      Horrible experiences on Poshmark. Purchased items that were not as described by the seller, and rather than have a simple return policy, you need to submit a support ticket to get Poshmark approval on returns. My most recent ticket has taken over one week and still hasnt been resolved. I would much rather sell on ****.

      You guys are the worst and I will not buy another item nor will I tell anyone about this site. You allow people to sell FAKE STUFF AND THEN DONT GIVE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO RETURN IT AN GET REFUND. Also instead of confiscating the counterfeit items you want them sent back for the thief who sold them. THE WORST!!! This is going on BBB site too.

      This is the biggest ************ ever!! I would never associate, buy or ever do business with them again in any way shape or form. Buyer beware!! They don't care anything about the customer, as long as they get their money. I've never purchased from a company with such low integrity. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

      Im a paralegal in 40s and have spent years supporting the resale community with integrity. I used to sell my **** clothes and it has evolved into **** and ******. I thoughtfully list one-off designer items from my personal collection, often with proof of purchase, careful photos, and full transparency.Yet Poshmark has twice flagged my sales, allowing wishy washy buyers to claim they couldnt authenticate what were clearly personal, pre-owned designer pieces. No proof, no strong case, just sending me a message referencing FEDERAL LAW like a scammer from under a freeway bridge. Frankly it has been insulting as h*** Meanwhile, I see accounts flipping 4-6 fake YSL and Chanel bags a week with questionable authenticity and no accountability. Somehow thats fine, but my personal listing gets flagged and treated like a crime.Get effed, Poshmark.

      I would give this business less then a zero if I could. I've been selling on this site for awhile. I updated my payment info and all of a sudden got billed for a promoted closet which I didn't sign up for I contacted them and the only thing I was told was to cancel the updated closet. I did so and now I've been billed a second time. Cancelling my account all together and contacting my bank. Don't trust this company.

      I am hoping that consumers do NOT purchase items from Poshmark retailer @gratitudepeace due to advertising troll beads and NOT mailing them out to the customer.I ordered, item was not delivered and I eventually cancelled my order and obtained a refund for my purchase. Seller claims to follow ***** hello What?Very poor business person indeed.I also deleted the Poshmark application If I could rate a 0 I would

      My wife made the mistake of purchasing from this company. No matter how often I unsubscribe from their marketing emails, they will not stop sending them. On average, I get 1-3 a day and I unsubscribed from every one of them and nothing changes.

      Poshmark is a terrible place to purchase anything. Their return policy is basically nonexistent! Their customer service is also not there at all. ****** learned! Will never buy from this website again! If I could leave Zero Stars I would have!

      Poshmark's facility returned a $1495 item and only insured the package for the minimum $100 The box showed up empty and now we are supposed to go through the extensive time wasting process of filing a claim for $100 on a bag we own for $1050 Poshmark has one of the highest transaction fees in the business at 20%We have contacted our attorney and he has assured us Poshmark will have to pay up The worst part about Poshmark ,, there is no contact number , You can only email and hold your breath as they are not so quick to respond

      Beware of Poshmark if your item is over $500 and goes to Poshmark for authentication. I purchased a bag for 1k. It was sent to Poshmark for an authenticity check. It never made it out. Poshmark sent me an empty box. I opened a case. They took no responsibility. I was charged 1k for an empty box. This is not the first time a bag went missing from Poshmark, but it will be the last for me. Beware they cannot be trusted.
