      EA has the ability to steal your money and get away with it. A massive company that gets away with anything. I encourage all who read this to never buy in game content from them. If you do not receive it and end up communicating with customer service, you would be better off digging a hole in the ground, writing down your complaint, then burying it. You will get better results. I have never had worse customer service, and Ive ********************* at Popeyes Chicken. They also have the ability to completely make your profile disappear and there is nothing you can do about this as well. Its as if it was never there. I wish I were a billionaire because I would buy EA and burn it to the ground.

      Literally just started playing Apex again - bought a battle pass and some coins. Within a few duo games with my friend, I was banned for NO reason. I don't cheat, nor have ever done so. I just spent $20 for them to ban my account and I haven't gotten it unlocked yet. Horrible, deceitful company.

      This year for Madden 23 has been the worse release of a videogame I have ever seen in my entire life. There are so many bugs and glitches in the game that make it unplayable. My main issue is with the progression not tracking in Ultimate Team. This has been going on for a week or so now and the company just refuses to listen or help. All they care about is releasing more cards so that people spend more money on the game and it breaks even more. I have never seen a company with more disregard for their consumers than this company. The way that they have dealt with this issue is just so unprofessional and disgusting. They really need to do a lot to fix their mistake now. The worse part is, if there weren't any of these issues this game would be so enjoyable and fun. It is so saddening to see what this company is doing and how they aren't helping any of their consumers.

      Prior to the release of *** 23, they advertised and promoted certain aspects of the game, including improved presentation, the inclusion of professional female players, and a new custom league design. None of these three features actually work in the game properly. Their forums are filled with complaints and they are silent - however they bother to ban me for stating that I will never buy another EA product because it is "non-constructive."The presentation is bugged. Promised features of it such as having on-ice light shows and national anthems actually trigger only a fraction of the time and the presentation overall has been cut short rather than allowing for a full presentation as promised.Despite supposedly adding these female players, which can be seen with new hair meshes that are more realistic than the limited hair meshes previously offered, they opted to not include these meshes for created players - rendering them unusable for offline modes. It would take minutes to include these, but they refuse.Their new custom league mode was thrown together haphazardly without consideration for how it could be utilized. It boasts the ability to increase the league up to 48 teams or shrivel it to only 6, but the necessary framework to include 48 teams is missing. It becomes tedious and gamebreaking to other modes to create those teams. You also have significantly less customization than was hinted at in the advertising.Essentially, they have engaged in false advertisement. They have made promises which they have not delivered upon. Despite a customer uproar on their forums, they are unwilling to interact with these customers to address the issues and seek to hide the general upset instead. Do not buy any products from EA.

      These guys are all about their money. Don't support their business. They have so many bugs and don't even care about their customers. You'll run into glitches and issues and they will only say that they're working on it. Spend money on games to not even be able to enjoy all the functions.

      terrible support. Requested a call they never got back to me after requesting a call and have been very unhelpful in regards to me not getting content I purchased after it charged my card. Dont recommend buying from them as over the years ive done so numerous times and each time I've had an issue they are very unhelpful and barely respond

      Just like ****** 21 this version is Glitching and un playable. I would like a refund. There is no way this game should be sold.How have EA Sports of not been sued by consumers. If you bought a car and it only made Left turns or a Movie at a theater and it would freeze as soon as it started.Can I get a refund of a date this will be made playable.

      Bought the new Madden 23 for PC. The main game mode doesn't even work. I spent $60 for a game that I can't even play.I feel violated and scammed.
