Absolutely terrible customer service, finding the option to chat with a representative is probably the most difficult process I have ever seen. I have a video game purchased from them and linking it to my Xbox account to play online is almost impossible.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Their customer support is arguably the most painful experience you can put yourself through. Ive found myself relying upon it ***** times over the past several years and never once had a smooth experience. Constant issues and no resolution, they wont even let me delete my account! Im pretty sure thats illegal!Electronic Arts, Inc.

My Madden 25 account was banned and more then 11 million coins removed from my account. I received an email stating that I was involved in "coin distribution". I have never broken EA terms of service nor have I have been involved in anything other then playing the game. You have accused me of something I did not do. If my account is not unbanned and every single coin returned by February 10th 2025 I will subpoena all information in regards to my account. I will use this information against you in arbitration and likely a court case. EA don't tell me to contact customer support as I ************************************************* you and I both know they are useless. You have been warned I I will 100% follow through. If you don't want to be subpoenaed I suggest you get they done by February 10th 2025. I will share this subpoenaed information with the public as well as my representation. Take this as a first and final warning before a very expensive process for your company starts. I am 100% innocent. My EA username is GEARSOFWAR1499 and I am on Xbox platformElectronic Arts, Inc.

EA game launcher App is mandarory and absolute garbage. I have tried for two days to play a game I own and I can't get the launcher to work right. Uninstall, reinstall, update, restart... It just will not connect to EA's servers long enough to play my games. I can play Warframe, Marvel Rivals, No Man's Sky, and other games online with friends, but these single player games will not run because EA's app servers are unresponsive. I will never buy from EA again and I will pursue refunds on the products I own. I love these games and want to pay for them and play them, unfortunately EA has destroyed their legacy by making them unplayable. NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANY ELECTRONIC ARTS GAMES. Their greed knows no bounds and their app support is nonexistant.Electronic Arts, Inc.

EA has a terrible and frustrating support system. I have a problem with Battlefield 2042, and I was told that I purchased the game through Steam, and searched my EA account and found the transaction for the purchase from EA. When I try resume my case, I just get stuck in an endless clicking cycle and keep getting returned to where I click to resume my case. It is a time consuming and frustrating process to get help.I am done with Electronic Arts which is disappointing since I have been playing EA games for many years, but now I have to move on to games from other companies.Electronic Arts, Inc.

Submitted a case but do not get responses and cannot respond through the help site, only email.I bought a game for xbox (PGA Tour), tried to link to EA games and was given an error. I have only had one EA games account and one xbox account so this has to be an error. EA doesn't stand behind their work. I bought *****, and immediately had issues with crashing. More over, the game is awful. I contacted customer support at ********************** and they told me that because I bought it through my PS5, I would have to contact **** for a refund. **** says EA has to admit that there's something wrong with their game in order to process refund. How convenient for both of them to not have to take responsibility.Just a bunch of sad finger pointing and no accountability. I've had enough with EA. No more.Electronic Arts, Inc.

1 starI had an incredibly frustrating experience with EA support, specifically with a representative named Guatam. My initial inquiry on 10/12/2024 at 10:39 AM was to request a refund for PlayPro, which I purchased just five minutes earlier at 10:34 AM, clearly falling within their refund policy. Despite this being a straightforward request, Guatam's handling of the situation was poor and time-wasting.
From the start, he took an unreasonable 5-10 minutes to reply to each message, dragging out a simple chat to over an hour. His responses didn’t address the context of my messages but seemed to focus on single words or phrases, giving the impression that he wasn’t reading my explanations at all. Most of his replies were copy-pasted answers that didn’t apply to my situation, making it clear he didn’t put effort into understanding my issue.
When my ticket was initially marked as resolved without any notes or explanation, I clicked to reopen it, expecting that someone would actually review the original request. However, Guatam refused to even look at the original ticket details, insisting that I was seeking a refund for a full game instead of the PlayPro subscription I mentioned. He also claimed I was past the refund window, treating my reopening of the ticket on 10/15/2024 as if it was a new request—completely ignoring the fact that my initial request was made just five minutes after the purchase on 10/12.
Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, and I felt like I was speaking to a bot rather than a human representative. I expected better support from EA, especially for such a simple request that should have been resolved quickly and fairly.Review fromDerek G

I was banned for selling a player at 1.3 million in **** on a brand new ****** ****** card. So Im punished for attempting to make profit on a brand new card then why even allow me to post the card for that much?Ive spent well over $500 this year and over the past years I could say anywhere in the the 5 digits plus dollar amount.I cant report it to customer service cause there isnt a live customer service ********************. And this is why the brand is dying. Its awful that we dont take care of the players yet defend the illegal bots in the game.Electronic Arts, Inc.
