      With zero security on their platform, I was robbed of $200. When I wrote to Poshmark to discuss all they did was send me a canned message on how to take security measures. I wrote back several times but have received no response.

      Poshmark customer service is the worst and most frustrating experience ever. It took forever for them to respond, couldn't comprehend the situation or just didn't read the explanation, and never resolved my problem after I emailed 3 more times. I I could leave no stars I would.

      This website is a scam. I ordered from this website and my items never came. I tried to contact the website. No one has contacted me back. They literally stole my money that Im now disputing with my bank customers. Please be aware of this website because its a big scam.

      This platform is a scam. There is no way to reach any human contact for this company. There is no responsibility for stealing your money nor stalking, and you cannot delete your account. Your financial information is permanently jeopardized so all you can do is close your own credit card or bank accounts that you have used on there. The only published advise they give victims is to call the police. What police? Your local police will not investigate this.

      When you register as a seller the app is supposed to take your information so they can pay you but instead hackers have taken over their interface and asks you for your credit card info AND a 'card balance'. They then through chat ask you to call your bank to 'verify' your identity which is all part of a scam. They then ask you for a second card claiming that they don't deal with ****************, *************** or **********--big red flag. My bank told me to get out of there **** and they would close my card and send me. new one. Poshmark is impossible to get a response from regarding these hackers. Terrible experience. At last I lost nothing--many people on Reddit say they lost $1,000 to $3,000 this way.

      Poshmark refuses to answer the many emails or messages through the app. I have sent numerous messages. The seller of the item I purchased was a scammer. They blocked me and never sent the item. I just want a refund but no one responds. Horrible and unprofessional. The app is a scam to steal your money.

      First of all, they lie in the advertising. They say they authenticate anything OVER $500. I paid $500 for a vase and ask them NOT to authenticate it as I knew it was not fake (I am a pottery collector of over 30 years and know what I am buying). And $500 is NOT OVER $500. It is equal to $500. I informed them that the gold paint on the vase was "cold paint" and was very fragile and rubs off easily. They vase went automatically to them from the seller and they then sent it to me unbelievably poorly packed. It was rolling around in a box with bubble wrap which was not secured to the vase. As a result, the gold rubbed off in several places, reducing the value by at least 50%. I am sure the clueless authenticator knew nothing about what he or she was doing. Will NEVER buy there again.

      Sellers BEWARE. Buyers will buy your item, damage it and claim it’s not in the state they saw it in on Poshmark website, and Poshmark WILL ALWAYS SIDE WITH THE BUYER!!! Do NOT SELL ON THIS PLATFORM PERIOD.

      I will NEVER buy anything from Poshmark as a whole. I ordered dresses for Christmas paries 12/10 and its 12/18 with delivery delay messages. I might get one of them tomorrow. My Christmas party was 12/15. I am forever DONE. What you think you save is lost on not being able to return ANYTHING and the time to fight a bad description is also money lost due to my time
