      I purchased a ****** and Lily ******** Sham from Poshmark. Only because there is no way to purchase it anymore directly from ****** and ***** In the ad it stated that the item was brand new. Meaning, in new and perfect condition as when it is sold from ****** and ***** I received the item and before I even got it out of the packing I could smell the over powering smell of perfume. I took it out of the wrapping which had tape all over it (resealed, not new, open and resealed). It STUNK of the strongest perfume I have ever smelled. I was drenched in it. As soon as I touched it my eyes started swelling, my hands got red and itched. I started having a major allergic reaction. You could also smell something sour smelling, that must be why it was coated with perfume. As soon as I received the item and saw it was not as described I filed for a return. Of course you know the rest of this story with Poshmark, just like they do to EVERYONE that has a return, it was denied and they tried to pacify me with a $5 Poshmark credit. Please save yourself a lot of headaches, time and aggravation and NEVER shop with this, I hesitate to call it a company. There is not even a phone number to call for help. You have been warned. I am just one of hundreds they have done and will continue to do this to.

      I sold a luxury item on Poshmark for $750. The buyer received the item on 7/14/22 and then created a case review for a return on 7/16/22. Poshmark notified me of the case review and said they would work on settling the case. I reached out to customer support on 7/18, 7/19, 7/20, 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, 7/27 and 7/30. I even reached out on every social media platform with no reply back from customer support. The buyer currently has the item but no funds have been released to me. The buyer also said that Poshmark had not been in touch with them either, and they also sent an several emails. Only recently did Poshmark respond on 7/25 and they said they will review the case and come to a resolution. Again, we have not heard back from them and it has been over 2 weeks since this case was opened. The order number is 62be28cab81de73e792cab1b.

      This company removed my listings saying that my listings were fraudulent or replicas. I only had one designer item listed and I added pictures of the tags. They removed ALL of my listings without even giving me the time to confirm the authenticity. They have not replied to my emails about the matter, and other poshmark customers have been complaining about the lack of communication/service as well. This business is exhibiting Abusive and dismissive behavior to their customers/clients

      I purchased a dress advertised and shown in pictures as a size Petite Large. When I received the dress I accepted it the first day yet did not rate it until I opened it on the second day and realized it had been falsely advertised and was a size Small Petite. I immediately filed a complaint as you are to do so within 3 days of receiving the product. They are telling me I did not file within 3 days and with screen shots of the advertisement, communication with the seller prior to purchase and a picture of the product received they refuse to provide a return authorization and refund. I have tried multiple times to refile this complaint hoping for a different resolution to what is clearly fraudulent sales activity yet still nothing. This is fraud. I would like to be able to return the product and receive my money back in return.

      February 21, 2022, I placed an order with Poshmark for a ********************** Re: Order Id 621406f7f5c2443072b0f341; in the amount of $****** USD. I received item on March 5, 2021 via my local post office. On the same day, I contacted Poshmark to let them know this bag was a fake and that I would be: returning it within 24 hours and would initiate a dispute with my credit card company (PayPal credit/Synchrony Bank) immediately.Poshmark approved the return and sent me a computer generated mailing label. As I had no means to print the label, I requested they send me an already printed label. It took them three days to comprehend my request and inform me they could not do this. As I did not wish to delay this process any further, on March 9, 2022 I returned the handbag at my own expense ($15.75 USD) via my local post office. Tracking # **** **** **** **** 26. The handbag was delivered to vendor (front porch) on March 14, 2022 at 5:31 p.m.And yet here I am on July 28, 2022 still awaiting the removal of this charge from my credit card account after reaching out to my credit card company Synchrony - they have informed me that Poshmark has not done their part therefore they cannot remove the charge of ****** USD. Poshmark needs to remove this charge from my PayPal/Synchrony credit card

      I have been a seller on Poshmarks app for about five or so years if not longer and have sold multiple items and have over ****** followers with that being said I recently sold my first ever luxury designer bag on Poshmark app I was notified that my item had been sold and I had been sent a shipping label through ************* post office to send my luxury designer bag to the authentication facility with that being said I dropped off my luxury handbag in my place of work to the United States post office drop off box where my package was there place to be picked up a week later I noticed there had been no tracking on my package or the other package that I had shipped to a customer through ********************** I contacted Poshmark letting them know that I did not have tracking on either packages eventually I have tracking on one package however not the other package this package included my luxury designer $1700 YSL handbag that was being shipped to the authentication facility since then I have notified Poshmark that I have been consistent contact with ************* post office regarding my package with that being said to my understanding I believe my package has been missed placed or stolen I have contacted Poshmark numerous times trying to resolve my possible missing or stolen package to be sent back to me with that being said I have not had any solution to compensation on my missing or stolen package I am very saddened and hurt by this unethical unreasonable policy that Poshmark has because I did not stand in line to receive a tracking number to which I was unaware of that needed to be done as a seller for a luxury designer item. There are no specific outlines rules or regulations on how to go about shipping out a luxury designer item with Poshmark app with that being said I was flabbergasted that Poshmark mentioned they would not be able to cover the cost of my missing or stolen item because I did not have a tracking number or proof I no longer have my bag or compensation

      Regarding the user's claim, **********************'s insurance does not cover these situations without any proof of shipment. Since tracking has remained inactive with no sign of the package having entered the mail stream, Poshmark is unable to launch further inquiries with our ************* without proof of shipment. Due to the absence of tracking activity, this order has been canceled for delayed shipment in order to refund the buyer. If the package is located late and delivered to our facility, it will be returned to the seller. For that reason, we consider this case closed.

      I am rejecting this response because Poshmark does not have any underlining or outline/clause that sellers can visually see that in the situation of a package being lost or stolen through **** then they are not held responsible. I have proof that another package went through and that the shipment was delayed this missing package doesnt have tracking because it was stolen or is missing. My history shows that I reported two packages with shipping issues and only one of those packages came up missing, at this point poshmark would be calling their customers untrustworthy and unreliable. I have filled a police report with the building of my work place. The security looked at the footage and couldnt give any detail because of a blind spot.  However you can see the tracking from my other item and see it went through the same office as my missing packing that Im trying to be compensated for. Your company could cover the cost of my missing or stolen item, your company doesnt want too. Your company doesnt provide any other option to ship outside of your label with more reliable sources like ***** or *** or require signature or pick up on expensive high end items. This will be a continuing issue with other sellers and we need and deserve more protection

      I loved Poshmark before this incident. I purchased a Black wrap around skirt dress, but I received a black midi dress with no wrap around skirt and only a bow tie. It was clearly a different dress. I reached out to Poshmark to let them know the seller had falsely marketed the dress as a wraparound skirt dress and had used photos of a different dress made by the same company to sell their dress. Poshmark gave me no explanation and said the case has been closed. I have still been trying to get answers as to whether Poshmark endorses fraudulent advertising like this by their sellers, yet they will only respond with someone has already reached out to you, and this case has been resolved. In fact, I wouldnt be surprised if they comment below with a similar response. I lost $68 and I wont be able to resell this dress because the style is old and not in fashion. It would have taken minimal effort for Poshmark to charge me shipping to send the item back to the seller and issue a refund, but its clear they prioritize making their 20% commission off the sale more than they care about supporting buyers.Im angry and frustrated by their blatant exploitation of their users and will continue to pursue higher action as this seems to be a theme for this company. I have attached photos of the dress I ordered (the wrap around skirt this is the photo used by the seller, with the description wraparound skirt), and I have attached photos of the dress I received (I was able to find the dress online for the last photo where you can see it is a midi dress with a black bow). They are not the same dress and I would not have purchased the dress if the seller would have used an accurate photo.

      Poshmark has stolen my money. I placed an order on Poshmark today (7/27) and used my Poshmark balance to pay it. Immediately after, I received an email saying my account had been suspended and order canceled. Although the money was returned to my account, I am no longer able to access or transfer that money due to the account suspension. I have already made numerous attempts to contact them to no avail. I am concerned I will not be able to get that money back. That money legally belongs to me, and I dont know what to do if this isnt resolved.       I ordered a pair of air ****** cool **** 11 shoes from poshmark I listed the same pair of air ******** on their app about 2 weeks later poshmark took my listing down and told me that the ******** that I bought from them were fake and they also told me if I try to sell anymore fake shoes they would suspend my account permanently I reached out to them about 4 times in the last 48 hours they sent me a email that said that they would get back to me in less than 24 hours I still have not heard from them I just want a apology and a full refund on the ******** because I brought them from there app

      I made a purchase from a seller that was over $500 and with poshmarks guidelines everything over that price point has to be shipped to the verification headquarters to be verified for authenticity. I received the tracker from **** that the seller shipped to headquarters I received update that it arrived and started the authentication process and when it was mailed. All orders over $500 must be signed for and I was unfortunately not home the day the postal service tried to delivered. I tried to receive item from post office and was told it was shipped back to sender. Ive tried to contact customer support on the app serval times with no response as well as call with no answer.
