      I recently had an oven that was delivered. Actually, I had two, the first delivery went off without a hitch, but the unit didn't fit. However the second, there was a catastrophic failure that could've put *************, pets, and property at risk.The second delivery seemed to be going smoothly, however, one of the installation techs offered to replace the gas release valve behind my oven. Which I was elated to hear, a free service? What could go wrong? Once the installation was finished I left the kitchen to finish up some work before I left for the office. After about an hour or so, I came back through the kitchen area and a wave of stench slapped me in the face. I knew something was wrong. I immediately opened all the windows of my home and shut off the value, and thought the problem was over. It was not.I took my dogs outside to relieve themselves and came back in but the stench returned. I scrambled to find a wrench and ran out to turn off my gas line. Mind you my entire home runs off gas, water, heat, oven etc. I called to get a tech out, who came and did a bubble diagnostic on the appliance, hose, and everything but the pipe itself. After about 20 minutes he said everything looked fine and was about to leave until he started smelling the stench too. I ran back outside to turn the gas off again, he told me to get a 3rd party to fix whatever damage was caused.The repair man that came out the next day did his diagnostic test to ensure the gas line wasn't damaged and looked over to find the piece that was not installed laying in the corner. Meaning both of your techs who came out were not familiar enough with the process of gas lines or doing work on them to identify a ferrule, which is essential for gas to not leak. My home could've been a gas bomb had I left immediately and I live in a townhome with another unit directly next to mine. If you are getting deliveries from this company please check their work or your home could end up filled with gas too.

We do not usually replace gas SOV so they should not have touched it, especially if they were unfamiliar with the process.

      12/28/2022 delivery was scheduled for a window of ****pm. No call no show! I receive a phone call at 4:27pm saying they are 7 mins away. When the delivery driver knocks on my door @ 4:45pm, I was shocked because I missed the call and didn't realize my delivery was still coming. The delivery man tells me "I called," I said okay. Was I supposed to call you back? You're 2 hrs late and with a terrible attitude. I tried to squash it and said, can you just deliver my washer. Delivery guys response "why do you have attitude?" I'm sorry but who paid for the delivery service and waited around 2 hrs past the delivery window not knowing what happened to my delivery? He yells to his partner "lets go, I'm not dealing with her" and leaves. I call GE customer ********************** to find out the guy said #1 I wasn't home and then she says there's an update and the guy said I was irate with him. I didn't raise my voice and asked twice for my delivery. Why do your drivers hold people's paid for appliances hostage??? I want my delivery.

      Previously admonished for the incident? And then my second delivery was cancelled. That is why I had to cancel the order, twice I didn't receive my paid for washer. And no return phone call when I called your company directly. This is not acceptable.

      This original order was attempted on 12/28/2022. The team on this date contacted dispatch and advised that the customer was rude. Due to this team being an independent contractor, we were only able to admonish them, versus writing them up. The team was then not given further work for a few days. The next attempt was to be on 01/06/2023 but for an unknown reason did not go out. This same day ****** called in and cancelled the order. As of today, 01/30/2023, the initial team was admonished and benched for the first attempt; the second attempt has no information but based off of what is available, the unit never went out and was rescheduled to 01/09/2023, the order was then cancelled and a new order has not been placed. There is no further action Temco can take on this matter.

      Tracking number: 1HCJ36LW8D --Account phone number: ********** --Business called on December 21, 2022 and confirmed that they would deliver my refrigerator on Dec 22, 2022 between 1:00pm - 5:00pm. I needed a new fridge ASAP because my old one is broken and my food is spoiling. I took the day off from work on Dec 22, 2022 for the delivery. At 5:26pm, the delivery has not arrived, so I called the same phone number that called me on Dec 21. The woman who answered the phone tried to call their delivery driver, but the driver would not answer. The woman then assured me that the delivery would still happen on the same day. At 6:35pm, there was still no delivery, so I called Temco Logistics again, but this time, their automated system answered and said their office was closed. The next day, on Dec 23, 2022, I've tried to call them, but their automated system answered again and said their office was closed. I then called the refrigerator seller to see what other things I can do. The seller tried to call Temco Logistics but they were unsuccessful. The seller then told me they can try to rescheudle my delivery for Dec 28, 2022, since Temco Logistics is closed. If Temco Logistics delivered my refrigerator on time during the agreed upon date, I would not have a complaint, but instead they did not deliver it and delayed it even further. Because of the further delay, more food than I have accounted for will spoil.

I am still looking into what happened with the first attempt but at this time very little information is available. I do see that the original order was closed incorrectly and a request for an update was recently made. I will work with the location to get the update completed asap.

      I had a package delivered from overseas and was given the option of using a shipping company,,, this package was delivered to them last week.. I was told i had to pay 935 dollars in shipping fee to get delivered ,the money was sent to them at temco logistics on this past saturday, 12/17/2022 I was told that the due date was 12/18/2022 and also was told the package would be delivered, I tried to contact them for shipping tracking number and they refused to answer, so i got angry and felt i was being scammed, i did call them scammers and now they want me to pay a 500 dollar fine for being rude. I asked for my money back but they will not answer me... all i want is the package i paid to have delivered... they keep threatening with more fines and calling me rude when i am trying to get my delivery.... all they keep telling me is i am rude and will be fined more again..

      as of late december, my overseas package was never delivered because they gave it to some imposters posing as police officers, they have my id and fake police uniforms and Temco handed over my package to them.... not sure what to do yet but Temco cannot be trusted to guard our valuables..... these men wore police uniforms and had my id in their possession.... i have emails stating to what happened, will somehow try to upload and include in future complaints..

However, what you have explained in your complaint is not a part of business that Temco does. We only deliver and install major appliances such as washers and dryers for new home builds or *********** We do not accept shipments from overseas or fine people.

      Temco was contracted by ********** to deliver and install a washer and dryer purchased on 11/25/2022. The initial delivery date stated when the order was placed was 12/02/2022. We received an automated call confirming our delivery the night before, and then within an hour received another automated call canceling the delivery. After a call to HD they stated that the appliances had arrived to the warehouse a few minutes too late to be delivered that day. They rescheduled for 12/09/2022. We did not receive an automated call the night before with our delivery window, so called and were told 3-7pm. When that time came and went, we called again. We were told that we were the last scheduled delivery for the day and the drivers just ran out of time. So we were scheduled for 12/17/2022. Again, no automated call confirming a delivery window, but when we called we were assured the appliances were on the truck and would arrive between ****PM. Once again, no appliances arrived, nor was there any communication from anyone about why. We called and sat with the customer ********************** rep for 4 hours while they attempted to contact Temco, but nobody was answering the phones that day. After many additional phone calls, we were given a delivery date of 12/21/2022 between 2-6PM. Similarly, no confirming call the night before, and no delivery the day of. ********** and ** both say Temco has our appliances. Upon attempting to call Temco during regular business hours, using the numbers on their website, the phone rings and instantly hangs up for both customer ********************** and headquarters phone numbers.

      I purchased a microwave from *********** GE model #JVM719SK3SS, 1.9 cu ft. Installers came on 12/15/2022, immediately after they took it out of the box I said "this is not the right microwave." I said it multiple times but they just kept working. Finally, the older installer (who was doing the work), said that "with new microwaves sometimes they make changes or improvements blah, blah, blah but I kept saying "this is not the correct microwave." He seemed very intent on installing this microwave.Nevertheless, he started drilling holes in my cabinetry when he shouldn't have needed to do so because I had ordered the exact same microwave that I currently have and he left a mess of debris all over my stove and countertops.I asked him so the s**** holes are different and he said "yes" another red flag. He proceeds to remove the mounting bracket and replaced it with the new bracket and left.As I continued to examine the microwave, the model number on it is JVM7195SK6SS which is not what I ordered. Furthermore, the microwave was sloppily installed as it is not level but tipped forward at the top as if it is going to fall off of the wall and it is crooked in the space. I have contacted *********** ***************** Temco (I was on hold with ***** from ********** trying to reach Temco for 1:45 hrs., and now the Better Business Bureau as today. I was told I will have to wait another ***** hours for them to do some sort of search. They may never find my microwave because quite possibly they installed it into someone else's home.

      Per GE, the model of this unit changed 3 times and as such the model we delivered is the correct model. The questionable work by the team however, is unacceptable and they have been working with our Master Trainer to review proper installations.       On 11/14/22 we had a fridge delivered with this company and their delivery driver broke the fridge. Since then we have had to call every week due to their lack of responsibility in issuing a new fridge. We have had zero update on when they will be handling this problem and they keep avoiding home depots calls. They also lied and said notes were put in to replace the fridge but those notes were never added into the system.

      Unfortunately we have had to move on as we did not have time to keep waiting for your company to take responsibility. Damage happened in October, it has been almost 3 months and you just now decided to do something.Home Depot provided the repair.

      A Temco delivery driver damaged a trailer in our driveway, causing $900 in damages. Temco stated they would reimburse the repair cost if we provided some estimates. We have sent the repair quote information multiple times by email with no response for weeks. The phone number on the website doesn't go through either. Has this company gone out of business?

      On December 10, 2022, Temco delivery service was scheduled to deliver my refrigerator that was purchased from *********** on the morning of the scheduled delivery date someone called and canceled the appointment. I called back and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour the appointment was rescheduled for December 13, 2022 only for the people to come out and say that they needed 3 people to make the delivery. After going back to *********** they rescheduled the appointment for December 16, 2022 and notes was added to the chart to have three people. On December 16, 2022, the delivery people came, took a picture of the stairs and left without saying a word to me. Then the delivery person annotated his records with, "Sorry we missed you" and sent a text me saying "we couldn't deliver your product, we will have to reschedule." I am now at ********** again, where they called only to be placed on hold for an hour. This is unacceptable!! I am ****** off to the highest level. I've been without a refrigerator for three weeks!!

      I would first like to apologize for the lack of information you were provided with. At this time the unit that you ordered is approximately 35in without doors or hinges. As your home was built in ****, CA building code requires for a home of your approximate occupancy a stairwell no wider than 30in. There is absolutely no way that any team would be able to get your unit up your staircase and into your requested area.

      Secondly, I would like to apologize for the experience you had with both teams that came out and their lack of customer ********************** provided to you. This will be addressed immediately.

      At this time, i do see that the order has been cancelled and ******* has requested the unit to be returned to them. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to me.

      I purchased a dryer from General Electric on the 10th of November and they assigned Temco to do the delivery. It has already been a month and I have not received anything from the delivery company. The dryer was initially scheduled to be delivered on December 8th and they failed to call me that it was not going to be delivered. Temco also did not even try to reschedule my delivery or give me any information voluntarily. When I called they gave me the excuse that my dyer had been late and still today cannot get a set delivery date after 2 months of purchasing the dryer.
