I ordered a bag with order 6815837fe1498ac8e8279de1 The wrong item arrived. I contacted the seller and she apparently switched up the items. I asked for a refund because this is ridiculous. She agreed. Now Poshmark support (they dont have support because you cant talk to anyone) set up an exchange so they want me to package this wrong item and drive to the post office and ship it. My item isnt even worth my gas and time. I want a refund and they are refusing my money for an item I never got. If they provide packaging and a label I will put the other persons wallet in the mailbox for ***** However, I will not waste my time and gas fixing someone elses problem. I want a full refund. Even the seller agreed to it. I included a picture of the item I bought (which was worth more) and the item I received and will mail back if a box and label is provided to me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I did not pay $9 for shipping to have this take months to get to me. The seller agreed to a refund. Did yall provide me with a box to ship the item in or gas to get to the post office? No. I am not a seller and do not have to do that. I want my full refund and have filed a dispute with the bank as this is fraud. **** have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Its sad. Yall are stealing from me. I dont want the item. I want the promised refund.

Upon further investigation, the user has opened a complaint with their payment processor. In order to come to a resolution, Poshmark recommends the user to work directly with their payment processor.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions: Buyers are solely responsible for reading and reviewing the Item listing before making an offer or purchasing. The contract to purchase is between the buyer and the Seller, not Poshmark. Upon purchasing an Item, a Buyer is obligated to remit payment for the Item to Poshmark including any shipping or additional fees listed. All Purchases are final, with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where (a) Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase, or (b) the Purchase is cancelled where explicitly permitted by Poshmark or where applicable, a Seller.

I recently purchased a top from a seller on Poshmark. It has elastic around the neckline. The elastic was stretched out or dry rotted. It would not pull tight or spring back. This was not mentioned in the listing. When I went to ask to return the item for a refund they asked for a bunch of photos which I provided. They then denied my return. This shirt will not even stay up. I am just going to have to throw it out. This was my first ever purchase from Poshmark. Never again! Very disappointed with this entire process. I buy and sell on other platforms and have never been denied a return for item not as described.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Your terms do not state that a item can be defective and unwearable. This item was sent to me with dry rotted elastic that no longer works. I can see you are not going to listen to what I am saying. Very poor customer service. I will never shop on ********************** again. I have been buying and selling on **** since it's inception. I would never have sent something like this out in the first place but I would have gladly sent the customer a refund. You obviously do not care about your customers. If a seller can send out ruined items, not at all as described, and get paid for them without any accountability that is just unacceptable. Your business model is terribly flawed.

I have made a sale in the platform of Poshmark.com. The item was sold on May ******. Per Poshmark they only have **** as a carrier for the items while providing a label. The item was expected to be delivered the 7th although the item is yet to delivered and has not received any updates in the tracking. On May 2, 2025, I sold a pair of sneakers for $430 through Poshmark. The item was shipped using a **** label provided by Poshmark. According to **** tracking, the last update occurred on May 5, 2025, with no delivery confirmation or further movement since then. When I contacted Poshmark support, I was told the package was delivered to a post office and is "awaiting pickup"yet no documentation or verification was provided to substantiate this claim. Despite repeated follow-ups, Poshmark has failed to take any meaningful action or provide adequate seller support, in direct contradiction of the seller protection they publicly advertise. Hi I have been using Poshmark for a month and have sold numerous things on the platform and I am YET to get paid. I have contacted PoshMark 4 times and they have NOT responded to me at all. I even contacted my bank and there was nothing they could do about it on their end and checking / routing numbers are correct and on PoshMark it just shows in process I even requested a check to see maybe that would help. Just recently I tried Venmo and that went through fine within MINUTES. Something needs to be done asap about this. If I have to choose ******/Venmo Instead of bank transfer I will. I sold a set of pans that were brand new. The buyer claimed that one pan was defective and asked for a return. Poshmark approved the return, but the buyer never returned the pans. I made a purchase from one of their sellers that are provided on their platform. That purchase was made on April 8, 2025. It is now may 8, 2025 and I still have not received my item. The seller has never shipped it. I waged complaint after complaint and they have done nothing but send a message to the seller asking for an update just like I have. The seller responds stating that they will ship the item the next day and then nothing happens. I then would se3nd messages with no response until I reached out to Poshmark again, and the whole cycle repeats again. They have not removed this seller. They continue to allow more people to buy items knowing that they are not going to be shipped. They are FULLY aware of the situation and yet they do nothing to try to prevent it.Business Response

I use Poshmark to sell clothing and shoes. Recently I sold a pair of shoes that would net me about $75. Upon viewing the provided shipping label to send out my shoes, I noticed that the return address was outdated. On the Poshmark app, I found a button called "Need additional shipping label". I clicked this and entered my updated address. At no point was I notified that I would be charged for an extra shipping label. Once my shoes were shipped, I noticed a $67 payment in my account ($8 less than what I was supposed to receive). I contacted Poshmark to understand why I was charged. They said that the "Need additional shipping label" button was a new feature for people who need to add weight to their item for shipping. This was not clear at all. They agreed that it was confusing and said they would look into it and update the text. They said that they would provide me $8 in Poshmark credit to correct the mistake, but not cash. I do not purchase on Poshmark - I only sell. The $8 credit is useless to me. Even if I did purchase on Poshmark, $8 would get me nowhere. I repeatedly requested the $8 to come to me as cash but they said they are unable to do that since the purchase already occurred. I asked for more credits so that I could actually purchase something without spending my own money but they have not responded. If a company makes a mistake, it should not be the client who has to pay. I sold shoes for $75 and I am not getting the full amount. Where did the $8 go? I don't understand why they can't provide it to me. I only used one shipping label- its not like I used the full value of shipping that they charged. I know $8 is a low amount, but its the principle of this company not owning up to their mistakes and forcing people to accept credit as compensation, which only benefits their company because people are now forced to purchase their items.Business Response

Why can I not get that money back? Poshmark has a feature to have a 'promoted closet' in which a consumer pays weekly for them to promote listings in their closet. I ended my promotion effective May 3, 2025 before the next weekly billing cycle and Poshmark is repeatedly still trying to charge me. I have written twice to their customer service to request them to stop charging me and received no answer. Now it appears there's no longer a way to actually write to their customer service. I have tried everything to resolve this through Poshmark. I am requesting that Poshmark immediately stops charging my card against my approval. It is fraudulent to continue to charge a person for a service they have canceled. I have had to turn off my credit card for the time being because they won't stop trying to charge me.Business Response
