      Went in for a tooth acue and exam for infection. Did nothing but try to see me a bunch of cleaning services not covered by my insurance.

      I have been constantly berated, and yelled at by their so-called manager, all when trying to make an appointment for an emergency dental appointment, or for other services. I hope the staff gets replaced or that the entire company loses the ability to continue doing business The manager at their ********************************************************************* location actually said I made her feel stupid, and told me to take it or leave, and hanged up on me, in regard to an emergency appointment.

      Absolutely terrible.. was told they took my insurance, to only go to my appointment and find out they don't. They say they tried to call me , yet never left a message.. also the people who schedule your appointments are absolutely terrible.

      I have been trying to book an appointment for 6 months. They have refused to even send my information to another dentist. Ive been calling for 6 MONTHS. They wont transfer any of my info. Or anything. You call u can never talk to a supervisor or anything. I have contacted a lawyer and will do everything in my power to get this business closed down

      Western Dental the Broadway and ************ location needs major customer service training, and training on communicating effectively to the patient. I've been a patient for over a year here and the girls, (I say girls because there is a very observant notice of immaturity) The attitudes are terrible, they are very rude to patients/customers. The orthodontist I feel does not explain to best of her capability to patients, she is kind of quiet and when you ask questions, then there is a negative response of course answering your questions but not in a customer service deliverance. I've has SO many appointments moved around and have been totally of the timeline of my treatment plan, its amazing how I've read that patients owe so much because they continuously take money from you even when your appointments are cancelled. I've gone months without an adjustment to my braces and I've had to talk to THIS CALL CENTER who's information does not effectively make it to the actual office, I've schedule appointments with this call center and then will show up to the location where I was meant to be seen and they would not have me on the schedule. I also made a payment arrangement with the call center and then when call to confirm my appointment they charge me 300 dollars MORE than what was told to me. I hope that BBB Looks into the billing departments. They also do not do prior authorizations for insurances in a timely manner, so you end up being charged for cleanings when you have coverage. This place is crazy. I am ending my care with them. I've worked as in healthcare for over **************************************************************************************************************************** the real world, the customer is always right, until investigating the situation and finding a solution. Best practice is to provide the customers that they will receive the best quality care, but when you get to this Broadway and ************ office, you do not get that at all.

      I requested the service of having my bad teeth removed and ether receive a partial or complete dentures, I only agree too this. I was told my insurance would not cover this and needed to pay around $800 to have the work done, I paid and then was told my insurance would pay for the service and the payment I made was for a gum treatment. I asked what they were talking about because none of this was discussed with me and I didn't even receive the gum treatment. I asked if I could please get a refund for the money I spent on something I didn't even agree to and was told no and I that I did ask for the gum treatment but if anyone asked I only have ever been interested in having my teeth removed because of the pain they give me and would never waste money on something like a gum treatment. To this day I still have the teeth in and no gum treatment to speak of.

      This business is as crooked as a *************. I am writing this for my brother, who is a disabled ******* War Veteran. I went with him to a preliminary "free" visit to determine the cost of his denture needs, which in their opinion would include the extraction of all his lower teeth, and the creation of a new lower denture for the cost of $21501. We sought out 3 other opinions, and none of them felt that all his lower teeth needed to be pulled, and I might add that Brident had no comment about the denture that he already had for his upper mouth, which would not stay put. When we visited my long-time legitimate dentist, they referred us to an allied office that adjusted the denture to fit correctly, for the cost of $535 (including a 10% veteran discount). It was their opinion that he could still use the partial for his lower jaw, although he might loose one tooth and have to buy a new partial for about $2000. Now here's the kicker, since about 13 days later he received a letter from Brident, stating that he was delinquent on a payment of $21501 - even before he had even attended a treatment of any kind.If you come across this business on the east side of town, make sure you stay on the opposite west side area of the city. Better yet, it you see their office - RUN as fast as you can, because they are a really crooked business. Take a good look at their "F" rating here, because they deserve it! Stay away!

      Worst dental experience of my life. Dirty, cluttered reception area. No windows. Yellowed white walls. Loose floor tiles. Miserable staff. Even more miserable patients. Hidden costs. Takes 25 mins on hold at least to even cancel the follow up appointment. People walking out of the waiting room. Broken x-ray equipment. This place should be shut down.
