      I had bought an item on poshmark, order: 62d19ce0931792b1e2a0a344. I informed poshmark that when the item arrived it was not as described in the listing, there was extensive damage to the item which made the item useless to me plus there was an extremely disgusting odor. I paid over $250 for the item from poshmark so I was under the assumption and per the description and pictures from the listing I had assumed the item had tons of life and uses left in it. I had wrote to poshmark about the issue and provided them with pictures to show the issues I was having. They have yet to get back to me about my order issue. At this point I am wanting a full refund to my original payment method (debit card) and for the seller to be banned from using the platform.

They were provided with a return shipping label on 07/28/2022, in order to send the order they received back to the seller. Once the return package has been delivered, Poshmark will process a full refund within 24 hours. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

      I sold a pair of shoes that were stolen off of the buyers porch (there was a huge rip in the box and **** would have never shipped a box like that and when I sent it was in tact and Poshmark will not send me the money I should have received.

      Poshmark seller advertised authentic items with photos of authentic items. Seller indicated what you see is what you get and item would be shipped with care. Items received were not as advertised. Re: Order #**c6b84915d8ac17aa3e1039 I purchased a "medium glue Telfar shopper " and a "large yellow Telfar shopper" from a poshmark seller. The pictures associated with the listings are consistent of authetic items. I contacted the seller to ask if the large item was authentic to which the seller replied yes. Items arrived in plastic trashbag with beige tape, as pictured in my photos. I knew immediately when I opened the package that what was advertised and pictured by seller as authentic was not what I received. Both items received are the same size although one was advertised as a medium and the other was advertised as a large. The items received do not have reinforced stiching as picuted in sellers photos. Item received have rounded bottom corners vs box bottom corners as pictured by seller. White item received has what appears to be cut lines around the logo which are not on items advertised by seller. Items received won't lay flat as items pictured by seller due to vinyl material. Tags on items received did not come with upc codes as pictured. Yellow item is not the same shade of yellow pictured. Yellow item has threads hanging from seem. Items I received and photographed dont match the sellers pictures used for the advertisement. And don't have other authentic markings such as the letters on the zipper pull, the internal logo is not printed on jacquard fabric, and the snaps on the bag are also not consistent with authentic items; ph I shared inconsistent authentic markings originally with Poshmark resulting in the denial of my refund request. Purchase occurred on July 7 in the amount of $368.07. Seller is a Posh Ambassador in Salt Lake, the package I received came from Flushing, **. I just want my money back. These are very poor fakes. Please help.

      I received a return from a buyer, which was actually cigarette butts. They bought and returned 2 items. The other package they returned was of god knows what. It smelt absolutely horrid, so I did not open it as I was scared due to the other package (image attached) consisting of dead bugs, ashes, used cigarette butts, etc. Poshmark is refusing to give me my earnings. I obviously threw the other returned package out, as I was too scared to see what was in it. I poked a hole in it, and it smelt like something rotting. Being that this same customer sent me cigarette butts, I was obviously going to be safe and NOT open the package any further, as I am highly asthmatic and could barely breathe after opening the cigarette **** return package. I was scammed out of my time, item, and money. This has been mentally exhausting. I am disgusted not knowing what I touched in the package that I did open full of ashes. Its unfortunate that my case is somehow not believable, yet the customer was given their money back AND got to keep both items for sending me trash back!! I should be compensated the $64 I would have gotten for my shorts. Poshmark keeps sending an email for more proof, and will not refund me the money for what I would have made.

      order: 62c36f45421e325c6ea4a879 I have listed and sold on poshmark for the last 3 years regularly with over 3k items sold, am an ambassador 2 - whatever that helps. and Have a 4.9 average rating. I have an excellent track record and anytime in the past a case has been opened in which I feel I am in the wrong I ask poshmark to ***** the buyer a return. That being said I sold a pair of **** **** Black History Month collectors sneakers. When the buyer received the shoes he opened up a case citing that I had sent him inauthentic sneakers. At first without looking too deeply at the photos he provided I said id accept the return since I never have any intention of selling anything other than authentic and im not typically a collectors sneaker seller but happened to have them and with all my research they appeared authentic. Then I saw the photos and saw that they were clearly not the sneakers I sent and provided photo proof of the sneakers I sent compared to the photos the buyer was claiming as fake. The photos he was providing was of fake sneakers just not what I sent. After a week of poshmark barely responding to the case they *****ed him a return even though he changed his story multiple times and had no purchase history. Once he returned the box I video taped myself opening them since I knew he had been dishonest with his case I didnt want to take any chances. Upon opening them they were his used slippers he returned. I immediately open a "return dispute" and sent poshmark 3 messages with photos and video of me opening. They have a 3 day return window to file. I filed and never heard back. No correspondence from Poshmark. I have provided them video but it will not allow me to upload it here.

      In regards to order #**d949ca5cd8ce5f028d5fca The buyer @shadayt29 purchased this handbag from me. She had three hours to cancel the purchase - which she never did. On the day it is due to be delivered, she messages me and claims she didn't authorize the purchase ,and she has no intention of keeping the bag, and will be returning it. The rules state that the customer has three hours to cancel the transaction. She also received notifications regarding that the bag was shipped, but still did not reach out to me to tell me that this was unauthorized. She was also online during all four days the bag was in transit. Also it is her due diligence to keep track of her finances and what charges are made on her card. It is also hard to make a purchase through the app on accident. I did email a customer service rep and they told me that she would be responsible for the payment and that I have nothing to worry about. **** tracking for this bag is ********************. Tracking is now showing that the address that the buyer provided for shipping is incorrect and it is being re-routed somewhere else. This is not how delivery is supposed to work with Poshmark. I am missing a bag and I am missing money. I would like a resolution to this. I would like my funds released. I am out $400.00 and Poshmark is doing nothing but sending me the same generated emails after speaking to the one gentleman a few days ago.
