I scheduled an appointment for ********************************************************************. And when I got there, they told me. I was with the provider ********************** across the parking lot. I took my paper from them to them and they told me. No, it wasn't made with us that it was made through their customer service and they refused to see me. They sent me back and forthth parking lot 3 times when I called corporate corporate. Told me to speak to the managers. Neither ************************* or ****** would help me I never got seen they wouldn't own. Loud and need to get a appointment squeezed in somewhere. And told me there was nothing they can help me with. They are lousy, they are disrespectful and their corporate isn't any better. They don't try to work with you. I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau and I've reported to my insurance and files. Complete there as well never again.

What is most insulting is that these extortionists claim a BBB endorsement, the false claim prominently displayed in their lobby. To protect its brand, BBB should take action ASAP.

This company is the absolute WORST! I went to Western Dental General Dentistry in **************** in 2021/2022. I had a complete evaluation and was put on a payment plan for services I would need for my teeth. The total out of pocket for me was around $900.00. I paid the bill in full on a payment plan but never received the services. On March 11th of this year i called in requesting a refund because it dawned on me I never utilized the services i paid for so i wanted my money back. I put in the claim and was told it would take 30 days to process and receive my money. Then I called back to check on the status of the claim approx a week or so later because upon making the initial claim no one could give me any information on my account as far as the total I had paid or anything so I was calling to get an update. Then i am told it will take ***** days because the claim is in processing. Fast forward I want like an additional 2 weeks just to get basic information like has it been processed and what would be the refund amount and still no one could tell me. Finally I called on 4/18 and i was transferred to the actual location where i was to receive the services and they told me the claim was in processing the the refund amount is around $899 and to call them back in a week and they could give me more information. At that time i asked to speak with a manager and was told she was out to lunch and she would call me back. Here it is a week later and no call back from the manager and when i call customer service they are now telling me that it takes ***** days to process and then an additional 2 weeks after that to receive the money to my account. I don't understand how they want their money right away but you have to hound them and wait almost 60 days to get a refund not to mention their customer service staff is extremely due. At this point I am possibly thinking of filing a class action lawsuit against them because there lack of timeliness and processing time is absurd.

This business does not sympathize with people who have low income. As a matter of fact they are the most greedy, money hungry, people I have ever met. I had a balance of 61 dollars from a 1600 dollar bill for services and I called a month prior to the scheduled withdrawal and asked them to wait because I wouldn't have the money. They agreed then and then came back later before I notified them that I had the money again and took the 60 and ******** my account and now I will also be charged a NSF fee which I can't afford by any means. I called their customer service and they did not work with me, only telling me that they withdrawal was authorized. I can't stand this place. I hope they rot in H*** I have never had a good experience at any point in time with this place and it's employees, especially ******************. Nothing but a money hungry, greedy individual, who is ALWAYS recommending more treatments when you don't need them. Shame on you Western Dental. You oughta really reconsider how you treat your customers.

This company is very inept in scheduling appointments as well as customer service. I have scheduled 2 appointments with Western Dental and with both scheduled appointments I have received confirming emails. The first appointment I showed up on time. I was told that my appointment was canceled by Western Dental. When I got home, I received a phone call alerting me that my appointment was canceled. I told the person on the phone that I had just come from the Western Dental Office. At the Western Dental office, I was told my appointment was canceled. I asked them why and their response was they didnt know why it was canceled. I rescheduled the appointment for April 15, 2024 at 8:00am. I received 2 confirming emails for 8:00 am on 4/15/2024. I showed up at the Western Dental office at my scheduled time of 8:00a.m. There was a note on the door saying that as of April;1,2024 Western Dental will be opening at 9:00am. As far as I am concerned that was strike 2. I came back at 9:00am and the receptionist told me I was given a phone call and a message was left on my voice mail which was not true. The receptionist response was it does happen that the voice mail does not always work. I asked her how did she know my voice mail doesnt work? I received no answer. She then said you were sent a confirming email. I told her I did receive a confirming email for 8:00 am 4/15/2024. She then asked me to fill out the standard dental questionnaire. I told her I filled it out on-line. She told me it was not saved in the system. That was strike 3 and I promptly left.

I am new customer. ***************************************** ***** big time especially their clinic at *********** in *******. This clinic never answer their phone until it gets routed to the 800#. On one appointment I had with them, I tried to observe if they're really busy. There were about 5 people in front and nobody I hear talking on the phone. I think they just silence their phone (I see red blinking) so the client will not know that the phone rings and that they just let them ring until it gets routed to 800# which is the customer service for all the ***********************. Out of my 5 appointments to far since I moved with them in February, 4 of that appointments were rescheduled. It's either, they messed up with the schedule, dentist is out, they're out on lunch break etc. I called. They also make you wait on your appointments for HOURS.

I have no issues with the dentist. However, in November/December, 2022, I received a crown and I paid my portion of the insurance. A staff member called me several months later and said my insurance denied the claim. The insurance pays if it has been 10+ years since initial crown. I told the staff member it was well over 10 years . In feb 2024, I recis a derogatory comment on my credit. Western dental sent me to collections and I NEVER received a bill. I never had a ding in my credit score before. I called Brident dental, ***********,**, said said they sent me to collections and they have no further information about the issue. I called collections and paid the bill that was $200 more dollars extra! Collections said they are not customer service and didnt care about my complaints. I called the insurance company and the claims agent said they sent several notices to the dentist and they did not respond. So, Im in the process of reprocessing the claim. I am reporting Brident dental, ***********, ** for false and poor and irresponsible billing and business! They ruined my perfect credit score. I could have settled of only I knew I had an outstanding bill and/ir had the rest of the claim covered my my insurance!

I feel bad for the staff. They are nice. But this was horrid. Went because they took my insurance. Waited a long time for the dentist. He came and took one look and walked away. A "hygienist" came to clean my teeth but ************* them, didn't actually clean them. I said, can you clean them? She said she isn't actually a hygienist, only the dentist can. Waited almost an hour. He came and did the most painful rough cleaning, squirting water all over me the whole time, I was literally soaked. Thankfully this horrible, careless cleaning only lasted 5 minutes. I'll never go back.

Went here to get braces. I received 9 brackets on the bottom on the first day of consult. The ortho then gave me a form to get a clearance from my dentist before my next appointment. One of my brackets came off almost a month later. I called the emergency number, and was told they had no emergency services, and I would have to wait to be seen for the wire sticking out during my next appointment scheduled due to the ortho only being there once a month. I called my dentist and got a second opinion for braces, and found another provider. I canceled with Western, and they tried to charge my HSA card without my permission. When I called, the representative dismissed my concern, and asked for a payment. I told him I wanted to know who tried charging my card, and he stated that he would have his supervisor call me back. I never received a call from a super, but received several collection calls. My HSA provider had to cancel my card and order me a new one. I called again, and was told that no one tried to charge my card, but I can pay my bill. I asked for an itemized billing statement, so I can see what they charged for, and I was transferred to billing, who dismissed my concern and asked for a payment. I explained the concern again, and he said that he saw that no one tried to charge my card, but can email me an itemized statement. I wish I never went to that horrible place. I knew it was a reason why they were ******* to put braces on...
