      I am writing to request your assistance in resolving an issue I am experiencing with a recent purchase made through Poshmark.On June 15, 2025, I ordered a Capillus82 Battery-Operated Laser Hair Therapy Cap (Order Number: 6512c3c832add76249a70bf6) for a total of $171.73. Unfortunately, the device I received is defective it will not charge at all, rendering it completely unusable.Upon reporting this issue to Poshmark, I provided clear photos and a 2 videos demonstrating that the device is not functioning. Despite this evidence, I received a response stating:We have reviewed the case you submitted.Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return. Please check your email for more information related to the case ************* opinion is that this decision is unfair, since I purchased this item in good faith, and it arrived defective due to no fault of my own. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue directly with Poshmark, I have not been successful in obtaining a refund or replacement.I would like to seek the help of the BBB in order to obtain a full refund of $171.73 for this defective product. I am also willing to return the device if necessary.If you require any additional information, documentation, or the video evidence I provided to Poshmark, please let me know.       I purchased a handbag listed on Poshmark on June 26, 2025 for $221.81. Upon receipt, I promptly requested a return because the bag was missing a crucial component: the strap. This material defect was not disclosed in the listing. The seller described the item as used twice, no call outs and explicitly stated in our conversation that it was in excellent condition. These claims are blatantly falsean item missing an essential part cannot reasonably be classified as excellent or described as having no call outs. I was denied return and refund by Poshmark. Poshmarks decision to deny this return, claiming the item was as described, is completely unsupported by the facts and is a direct violation of their own policies listed on their legal page. A missing strap is a clear and material omission that contradicts both the listing and the sellers description. An item cannot be considered in excellent condition if it is missing an essential functional part.

      I am rejecting this response because It appears that Poshmarks return decisions are inconsistent and driven by automated responses that rely heavily on keywords rather than the specific details of each case. This is evident in Poshmarks response dated June 6, 2025, to a Better Business Bureau complaint, where a return was approved based on the recommendation that sellers provide detailed descriptions of their items, including condition, measurements, and any signs of wear, which the omission of these required are exactly my complaint.
      In my case, I paid over $200 for an incomplete item that was missing a crucial part, rendering it not only unusable but also unsellable without full disclosure. This raises a valid concern: if I were to relist this item in the same manner as the original selleromitting the fact that a key component is missingand a buyer requested a return for that same undisclosed flaw, would Poshmark approve that return?
      The inconsistency in how policies are applied undermines trust in the platform and leaves buyers without reliable recourse when items are not as described.

      I opened a Poshmark Account and started to sell on the website of which I had 17 sales from 02/20/25 - 03/16/25, of this sales 6 buyers left feedback of which 5 buyers left 5*****One buyer insisted to Poshmark that a gym set value $100 was not original without any professional back up and after some time I read on Reddit and Trustpilot that Poshmark's system is flawed and it allows buyers to make false claims against sellers and intone Poshmark allows the buyers to keep a sellers item. This is a great scam for buyers to obtain goods for no money. As stock liquidator for 45 yrs I have multiple business and companies and sell to ******, ****, *********, ************** etc and have stock from all over the world in my ******* and *********** warehouses, I was told by my daughter to sell on Poshmark to make extra money as I have so much stock and sometimes my customers dont have a need for it. All the stock I listed on Poshmark was brand new, some had hang tags, some didnt, the shoes I sold came in original boxes. I am owed $796 for a bank deposit I requested on 03/22 and $110.40 for a further bank despot I requested on 03/25 there is also a further $104 redeemable and $27.20 pending as of todays date. Thats a total of $1037.60 that is due to me that Poshmark has held and in effect is trying to steal. There is also another $80 after Poshmarks 20% seller fee which was for the gym set that their member who made a false claim that Poshmark in turn gave my item to, so all in all I demand $1217.60 in full settlement for the item I sold and that Poshmark have held my money even though its shows the money was being sent to my bank. Poshmark should not allow members with no professional authority to accuse fellow members of selling none authentic items. I insisted and offered to pay all shipping of the gym set I was wrongly accused of selling as fake to Poshmark ***************** in ** or NJ and my offer was never entertained. Why? This would of validated my claim.

      I purchased a pair of Skechers sandals that were listed as a Size 10. The shoes I received are not a Size 10. This particular style of shoe does not have anything on the shoe denoting the size. The shoes I purchased did not come in the original box, so there is nothing that identifies the shoe as a Size 10. The seller admits that she made an error in guessing the size or that she mis-marked the shoes. I contacted support requesting to return the item. I explained the situation and they denied the request....stating that sizing can vary. They completely missed the point. There is no way to know what size the shoes are that I purchased. I sent a photo of a pair of Size 10 shoes my Mom owns which are the same exact style of shoe as the ones I purchased on Poshmark. There is nothing on my Mom's shoes that identify the size, but she has the original box that state they are a Size 10. The shoes I received are 2 inches shorter that my Mom's shoe. The seller has admitted, in writing, that she made a mistake in listing the shoes as a Size 10 and that does not matter to the support team.

      Sold a pair of pants on posh platform as a top rated seller, description was 100 percent accurate. Bought pants off PoshMark exact same way and re sold them. Buyer didnt ask for measurements and then opened a case because she said Im obligated to provide them however Poshmarks policy states sellers do not have to provide measurements its up to the buyer to ask. Buyer couldnt afford the pants so she opened a case. PoshMark fraudulently allowed after two weeks the pants to be retuned. They arrived damaged and worn and PoshMark has ignored all my emails saying they are aware the pants are damaged upon return but I will have to re buy a brand new pair and they will not be refunding me. This scam is illegal and i will need to be paid in full for my sale.

      I am rejecting this response because: PoshMark once again has lied in their response. I have not been paid on this sale nor for the fraudulent return and damaged item. PoshMark will owe the full amount of the replacement cost of the pant totaling ****** if they dont release funds owed. PoshMark has engaged in abuse and theft and no longer is a trustworthy platform. I strongly encourage you to coordinate with your accounting team to release full funds for the sale or we will proceed with legal action. I appreciate your corporation on this matter.

      I purchased a t-shirt from a seller on Poshmark who used photos of an authentic Realisation Par designer shirt in their listing. I trusted that was what I would receive. However, the shirt I got was clearly a counterfeit: it had no designer branding or tags, the colors and quality were completely off, and it did not match what was shown.When I contacted the seller, they ignored me. I filed a case with Poshmark, submitted side-by-side photographic evidence, plus screenshots from other listings showing the real product, the tag used by the designer. I even sought out advice from the Reddit Poshmark community and got comments from other users pointing out that this seller frequently lists cut tag designer items and only uses the brands official photos without a photo of the actual item for sale had I known this was a red flag I would not have purchased. Despite this, Poshmark denied my return, claiming it was a case of the item not fitting or not being my style which is not true and does not reflect what I reported. I followed up with even more documentation and contacted the brand (Realisation Par) to alert them of the counterfeit. Poshmark claimed they reviewed the chat between myself and the seller, but it was clear they didnt and I simply got a lazy copy/paste response.This is not a case of buyers remorse. This is a clear instance of fraud and counterfeit sales, and Poshmark is failing to uphold their own buyer protection *********** seeking:A full refund of $41.43 Accountability for the seller Confirmation that Poshmark is reviewing this case for fraud and taking action to protect future buyers This experience has been stressful, unfair, and is undermining trust in the platform.       I must strongly dispute Poshmarks decision to close this matter by claiming the item is as described.

      After further escalation, I received direct confirmation from the original brand, Ralisation Par, that the shirt I received is not authentic. I have attached their email for your reference. Their representative also expressed interest in removing the fraudulent listing and involving their legal team if necessary.

      This is not a matter of fit, color preference, or brand omission in the listing it is about intentional visual misrepresentation and platform accountability. Here are the core facts:

      The seller only used photos of models wearing the original Realisation Par shirt in the listing. This visually misleads buyers into believing they are purchasing that very iteman authentic item.

      The shirt I received differs clearly in print quality and color from the photos in the listing, which means it does not match the visual description implied in the post.

      The seller has a pattern of listing knockoffs, including other questionable designer-branded tees, sometimes even naming the brands in previous listings and then stating they were found at a thrift store or they later cut off of the tags.

      Poshmarks claim that an item cannot be counterfeit because no brand was explicitly named is illogical and sets a dangerous precedent: it suggests that sellers can freely use deceptive images to imply brand authenticity without consequence as long as they dont name the brand in the text. And again: this seller HAS used brand names in their past listings for inauthentic items. Additionally, when I searched for this specific shirt on Poshmark, this sellers listing came up, regardless of omitting the brand in the listing. 

      I request that this case be reconsidered. I am also formally requesting a full refund of $41.43 and a review of this sellers activity for potential fraud.

      I have attached pictures of this. I sold this item with extremely clear, concise and honest photos on July 1 of 2025 to this person. This person as the buyer has now changed their name and is bludgeoning me with harassment. I have asked Poshmark to please stop them and release the funds as they are lying. They have showed in different items from what I sent them and are attempting a refund which would set me back not only a sale but also my cost on my product I am asking for an intervention and help with this as it is really disgusting to be put in this position and unprofessional I need an answer and Ive been asking and asking the case. is supposedly in review. There should be no cases person as the buyer has absolutely lied and continually bludgeons me.       My account on ********************** was wrongfully banned due to a customer believing I was selling counterfeit items. The customer opened a case against me, realized they were wrong and the items were real, and dropped the case all within minutes. Hours later my account was banned, i.e. I cannot perform any actions within the app. I am now missing out on my second income as a mom, all due to this company seeing that the customer opened a case against me for counterfeit items before dropping the case minutes later and profusely apologizing to me. The entire conversation is viewable by Poshmark, yet they did not view the conversation, and only saw that a case was opened against me. Poshmark refuses to respond to me, refuses to view all of my proof that my items are genuine, and refuses to view the screenshots of the customer and Is conversation in which they profusely apologize and state that they were able to verify the items they thought were counterfeit. It has been days and I am still unable to use Poshmark due to being banned. I am missing out on my second income as a mom.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received what appeared to be an automated email response on 07/03/2025 that did not address any of the issues I brought to attention in my email. My original email stated that I was reaching out due to multiple issues with my account, and that I was unsure if my account had been hacked, wrongfully banned, or suspended. My account was and still is not allowing me to do anything whatsoever. After asking fellow Poshmark users, I discovered what was happening was a wrongful ban. I sent additional emails and messages asking for an explanation as to why my account was wrongfully banned, to which I received no response besided the email you are using as defense. The email being used as defense stated: "Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and am happy to look into this further for you. I kindly ask that you please provide the proof of authenticity for the items. This can include your receipt or invoice from the original purchase. I do not need the listing described in this email reinstated; it was already sold. I need my profile reinstated. Taking almost a week to address an issue that happened and was resolved over the course of an hour is very unfortunate customer service, and I wish I could reach a real human being who would actually look into my issue at hand and realize that it was a mistake on behalf of my customer, not me. I have no reason to be banned. I have done no wrong. I have never and would never sell a counterfeit item. Even the customer has reached out to ********************** support on my behalf, yet there has been no resolution. This is taking away my second income as an already struggling mom. Poshmark was a way for me to pay my bills, buy my daughter formula, make friendships and connections, escape the real world, and have fun. It was all taken away from me do to a false accusiation that was admitted by the customer themselves in our chat, to ********************** Support, and to me. Please address this real issue and help me resolve it. Please listen to me.
