      We as a business have tried to cancel this monthly service a few times over the past year. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel but not providing access to a customer service rep that "can take care of this concern". They instead start a "claim" and tell us someone will reach out to us...which they do not. We've tried this a few times and will provide the dates and the responses if that becomes necessary to resolve this issue. We spend $250/month on a service we no longer need and have now incurred an additional 6 months since the last time we've tried to cancel and waiting for a phone call from BirdEye to cancel. We've waited TWELVE months since the first time we tried to cancel...so we would like a refund of at least $1500 which is 1/2 of the year.We don't know what our options are to force the issue since they won't let us talk to anyone and won't reach out to us. Our next move is to cancel the credit card and or file a charge back. But we'd love some help forcing them to deal with us and to cancel/refund our account.

      This company has my personal address and phone number associated with my business. I have repeatedly asked them to remove this information that I never gave them permission to post. They have yet to remove it. I have had several calls and mail and have had a couple people show up at my house, putting my family in danger. This information is private and not shared with any other site, which you can see on their own website. They want me to set up a consultation and pay to "update" my information. I want my company information, along with my personal information removed from their site.

      I had a 3rd party marketing agency sign me up for 2 separate subscriptions to birdeye. After parting ways with the marketing firm, I called birdeye to book a zoom call to discuss changes. After several attempts to set up a meeting, I simply asked to cancel the subscription. They then informed me that the renewal was less than 30 days out now so they're forcing me to keep both unnecessary subscriptions for an additional year.

      After explaining that the service wasn't right for my business at this time, but that I'd be interested again in the future, they said they'd sue me if I didn't pay. The new subscription year hadn't even started yet.

      I have tried at least 3x to cancel our account, I have raised several cases to cancel the account and they have not responded, and have made it EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company. They are a not oe bit interested in customer service, only promoting themselves and stealing money from other companies when their services are useless!!! REMOVE OUR ACCOUNT! This is your last chance before I take this to the extreme!!!
      and refund me for the last 2 months since I requested to cancel 2 months ago!!!!

      Our dental practice has been a client of Birdeye since 2017. We went to cancel the contract for 2023 with them and they refused stating it was on automatic renewal. They did not advise us of that and said we we're rolled into another year contract be cause there wasn't 30 days notice. I first contacted them the first couple of days in December but did not speak to someone until today. The contract supposedly renews Jan 1st. You would expect that is close enough to suffice as sufficient notice. We would not like to do business any longer with a so called "reputable" company who takes advantage of its customers in this way. The lady on the phone was just rude and they are NOT a company any dental practice should not use there services.

      I became a customer for Birdeye, Inc. on August 23, 2022.

      I did sign a 12-month contract for a total payout of ********** paid monthly at $349. per month

      I tried to delete my subscription on October 13, 2022 after they were not providing the services they had lured me in with.

      There commitment to me was to increase the number of ****** Business Reviews I had for my company reputation online which would reflect an increase in traffic, claiming to be a "****** partner company."

      The dispute; When I became there customer I went from receiving over 2500 visitors to my ****** Business page (on my own) down to XXX-XXX visitors per month. They did not increase my ****** Business reviews by even one. The few reviews I did get I have text messages proving I had to directly reach out to those customers and beg for a review in hopes it would improve my traffic.

      The service provided by Birdeye was tanking my business that provides for my family, I had to disconnect from the service or else I would go out of business. All they did was import my reviews (I was already getting) off ****** to their platform which did me absolutely no good. No customers are going to a Birdeye landing page to find reputable companies, they go to ******.

      I detached my company from them. After several attempts to reach out to reps & customer service asking to delete my account and stop charges, I had to call my bank and put a "stop charge" in place. The lack of representation was a scheme all the reps were aware of, promising to look into it, to get back in touch and so forth.

      When they do not provide the services they promise & then try to force you to pay them, that is a MONOPOLIZING company. Customers should have the right of freewill choosing who they want to work with in he marketplace.

      Currently they are threatening collections against me. If they actually do this I will file law suite against all the reps personally and ****** ******

      I do not recommend anyone work with this company.

      The company did hold true to their word. It appears they did close my account as requested here on****. That was the only thing I asked for. I appreciate their response and willingness to take action on my complaints. I feel satisfied with the resolution.

      We tried Birdeye again, the first time wasn't a great experience, and we should have known better than to give them a second try. Since joining we have been inundated with bogus review and messages. We had a negative ****** review come in that was removed reviewer, so it is no longer on ******. However, Birdeye is keeping it up on their site even after repeated requests to have them remove it since it is no longer on ******. We have requested they terminate our contract since we feel they are in breach. They continually over promise and underdeliver. They have no way to cancel or to talk to a person that can discuss canceling services. We just keep having to talk to people in their "tech" department who tells us it will be ***** hours before an account rep can contact us. This has been a nightmare.

      Birdeye finally replied back to me after weeks and told me they would cancel my account as requested. They then proceeded to bill me for another month a few days later. This company such a scam!

      I do not have an account with this business. I received a review that is not relevant to my company. I have never spoken to this person or had any business dealings with this person. The email came in at 4:36am from an individual that I do not know. I believe this to be a fake review or a review meant for another company. I do not have access to report this because I don't not have an account here. Please remove me and this review.

      I contacted Birdeye in September to cancel servies. They failed to do so and called me in November threating to send this "overdue invoice" to thier legal department. I told them if they signed a termination agreement, I would agree to pay for the remainder of the contract. They refused to sign the contract. After some back and forth, I aggreed to pay the amount if they canceld the account in August of 2023. They sent me the payment link, I logged in and updated my CC info assuming it would automatically charge the amount due. I recieved an email back stateing the transaction authorized ***** and they are sending this to legal. Bottom line is I tried to resolve this in good faith and they are simply immposible to deal with.

      I was charged ********* on 6/13/22 after going through a sales presentation about their services with ************* and how they could help grow my small real estate business. After feeling pressured to sign-up and realizing this service and software was not what I was expecting and let Birdeye know I did not need to setup my account with them and did NOT want their services. I requested to cancel the agreement and refund my cc for the full amount since no products or services were ever installed or used by my business. This is when I received the run-around treatment on 6/17 and was told I was not able to cancel the agreement even though I have never used their product. I finally receive a refund invoice from them on 8/30/22 and to date I still have never received that refund on my credit card. Every time I make contact with the company they keep giving me the same ** that my refund is in process. Now that almost 5 months have passed * feel this is a SCAM and not a legitimate business. What could possibly take over 5 months to process a refund on your credit card for services that were never provided to my business? After reviewing other complaints against Birdeye for the same ** I also filed a complaint against them.
