  Hice cita para mi hijo y me hicieron ir a tres de sus clnicas y en ninguna le hicieron el tratamiento que el necesitaba solo me hacan hacer cita de una clnica a otra argumentando que en la siguiente tendran al especialista para hacerle el trabajo, la ltima a la que fui que era WSTERN DENTAL KIDS me volvieron a mandar a la que era de adultos igualmente argumentando que ah no tenan el especialista para el, solo lo tuvieron ms de una hora y no le hicieron ningn procedimiento, y estoy casi ****** que cobrarn al seguro medico.

  This company preys on a certain working class and low income communities. I was there for one reason, teeth whitening which is a service my dentist in ********, ** does not provide. First they told me they could not do the whitening without deep cleaning first so I agreed. Next they told me they could not do the whitening without another service. I wanted the whitening so I signed the agreement to have the additional service. During my deep cleaning my teeth were bleeding and I was in so much pain that I thought I was in too deep to walk away. I received half of this new treatment but the pain was so bad that I had to reschedule the second half. I realized it was just a way to add more services so I cancelled the second half and did not return.They refused to cancel the second half of the procedure and reported a whopping $1,500 bill to collections under my credit report. I decided to look them up on BBB and notice they have an F grade. Please do not utilize this business; it will end up costing you unnecessarily. If you have been harmed and want to file a class action lawsuit do not hesitate to reach out to me.

  Took nine months to make a set of upper fault s teeth .Over that time period paid out over Two thousand dollars too them .They still could not get them to fit my wifes posts . We had them sent back to lab for what I believe was the fourth adjustment . Then they lose the teeth , and want $1,600.00 in payment . That claim we took teeth that could fit on to my wife post with us , on our last visit . Why would we accept teeth that my wife could not use ? Both ****** wife were present during last visit . So its the two of us against one Dentist. I wish when they first showed how incompetent,they were at dentistry. We would have found a real dentist!

  Went to ****************************** Dental last month. Was made to sit in the exam chair for over 2 hours. When I inquired when Id be seen they said they were on lunch. I ended up leaving. No work was done on my teeth but I'm sure they charged my *************

  I had two teeth pulled on April 25, 2024. Before this initial appointment the Medical Assistant told me that this was going to cost me $160.31. On the day April 25,2024 I get there and ******** the ***** lady that works at the desk tells me $207. I politely tell her no and that was not the price I was told. So she takes the $160.31 from me. So I go back to have the two teeth pulled. I waited an hour before the surgeon comes back. The receptionist ******** tells me that he will not pull my teeth unless I was to get this socket thing to be placed in where the teeth were being pulled out of. Mined you this alone was $800!! I was not told this prior to visit. The girl ******** comes back and says I will take care of it and told me dont worry about. I receive harassing phone calls from Brident dental saying that I was on a payment which I did not consent . Come to find out the receptionist ******** set it up with out me knowing it. I really need to seek legal advice because at this point this is considered fraudulent activity!! I will never ever do business with Brident Dental again!!!

  My two daughters and myself started services at Western Dental last summer. They refused service to my youngest regarding her spacer that was coming out. They even informed me that my insurance would not cover it. No matter how I pleaded with them they told me to remove it myself. The very next day with no sleep for my little one or myself I took her to a dental office and begged them for help, which they did.I informed Western Dental we would not use their services for any of us. We had paid for all of our services ahead of time. Even now that we havent seen them since last year, they are charging my insurance. Western Dental closed that office and informed us that they would have to audit our accounts. Then they told us that theres no record of us. Then that the auditor is only there once or twice a month. I filed a complaint with my insurance and they have lied to my insurance, by telling them that they want to continued services when all they have done is filed us for services that were not rendered.

  Western Dental on Atlantic nightmare, after x-rays, I need several tooth extraction and bone marrow, on 04/30/2024. On 03/25/2024 I took out 2500 loan for bone graft paid 17 hundred dollars for dentures. Coming back several times because the dentures would not fit in my mouth they were too narrow. On 05/13/2024 the doctor told me your bones need shaving we talked about this. I told her we never talked about this, she said wait a minute. I got out the dentist chair looked over her shoulder because shes short Im 58, caught the doctor typing on initial report from x-rays. I told her we not doing this you will not change my report on 05/13/2024. Then the rude front desk had a major attitude, I told her give my file to me, she printed it out handed it to me, then Doctor said something in Spanish then she took my report back to the doctor. I followed her told her get be me my file, she said shes only typing what we discussed today on 05/13/2014. I said I only want my previous report not from 05/13/2024 because you guys are lying. She never stated my bone needed shaving I left dentist appointment with my dentures in after extraction, once removed after 24 hours they said because of swelling OK. Came back assistance kept putting my dentures in boiling hot water made dentures narrower. I paid 17 hundred dollars for quality brand now doctor wants to say its because my bones need shaving. If that was the case the teeth would have been extracted, bones would have been shaved, and bone graft inserted at the same time. Never went to school for a Dentist but ****** is smart. Im suing Western Dental on 05/15/2024 depressed, couldnt take Mother Day photos awake at 12:54 am because they kept the dentures I paid for. Yes I filed a grievance also hired attorney this is Elder Abuse to the 10th power. Make this office diverse instead of one nationality. I want stop until every rock is unturned. Toothless

  No stars if I could - **************** *************************************************. I have been waiting for over 9 months for general cleaning, the front desk female who lied said her name was **** scheduled me for 5months when I go in, she said you have to pay for your visit. I have full dental insurance, so I schedule for a month later. I go in she says I cannot be seen my insurance is not valid. I did not have my insurance card, so I left called the ***** number and scheduled for orthodontist and general cleaning on 5/11/24. When I call to give my insurance information, she says I have no appt on the Saturday and stated I do have orthodontist and schedules me for another Saturday at 2:00pm. She lied about her name there is no ****, confirmed by Orthodontics secretary there and lied about my scheduled 9:00am on 05/11/24. I asked to be transferred to orthodontist and she says they are not opened today 05/09/24, she lied about that also!Orthodontics called me 10mins later. I do not know this person at all not understanding why such maliciousness from an employee. How does management allow this administrative assistant to treat customers this way.

  The company's finance aspect is a joke. Paid off my account early and they're still charging me the monthly dues even though the account balance is paid in full. Tried to get a refund for the money they stole from me claiming the auto pay was never turned off after the account was paid and the refund request was never submitted. Now going through it all again and they're trying to tell me they can't file a refund without the original person who helped's ok. Give me my money back. I did what I owed, why are continuing to collect payments on a closed account. This company is a scam.
