      I had a size 11 pair of brand new boots listed. The size in my listing said 11 and I had two photos that showed the size of the boots on the bottom of the shoes and on the inside of the shoes-which showed 11. These were the only pair of these boots that I had. I have a receipt from the brand that even shows the boots are a size 11 and even video footage of the shoe brand saying it was a size 11 (it was sold to me from an auction). The buyer claimed that I sent them a size 9 pair of the boots. This is literally impossible as I had never had a size 9 of these shoes! Poshmark allowed the buyer to return the shoes but the buyer did not return my shoes back to me, they returned a size 9 to me. The 9 is not my original shoes. They pulled a "switch-a-roo" got a free pair of shoes and I am out of the $92.00 that I would have received from the purchase order. I provided Poshmark proof of my size 11 shoes, the receipt that showed size ************************************************************************* different shoes. They gave the scammer their money back and let them keep my shoes. This is unethical and illegal as it is mail fraud. I want my original shoes back or the money that I should have earned. Now I do not have my shoes or my money.

      I purchased a pair of sneakers from the site. They were listed as men's but when I got them I found out they were women's. I requested a return and was denied. The seller told me and Poshmark that they were listed incorrectly. The seller asked to allow me to return them. Poshmark has denied me three times. They say the wrong gender does not "meet their criteria" for a return.

      I was selling some items on this platform and they told me they needed to do a verification. They withdrew $273 from my bank and will not return it to me. They told me I have to open a Revolt Account to get my money. I do not travel overseas and their practice is deceptive and they try to get someone to jump through hoops to get back money when I was selling something. I wasn't even buying. What thrives!!

      I ordered something from Poshmark and paid over $8 for shipping. The shipping is advertised as expedited , arriving in 1-3 days. My.Item was shipped out on may 11th and I still have not received it. This has happened many times. This is a complete bait and switch. Isn't this illegal???

      I sell on Poshmark, along with other platforms. I saw their adds for consignment bags and decided to give it a try because I had a lot of unlisted clothing at the time. My consignment bag was picked up on February 18th. It weighed more than 35 pounds and had more than 70 items in it. Within about a week 12 items were listed, unfortunately the photos werent very good, and no other listings have been made since. In the almost 3 months there has been one sale (Lululemon shorts, I made $2.02, but thats a different issue). Ive been trying to get my items returned to me, Poshmark has been no help. At this point I feel like Poshmark allowed my items to be stolen from me and they are doing nothing to help me get my stuff back. Clearly the guy that got my clothing has lost interest in selling on Poshmark and I would like it back but all I get is form letter responses from Poshmark. I hope people can learn from my problems with Poshmark and stay away from their consignment program. Its a mess and Poshmark offers no support.

      Poshmark is refusing to refund my lost package via ****. I opened two investigations with the post office and even called. They are adamant that the package was delivered to the correct address due to geolocation technology. That only determines that **** worker was in the area. Im not sure if the postman delivered to the incorrect address or a nearby neighbor. I asked all of my neighbors for days if they had my package. The package never showed up. I reported the lost package to Poshmark immediately after getting home from work same day tracking read delivered. The tracking says someone signed for the package. That is impossible because I live alone. I was also at work when the delivery was signed for and marked as delivered. That lets me know they my package was delivered to the incorrect address. I shop at least a few times a month with Poshmark, and Ive never had this issue. Due to posh protect, which ensures that a buyer receives his/her item, I should be receiving a refund. I am expecting a full refund. I took all the necessary steps for my situation, and now Poshmark has to step up and reimburse me.       I sold a listing of items for four items. Buyer claims an item was damaged, Poshmark approved the return. Buyer left out an item from her return. Poshmark refuses to handle the theft from the other user and refuses to give me my money back. They will only give me a $20 credit to use at their store. I am out a product that is valued at $60.

      I am filing this complaint regarding Order #***db62947842c8932982090 on the Poshmark platform, where a return was wrongfully approved May 14, 2025 resulting in a $192 financial loss to me as a seller.I listed and shipped the item accurately and in excellent condition. The buyer initially claimed that the color didnt love her a personal preference that does not qualify for a return under Poshmarks stated Terms of Service. She later altered her reason, submitting false and misleading claims to justify a return. Despite my prompt request for the case to be escalated to a supervisor, and my providing sufficient proof that my item was as described. The return was approved at 6:24 AM EST (3:24 AM PST). This decision appears to have been made either by an automated system or by an outsourced agent who lacked both the necessary context and a strong command of the English language to properly evaluate the case.This decision directly contradicts Poshmarks return policy and has caused me an unjust loss. I am a full-**** ******, and this platform represents my only source of income. I have reached out multiple times through email and social channels, only to receive generic, automated responses that fail to address the core issue or provide any escalation path.I am requesting:1.A full payout of $192 for the returned item that was wrongly accepted. 2.An official supervisor review of this case and the mishandling of the appeal process.3.Confirmation that internal processes will be reviewed to prevent further policy violations that impact seller income.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue to pursue all available legal and regulatory avenues.

      On May 1, 2025 I placed an order with Poshmark (crissyb119) for a bundle which included a pair of Raf ******* **** ***** ****** size 6.5 $125 and a pair of navy blue all star converse size 6 $30. Three days after my purchase the seller contacted me through the poshmark platform and informed me that she could not locate the **** ***** ****** but would be shipping out the Converse. I agreed to accept 1 item from the bundle offer. Once the item was delivered and inspected I attempted to go into the app and accept the order so the funds could be transferred to the seller. At this time I noticed I was still being charged for 2 items but only received 1. I then reached out to the seller as well as Poshmark to adjust the invoice so I could accept the item I did receive. After 2 days I got an email and in app message offering me a $40 Poshmark credit in exchange for the inconvenience BUT I would still have to pay the full amount. After numerous emails back and forth I was later offered $60 credit but no mention of adjusting the invoice to remove the item not received. Ultimately its 1 week later and still no resolution and my funds are being held hostage for an item I did not receive.

      The item was purchased on May 4th, 2025.The listing is for a 3 Carat lab diamond tennis bracelet. The listing states VS2-SI1 color G-H 14k Safety latch 7" length I paid $950 plus MS state taxes of ***** So a total of *******. I received the bracelet yesterday on May 12th, 2025 and immediately initiated a return when I saw it. It went through Poshmark authentication and has a tag that says "sterling silver" on it and it is stamped 925. The listing states 14k which represents 14k solid gold. The listing should have stated that it was sterling silver and plated. I asked Poshmark if I could return the item as "item not as described" being that it is significantly misrepresented. Poshmark declined my return and stated that the "listing didn't state it was 14k "solid" gold. The listing does not state that it is sterling silver either, which is the majority of the metal it is composed of. There is a significant difference in prices for 14k and 14k plated sterling silver and you can find this item for roughly $100 brand new. An item being listed as 14k should be stamped with 14k not 925 for sterling silver. Im horribly shocked that Poshmark doesn't seem to recognize that a listing that says "14k" is represented as 14k solid gold. This listing should have stated it was stamped 925 for sterling silver and PLATED with 14k gold. Poshmark still declined to let me return saying that I should have asked more questions.Bottom line is that the item was significantly misleading and misrepresented. I just want to return the item. I have no other choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Because my reason is 100% valid and legitimate. This is a scam.
