1 starBoth my son's dentist and orthodonic appointments have been canceled/rescheduled numerous times. This last time were to see the dentist and get a cleaning, 2 days before they called and canceled the cleaning. Then we get there for the exam only to be told they can do the xray's but will have to wait 1 to 2 hours (not notified of a delay prior to appointment). They would not be able to do the exams today so those would need to be rescheduled also. They are also doing their braces and the orthodontist has not at any point discussed treatment with myself or husband since the first appointment over a year ago. The office manager is also never available to discuss these issues. They need be better about communication and not over booking. Also hiring staff that actually shows up to work. 1 starOh my god, these people ****. I had dental work done that cost me 3k and required me to be put on a payment plan. I had to change cards months later because I switched banks and was closing the account, called to have the cards switched before. They told me it was all worked out. Dec 9 came, they charged me twice and only applied one payment to December. I noticed and I called for a refund which they refused to give to me, only said they would put the double payment towards January. January comes they bill me AGAIN. I call AGAIN and they tell me the same thing, I say no and demand a refund this time, they say they are processing it and will reach out in 72 hours. I dont hear from them. I call back and explain to TWO separate people, "put on hold" and hung up on the first time, 2nd time customer service representative ***** was rude af and refused to give me her last initial before transferring me to a supervisor. Supervisor number rang and eventually hung up so I filed a written complaint & had to speak directly to billing manager who claimed to FINALLY put in a refund. For the wrong card. The card that had been removed in December after not being removed for over three months of me asking. The card that was cancelled that I had repeated OVER AND OVER again I was no longer using. 1 starBrident put an account in collections but no one can tell me what it is I owe. I had monthly automatic payments coming out so Im not sure what I owe. I have the collections agency contacting me for payment as well as Bridents collection. Brident mistakently put on my brother and my mothers credit that they owed them - thankfully they rectified it. For some reason no one has proof that I owe the money. At least furnish it to me and dont double dip by having selling the debt to a collection agency while trying to get your in house collections team to collect.Review fromKumar K

1 starShady & unscrupulous business and billing practices. This company has poor client communication, terrible continuity of care, poor work flow with long waits, 800 number responsiveness and poor management with opaque, mercenary billing practices. 1 starWestern dental services in ****** ** is trying to get a payment that is not owed dental insurance paid for my service this collection agency just will not stop calling I do not know how in the world it went to a collection agency in a matter of a couple of weeks after the appointment and it was for a late payment not an original bill they refuse to send a copy of any information the local western dental says they cannot even find my appointment and also said they have called these people are unbelievable how ironic they refuse to send any information yet they will accept payment in cash or card reallyReview fromWanda H

1 starWestern Dental has canceled 3 of my granddaughter appointments on the same day of the appointments. The last 2 were essential because it was to put a crown on the root canal within 2 weeks of the procedure which the Dentist recommend because if crown not done in that time frame she would have to start the **************** again starting with the root canal. The office is very unprofessional. I don't feel safe with the dental work they have performed, because it is not what the previous appointments suggested, each time it is different or just cancelations on the same day as the appointments are scheduled. 1 starWestern Dental took my prepayment for services. denied my services in North hollywood claiming i owed them what i had pre paid them when in fact it was them who owed me my prepayment back. They slow pay by company policy. The corporate office has been taking its time reimbursing my money ( three months later) i still haven't gotten my money back. i've called corporate at least 6 times over the last few months to make sure they had in fact sent said reimbursement to make sure they're sending the money which they claim to have 3 weeks ago after a 75 day waiting period. I gave my address multiple times to the customer service reps at the corporate office line. And they claim to have sent the check unsecured in the mail without a tracking number. apparently after all that time they still sent a check unsecured in the mail without a tracking number so i cant track down the check through the mail they insist on using. but did not put my proper apartment number on the envelope so the checks still missing. Their financial department does not have a contact number and the customer service says i am unable to speak to a manager or directly go to pick my check up in person because they only operate by email and **** but its not traceable based on company policy. So because they slow pay for reimbursement services i prepaid for while simultaneously denying dental services to get me to pay more. and do not allow anyone to contact their financial department, and refuse to put a manager on the line to correct the situation, apparently they may or may not send another check waiting an additional 2 weeks (if even sent the first one at all) so far we will be looking at about 4 months of back and forth with many many calls and hang **** no accountability at all. since they record all of their calls for customer records they refuse to address the slow pay problem, hang up the phone every time i call, asked me to contact financial department but will not give me the contact number,Review fromDeborah A

1 starThis company in my opinion should not be serving the public. They tell you what you want to hear, take your money ($7,559.00) and give you the run around. If they could have only been open & honest upfront this would be a different story. When they tell me sure we can put a rush on your dentures I actually believed them. This clinic Brident Dental is located in ********** *****. They lost my impressions but said they found them then said again they lost and I needed to do it again and my dentures would be ready at the end of December. The reason I went with them is because they assured me I could have them by 12/9 nope now by end of month. They need to refund partial of monies Ive already paid since nothing has been made $1750x2 = $3,500. Sadly my insurance paid $3000 I paid out of pocket $7,559.00 totaling $10559.00 for absolutely nothingReview fromKara C

1 starTerrible. First appointment- communication was rushed. Second appointment- waited 3 hours for one child to begin services and 1 1/2 hours for other child. The children only received part of the services I was told they would be getting the week previously. I asked ************** why I was told they needed 1 more appointment to complete treatment but was now being told multiple visits were necessary and ************** yelled at me in front of my children yelling that I didn't ask her and I should only listen to information from them and the other dentist. As a patient I expect to have a treatment plan with all information communicated, not told misinformation and not yelled at for being uninformed. ************** then yelled at staff wanting to know who told me 1 more visit within range of patients. A dental assistant communicated during the appointment that there was only 1 dentist on staff and that corporate had booked too many patients without considering what services those patients needed. During the appointment I heard ******************* at a second patient after they were told to wait 1 more hour after waiting 3 hours. I also overheard the dental assistants say that ************** wanted ALL of the assistants to take lunch at the same time- a time that coincided with the time range of my childrens treatment. I can understand that ************** was overwhelmed- however I also know that they should be capable of fully communicating patient treatment plans and reviewing upcoming appointments to cancel/ reschedule as needed for service times instead of blaming patients and dental assistants. At the end of the visit a dental assistant came out with verbal care plan information. I let them know that ************** specifically said that I should only listen to that information from her or the other dentist but ************** was unavailable to fulfill those duties.Review fromJeanne K

I'd never have any*hing more *han ex*rac*ions done *here. Den*is* was experienced bu* made me undergo 6 sho*s of lidocaine ra*her *han provide anaes*hesia for *wo ex*rac*ions. The sho*s were agonizing due *o seriously infec*ed jaw and cheek. A cheap ou*fi*. Don * do any*hing impor*an* *here.
