Truly terrible customer service when an issue arises and no protections against scam sellers. I've had a good number of positive transactions on the app, but as soon as something goes wrong, the business is handled as if it is a complete scam. I purchased an expensive device from a seller, with all descriptions and pictures indicating that the device was in great condition. The item I received did not work and I put it through extensive testing to ensure I was fully justified in returning it (testing against user error). This took more than the allotted "three day" window for returns, and customer service refuses to help right this faulty purchase, despite any attempts to explain that it took more than three days to try charging and using the item.

I had never purchased from Poshmark but got a $6500 bill on my credit card. I disputed it with Discover and was given a credit. The item was a very expensive watch that was shipped to Las Vegas and I live in Los Angeles. Poshmark then (after credit was granted) sent me a very nasty letter saying I was a scammer and liar and wouldn't allow me to ever do business with them. I hadn't ever done business with them in the first place. My suggestion is IF you purchase, make sure you use a credit card you trust to have your back. Still and will never know how my credit card was accessed in the first place. Everyone should beware !!!

Worst selling platform i have ever encountered. I sold an item and the buyer claimed it as not authentic. I have provided two certificate of authentications from two reputable sources with one being supposedly used by the buyer and they were both deemed authentic and detailed report as to why they deemed it authentic. Poshmark did not even investigate and take a look at case and just granted the buyer a refund and the item. Poshmark said the item cannot be returned to me. I am so upset, i am at lost of money. No resolution and no investigation. I was scammed by the buyer and poshmark sided on the buyer.

*** bought 39 items and the one time I have an issue they did not make things right..spending well over 500 with them, and they give me a $5 credit. So if someone sends you the wrong item. Dont go out of town or youre stuck with it.

I recently purchased a bag from a Poshmark seller. Upon the delivery and examination I found that the bag has three aspects that warranted a return and refund. So I contacted the customer service. They asked me for information and pictures to prove so I did carefully per their request. However, the customer service wont recognize all the reasons why I requested a return and then just simply declined my request without further explanation. The reasons I wanted to get a refund are as follows:1) the bag is missing a key feature that is supposed to come with. I provided evidence to show them that this model of bag should have a key leash inside. The fact it does not have this feature is a red flag that this bag might be either not genuine or its defective. 2) the brand is Kipling. This brand has a usual good quality material, however, this particular bag I purchased is much thinner and thus suspicious together with the missing key leash feature. 3) according to the sellers selling pictures its a dark navy bag, however, the bag is a different type of blue. Closer to cerulean blue rather than dark navy color. The color is too light to be just merely camera and light scenario deviation. I carefully searched online and found some reputable sellers and Kiplings official website and then sent Poshmark the evidence to prove that I either received a fake product or a defective one plus misrepresented color instead of what I expected to receive. Unfortunately, they simply declined my request of refund and wont address all the three aspects that I mentioned to them. I found the ***** and sloppy resolution unacceptable and would like to seek fairness and justice that protect the buyers right.

Poshmark allows scammers to target new sellers on their site. Poshmark sends an alert on their site that is visible to everyone that you are making your first sale. This prompts the scammer to scam the new seller by impersonating they work for Poshmark & sending you a link to put in your card info then they take money out your acct. since its your first sale the scammer targets new sellers by misleading them they made a sale. Sarahdiya known as gamepay scammed me on 11-25-2024 out of $323.16. I reported this to Poshmark only for them to reply to me to be aware of scammers. No one from Poshmark properly investigated my claim after I sent several emails to ************* My claim was ignored & swept under the rug. If I could give zero stars I would. Its disappointing when you shop on a site & once you get scammed they ignore your claim. There is not a number I could call, I could only send emails.

They wouldnt take a return and suggested i resale it on their site. I wish tf I would. Never again will you get my business
