      This dental office is extremely unprofessional and rude to patients. This was my first and last time ever coming here and I will make it my lifes mission to make sure no one else I know will ever come here. The people at the front desk are extremely arrogant and rude. Specifically the office manager ****** and the receptionist *****. They actually had the nerve to say this doesnt seem to be a good patient-doctor fit which I wholeheartedly agree with. My appointment time was at 4:00pm. I got to the office at 3:45 and was immediately ignored and then told that my appointment basically didnt matter, and that I wouldnt be seen for another ***** mins. This was said very rudely and Manager, ****** decided to go back and forth arguing with me that it didnt matter about my appointment time and I would have to wait. She offered that I could leave and come back if I didnt want to wait in the lobby. I went out to the car to wait, came back in at 4:25 to see if I was able to be seen yet. They told me my appointment had been canceled and the paperwork I filled out had been shredded. No accommodations were made for me in this situation at all- no apologies or offer to reschedule. I do not appreciate this treatment and I will never ever go to this location again.

      I called the call center of Western Dental on July 7, 2023, to Schedule an appointment for July 8, 2023, which was successful. when I get to Western Dental in *********** I was told I couldnt be seen because I was reported as being incarcerated I handle this matter with the ********************* two months ago and it was resolved because I was able to get services which I did for the last three months. I called the Western Dental call center and a lady named **** and a guy named **** informed me that he can gain access to the information which he did and he told me: I going to be 100% honest with you I dont see any information regarding you being incarcerated By the way your medical is active and he doesn't know why I'm going through this situation. I try to clarify my situation with one of the receptionist and the management but both of them was very rude and unprofessional She didnt even answer any of my questions. I believe as a customer service representative. She should be more open to answering patients' questions and concerns and resolving problems and actively listening to patients. Furthermore, every time I call they hang up on me I Think its because the office has been getting a lot of negative complaints because theyre unprofessional and rude, and I need to be retrained. I believe that I am being discriminated against because I was denied service etc.

      I put a deposit down for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled. This location is so unprofessional, tacky, and dirty! I no longer wanted their service. Ive been calling for the last 2 weeks trying to speak to the lady that does the audit so I can get my money back. Ive spoke with all the front desk people and they say shes busy right now shell give you a call back but I got nothing!

      The treatment I got from them started my journey to several dental interventions. They would not pick calls, when they did, they were nasty and when I went to their office to get details on how to seek redress, they were unhelpful and rude. They are getting one star because that’s the only way this post will send. It should be none!

      A warning to those who have someone with a disability and are using *************** Healthcare. My cousin, who I am responsible for and resides in a care home was a patient at Brident Dental for a cleaning, after his visit I received attempts at multiple billing, which was caught and rejected by United Healthcare, which seems to be the normal for many Dental Practices that accept ********* and I have had to deal with before. I use ******** for my cousin and have counted on it for the past 15 years in his care, I take attempts to abuse it seriously, and **** Brident Dental for trying to abuse it, I can see why this business has One Star... Watch Your Back With These People.

      Bad! Bad service! I started getting my bridge done in April of 2021 and now June of 2023 still incomplete. I have paid for my bridge in full only to still have my temporary bridge. I also had a permanent bridge cemented temporarily only to swallow it. I got sent to their specialist to only be told nope, the doctor does not want to finish what another doctor has started. While I was there I heard other unhappy customers with the same issue. Now I'm told they will not are are unable to complete to work. I would have to go else where. I call or go in the office to speak with the manager she is ether out the office or in a meeting. No one in the office is concerned about this situation. I was told they have no clue of who I should get in contact with. Still waiting for someone to contact me to return my payment for the bridge, from what I was told. So, in all I paid for service and got nothing in return, just heartache and time wasted. This place is a joke & waste of time & money!!

      This is the worst company and regret ever signing a contract with is company. I asked for a refund back in March and it's now June and just keep getting the runaround. They have excuses for everything. I wrote the *** of the company and no response or acknowledgement. I am going g to look I to legal action now.

      Bad dentistry the worker so rude and racism with none English speaking. No respected. Im so disappointed to spend my money her my mom ready unhappy with the way that an orthodontist she treat my mom. She had never listened to the client whats the client wants and not only that she even excuses the client for everything is client fault. My family really disappointed!!!!! Its a big mistake that chose to have this person treat my family member. I wish the orthodontist she apologized my mom and shouldnt do that to other clients at all!!

      I schedule myself and my husband for a regular check up and cleaning. i explained to them with my mental situation after almost dying in the hospital about 9/10 months ago and that brushing my teeth wasnt a priority so I know i need a cleaning. Hygienist pokes my gums so hard and them proceeds to tell me my pockets are in the warning signs to recede very soon and I needed a deep cleaning. numb half my face one appointment and then the other side the next appt. I told her I did not want that, I wanted a regular cleaning and then I will decide if I want to do the deep cleaning. She said that the dentist will be in to talk to me. Dr came in and no cavities. Insurance person comes in and starts trying to sell me on a $900 out of pocket mouth trays with periodontal disease prevention goo. I said no. I have to wait 4-6weeks for an approval for a deep cleaning and I again say No I do not want a deep cleaning, I just want a regular cleaning and she told me I could not do that. I repeated- So you are saying I am not ALLOWED to get the regular cleaning that I scheduled and came in expecting. she said no. Then tells me she is going to go speak to the Doctor. I see him somewhere in the office and the insurance lady was back at the front but i was still waiting. grabbed my stuff and told the front desk if I cant get a regular cleaning, I would like to end my appt. They acted like they couldnt hear me and the initial lady who helped me turns are around and goes what is going on? Like she didnt hear me say it. I repeated in a louder voice since they cannot hear well and she told me I was okay to leave. I immediately cancelled my husbands appt and am never coming back nor am I recommending this place. I cannot believe that happened and am shocked at how they just wanted to take more money rather than JUST DO THE REGULAR CLEANING. I would have signed a paper saying I refused what they recommended. As if everybody didnt already hate going to the dentist.
