement paying off the remaining balance owed of $1,860.00 set up with ******. I checked ****** website and saw an agreement to pay monthly for the balance of $********. I contacted the dental office numerous times and went physically into the office to talk to Manager and told to make an appt in 2 weeks to see her. I have request they cancel charges for services in the future. I contacted my Dental ***************** and told protocol is services performed first then claim is filed. I called the corporate office several times. I called Sunbit to get these cancelled and was told that the Brident Dental office would need to cancel the charges. I saw on the estimate worksheet that down payment was made by ****** to the Dental office for ******** on 11/29/24. Transaction # ******, Receipts # ***** Chart #***** from Credit/ATM Card (SUNBIT 4260). on services never agreed upon or discussed for the future.This matter is not right and will be debiting out of my account over ****** from non rendered services nor agreed upon or even discussed. I am uploading the agreement paper work we received on the installment from 9/24/24 for $1,840. We never received any such paperwork for the $********. along with correspondences.       I paid off my account with ***************************************** on October 22, 2024. On October 30, 2024, the office in ************* CA placed an outstanding balance of $930.52. When I went to the ******************** on 11/9/2024, **; *******************************************, phone number: ************, option 1, then option 6 to talk to the supervisor. The office supervisor verbally confirmed on November 09, 2024, at 1150 am, that I successfully paid off my account. Since that day, I have been calling Western Dental corporate office: *************************************, phone number ************** to confirm that my account has been paid off. Shockingly, Western Dental did not want to confirm that my account was paid off, Instead, I kept getting phone calls that I was past due. Corporate office or the dental office could not tell me why I incurred $930.52, I paid off the account in a monthly basis, they could not find a legitimate reason to add the money that they did. My daughter had to pay the payment in the amount of $950.52 on 12/23/2024 (confirmation number ******, employee ***** took the payment over the phone) because Western Dental kept on denying that my account is paid off. The National city supervisor sent a request on November 16, 2024, telling corporate that my account is paid off and remove the any balance that they placed by mistake. Every time I called corporate, they ALWAYS denied having such request from ************* dental office. I even called on Friday (12/20/2024) spoke with ***** from finance department and he put in a request for my account to get audited- to my surprise when I called back on Monday 12/23/24, my account was supposedly audited the same day stating that I still owe money. If they did this to me, who else are they defrauding. This is not okay, and I want a refund of $950.52

      December 2 I was charged $3000 for a dental implant. I was scheduled to receive the implant on Dec. 16. The office refused to see me. I asked for a refund, and they did not give it. They instead rescheduled without my consent.

      On 8 October 2024 I submitted a check for dental work. As it turned out the procedure was only $70.00.I asked for the remaining $137.00 to be returned to me. The front desk told me I would have a check in a few weeks.I went back today to find out where the check was & I was told it will **** * month for them to mail the check.I contacted the ******************** was told every office does their own billing.

      Jersey Dental was owned and sold by Western Dental in May 2024. At that time, I had a credit on my account of $716.90 for over payment. I was told that a refund check would be mailed to me in this amount. Which I never received. I have been contacting Western Dental since September. Finally someone name ***** ***** (from their legal department) got back to me and stated that the new owner purchased the ** and they are not responsible for refunding me my money. I contacted the new owner at "Jersey Smiles" Kumayl *******. I have spoken to him and communicated through email. He said per his contract he is not responsible for returning money to previous customers of Jersey **********************. The corporate office at Western Dental is.

      - 09/19/2024 - $10,871.32 - Western Dental was supposed to fix my cavity in my mouth however removed a tooth which cracked my jaw and I have been suffering from pain radiating from my jaw to my eyes.- They did not attempt to fix my situation so I seeked 2nd opinion.-

      My dental office is in contract with Western Dental Ins. and they are not paying my claims on file, even after a lengthy dispute process. Currently Western Dental has on file $45,958.00 claims that they are not paying that are in dispute. I am also not getting written acknowledgment of these claims once they are in dispute.       I ***** ***** took my husband to Brident Dental for an abscess on his gum. This was October ******* while waiting for his service to be done, I decided I wanted my teeth cleaned. They xray both husband and I it was a process he got antibiotics fir the infection and I than change my mind about my teeth cleaned because I had another appointment and my husband was growing tired that day. I told them I am canceling my teeth cleaning, because I didn't like their service and they insist on me letting them put a device in which I bit down on. They asked my husband to come back on October 31st, 2024 to do a bone draft for my husband tooth we went but I canceled my tooth cleaning on 28 and the 31st. So on the 31st I set and waited for my husband service to be over and I didn't receive no teeth cleaning on the 28th or 31st because this was a process also for the 31st I canceled, but they had me to signed a second or third party call Sunbit in which I canceled and I called Sunbit to tell them twice that I didn't get my teeth cleaned at all.I called Brident Dental to let them know on the day 28th, I called Sunbit and that they told me Brident Dental will have to canceled the contract for non service of teeth cleaning that never happened. They didn't. So a few days after I called sunbit and put them on a 3way called with them and asked them did they canceled. At this point they told me they,Brident Dental would give a refund in which they lied so I told them on the phone with sunbit 3way that I have them all 3 of us are on the phone. So canceled the contract for $2,600 that they are trying to still get from me. For a service that was not rendered. Brident Dental hanged the phone up. I don't won't to pay for something I didn't get and this could go on my credit. They didn't care because they got my signature before I canceled within an hour. I refused to pay, please help me resolve this they are taking advantage of me. ****** gave them $2600 Brident won't *********.

      This company has been a nightmare to deal with. I received a letter from my insurance company saying they put the wrong code on my forms and we trying to get money for a procedure that I did not receive. I've called 50 times they've never called back. I had an appointment that I took off of work for but when i showed up the office was closed and they did not inform me. My son had an appointment the following month. Again I took off of work and the office was closed and they did not inform me. Again I called and called wondering what was going on and never heard back. Now I receive a bill from them for the procedure I never received. I called again, no reply. Terrible company and possibly committing insurance fraud. Not too mention wasting my time and making me mad

      Western Dental is dishonest, trying to blackmail patients by refusing to preform extractions . Below standard of care western dental will only extract if patient pays a lot of money for bone grafting I question cadaver bone use in a human beings mouth osha may want to investigate. Other dentist want 300$ to $500 oral surgeons and ********** people seem to get treated like we dont have intelligence Clinic de Salud wont extract referral to there peers . Stuck falling thru the cracks is no way to live. I worked for dentists, oral surgeon but what an insult when any kind of healthcare is based on income only . *************** is nice if u have money. Even courts here treat people differently based on incomes . Its a shallow world when ones individual soul spirt, physical mental is challenged when there are *** **** .
