      Not an honest company I am totally disabled and have ******** dental coverage prior to the services provided their office made sure they be reimbursed by ******** Then collection agency started to ask me for $5.000 and report me as bad debt and now my credit is in jeopardy. I am on social security disability total disabled thats not a way to treat people.

      Horrible experience. Starting with the Salty receptionist. I took a day off work to have my 14 molar, infected root canal, accessed and to develop a treatment plan and cost accessment. INSTEAD.. the only thing that happened was a bunch of xrays and them telling me my 14 molar needed a root canal and a list of dentist that don't accept my insurance. WTF!!!!WTF!!!!!I had to go back in and request some antibiotics to treat my infection.DO NOT USE THIS "DENTIST" WAJ !

      Zero stars if I could!!I paid full price for a teeth cleaning, as I didnt have any insurance.The female assistant scraped at the surface of one of my bottom left teeth and a surface filling I had gotten a couple years ago (from braces decay) flew out of my mouth!!! I didnt know what to do so I paid for the cleaning and decided to return later and have them fix the hole they made in my tooth. I returned later and they turned me away acting as if it was my fault. Im recovering from a traumatic brain injury, god damn! I wasnt in my right mind and I should have stayed there after the assistant made a huge mistake, popping out the surface filling I had for a couple years prior.Beware! This office will happily take advantage of you and your money! As I have learned with most dentists.No wonder dentists have the highest rates of suicide!!

      I paid everything in full about the listed procedure they will do for cavities and crowning. I paid everything in full. I lost my job somewhere along the way which cut my insurance but I paid everything in full. They listed extra procedure and charges without notifying me and they put a "nasty" clause somewhere in the contract that I am responsible to pay. Contacting them is a pain because of the call machine system putting me on hold and or callers kept hanging up. They also are badly coordinated in terms of communication and sharing information between the local office, the billing department, and the customer service. At this point, contacting a lawyer because they are harassing me with this unpaid bill and all of the department are lying to me about I don't have and or I have a balance on my account/bill.

      The experience that I received from Western dental is horrible. I was told that I needed a root canal months ago and my orthodontist never took out. My bracket now right root canal cannot be finished. I am unable to get in touch with my orthodontist. I was told ******** is out for months. Will not be back until September. What can I do or who can help me to get services and another office?

      This is the most unprofessional, poorly run business I've ever encountered. Being an ortho and dental patient here for a year has been nothing but problems-truly too many to list. The latest incident was driving 30 minutes to my appointment, waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, and then being told that my trays were not there so I would not have an appointment that day and needed to schedule another one-the same woman who said the trays were not there CALLED ME YESTERDAY to confirm my appointment, and after I double checked and asked verbatim, "are you sure my trays are in?" she said yes. The 3 other folks in the waiting room were also complaining about their own frustrations with Western Dental. If you value your time and sanity, I urge you to go somewhere else-it's truly shocking they are still in business.

      This is the worst experience I have ever been to. Bad customer service, horrible cooperation with the customers, book me for 12pm and they changed it to 11am, and thats fine but my son didnt go in until 11:20 which is absurd to me. I understand waiting a little bit of time with a little communication on the side but I kept waiting and waiting with no communication. They also refused to treat us. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      The WORST experience ever.Arrived at appointment, wasn't seen for over an hour and a half wait. I should have left. Anyway, the x-************* was SO disorganized. Then, before the "doctor," if he really was one, very questionable, kicked everyone out so his staff could go to lunch. Tells everyone to come back later. Later will never happen for me. That's a negative one star.

      I can't even give them 1 star. The worst dentist and orthodontist I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional, they screwed up my daughter's braves, made appointments when there wasn't an appointment available. Extremely rude. Would make wrong appointments etc..I could go on forever about how terrible this company is. Do not go there!! Also insurance fraud which we are investigating right now.

      Im so disappointed!! I went for a free orthodontist screening I stated twice I wanted Invisalign before I got to the orthodontist that says they only do braces. I really didnt want it they force sell me anyways with no informative details ,I mean nothing!! I was very hesitant, she said that they cant put the braces on because my dentist need to sign a form. But to trap to pay some money she put the metals halfway on my I didnt even know thats what they were doing because nobody really talks unless they are selling. I was really uncomfortable and not happy with the service and tried canceling two days later. I was told I would be paying up to **** , again I went for free screening. I have been calling for the past two weeks no real help, a lot rudeness and unprofessionalism . I cant imagine continuing with this service, Ive been blindsided and this is totally not fair.
