      Wife made appointment for wisdom teeth removal. They set up a credit loan for her to pay for the surgery. It was supposed to be in the form of a card. She never got it. They had her come in to sign papers, something that can be done through docusign now.. She went in and they asked for the card, she told them she didn't get it yet. They said come back when you get it. They call her two days later asking her to come in again, she tells them she still doesnt have the card. They say come in anyway to sign papers. (So they didnt need the card?). She goes in, nobody is there, they take lunch at 1:30 pm? She goes home. The manager calls her and is giving her attitude about missing the appointment. What appointment? They just told her to come in and sign papers. The manager continues to give her attitude and blames my wife for postponing this whole process. My wife explains the situation, the manager said she would call her back. She never called back. My wife gets another call from a receptionist this time asking the same questions. Basically she gets sent to 4-5 diff lines and ends up not getting anywhere. My wife finds a number to call on her own, calls it and finds out they sent the card to the wrong address. They ended up closing the card without telling anyone. My wife cancels the appointment because she wont know forsure if a new card will come in time for the surgery.

      Western Dental are the worse ever. i take that back. This particular office- they are the worse. The supervisor/manager ***** is the worse. She doesn't know what she is doing. They are trying to overcharge me for my kids braces. I have insurance and my copay is only $1950. My insurance let them know that this is what it is. Every time I speak with the office or *****, they act like they are delusional. If I could never see these people again in my life. Their address is ****************************************. I asked them to print out my contract and you could literally see them going through the papers and I'm pretty sure they didn't give me copies of everything. Unprofessional at it's highest. I'm so annoyed that I can't even give the entire issue

      Western dental ************************************************* is great I am very happy with my implant over denture. He done an excellent job!

      My experience was that they provided a dental plan saying that this is everything when its not they leave things out like other work That could be done in place of grinding virgin teeth, and messing up your mouth!Also, why do other dentist require releases from neurology, cardiology and primary care for the proceed with doing dental work such as Bridges and crowns and western dental does not require thisOther dentist require a complete medical list of your prescriptions when Western dental ****** says us not necessary, Only in general description..

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I had an appointment scheduled and the day before I called them to confirm. I get there the next day and they apparently don't have techs that day. Why did they even schedule me to begin with, let alone confirming the day before?? The lady at the front desk blamed it on 'corporate.'I come back a month later and made sure they scheduled me on days their techs are there. I arrive and now they say I had the wrong insurance card.Why are they telling me that when they already got all the information the first time I called to make an appointment? Both ladies kept pointing to a card they had taped on the counter saying that if I didn't have that one on me, I would have to reschedule.That's the worst feeling in the world to be dismissed over and over again at no fault of my own. I took my paperwork and left crying.Today they called me 3 times saying I missed my appointment!! Are you kidding me??Yesterday they made me cry and today they are making me very angry.

      I paid $15K For implants for nephews front teeth in 2019, and in 2024, three of this front teeth fell out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WESTERN DENTAL, you will regret it. Very substandard work. Folsom, Ca Western DENTAL OFFICE. Nephews implant was not attractive, and looked like Childs teeth in a grown adult man. Then to have 3 teeth fall out of the front of his mouth. Simply disgusting. We received a "DENIAL" letter with no remedies for this. All I can say is NEVER DO BUSINSS WITH ANY WESTERN DENTAL office. Don't waste your money!

      The worst experience, do not trust this office. If I could could a corner of the one star I would. I was a patient lost in the shuffle, the dentist and staff changed 3 times within 8 months. Talk about confusion and I finally asked for my records because I have the right as a patient to choose my dentist. I never received my records, I had to drive 3 hours to get assistance not to get assistance, and was told the Regional Manager would call. I never received a call. Meanwhile, my braces had been 6 months out of treatmentunprofessionalism throughout the building. I called corporate based out of ********** and they didn't have sense enough to call corporate back. To date, no records, took the money I paid already and had the nerve to charge me for the full contract when no one could find my information, next appointments just disappeared. I'm sure it walked away with the three staff changes. I have countless examples of why you should not go. For one example, I sat in a treatment chair and heard a hygenist tell a coworker to move from behind her and leave period she was annoyed. This was a new employee and she was hurt and embarrassed. I let the office manager know and told her not to schedule me with her anymore due to her actions.

      The manager named ****** at the **************************************************************, Ca should be fired. Shes totally unfit to manage anything. I sat in a room waiting to have my tooth extracted for 1.5 hours. The dentist ************* look at my X-ray and asked what happened to my tooth? I explained to him and he said ok. I kept wondering what was going on and no one came to see about me so I asked a dental assistant and she said shell check. She didnt have an answer. So after 1.5 hours later the manager tells me they need to call a specialist to pull my tooth! I asked her for what and why wasnt I told this almost 2hrs ago? ************* didnt say he couldnt pull it! ****** is a habitual liar. Theyre the ones who took my x-rays so theres no excuse. She didnt have the decency as a manager to inform me ahead of time. Then she says she has to reschedule me on 6/19/24 at 3:30 because she didnt have any more appointments. Again she lied because the dental assistant showed me that there was a 9am appointment!! So many patients have complained about office and ****** the manager. The service and professionalism is at the bottom of the barrel!

      Terrible business. It ahould be closed. Its prsctices are neglectful. My mom (89!) had her teeth removed by them - they gave ger zero anesthesia- on 3/22. She was told 6 weeks for her dentures. It is 6/4 and she still does not have them and told it will be another 5 weeks. This is elder abuse. She has paid for a product and not received it! Worst customer service. Cannot reach local office unless you call the central #. This is a scam.
